He stated the number of suitcases brought in, not their contents, was entered into the customs" station diary. So how did he know the contents was money. If indeed it was money, he should kindly state in which currencies.

Atiku cannot pretend in his current ego trip that he didn't know who the suitcases belonged to. In 2017, he pointedly stated in the interview with Thisday, that a powerful first class traditional ruler in the north was the owner of the suitcases. Even though in his usual cowardly disposition he couldn't mention his name, we all know who that traditional ruler was. Why is Atiku now yarning a new tale.

He claimed, he almost lost his job as a result of the incidence. He should have lost his job and put on trial! Here is a man who said the station diary of the customs was supposed to be a confidential government document but allowed a journalist to peruse it which was later used to write a damaging report against the government and its officials, a clear violation of Decree 4.

Atiku should be asked of what became of the investigation he claimed to have initiated on the 53 suitcase saga

I believe you read that it was the ADC to General Buhari to came to offload the 53 briefcases by himself?. The question is on whose order and for who I believe you know that a General's ADC takes order only from his boss, how more that of a Head of State?!

Besides, wihat did General Buhari's ' integrity' do to ensure that justice is done to the briefcases and their importer if he was not involved

Did Atiku say Buhari even attempted to protect him when he was being hunted for doing his job

ANC vice president, Dr Nelson Mandela, visited Nigeria in 1990 to thank the country for its support during his incarceration. A state reception was organised in his honour at State House Marina and he was awarded the highest Nigerian national honour of Grand Commander of the Federal Republic.

Queen Elizabeth was also awarded the GCFR in 1989 and she in turn gave President Babangida an award (I think it was a knighthood, but I can't remember for sure). The Queen had previously been awarded the GCON in 1969.

Please also note that all those flagrant awards were given out by military government in Nigeria.

After the civil war, FGN led by by the North blocked the use of the ports located in the South South through their control of FG. The best they have done after that was to declare those as exclusively for oil and gas.

On the economic side, my Yorubas want all to pass through the only ports in South West so as not to lose the economic advantage of Lagos being both the gateway to Nigerian economy through the ports and economic capital of the country.

Now, this dirty politics and genocidal economic display is out in the public domain for all to know.

Nigerians are free to visit those other ports to see things for themselves (as I did myself while investigating this) so as to be armed with ready answers for those who will come up with all sorts of rubbish as the reason.
