He got all the state health apparatuses accredited like state nursing school, the general hospitals till date are centres for medical internship. Doctors and Medical professionals can do housemanship at General Hospital Onitsha. These were non-functional centres before he came in.

He inherited 32bn pension and gratuity debt, cleared it all without borrowing a dime, ran a debt free government, cut off wastages and unnecessary expenses, made investment for the state and left billions of naira and millions of dollars for the state.
