Chelsea to win! Man City 1 - 3 Chelsea. |
SaintBishop:It's obvious I hit a nerve from a drunk asawana chanting clown. At the appropriate time all the Ijaw/Izon migrants inhabiting P/H will be expelled back to their Kiagbodo swamps. Amaechi was about demolishing your eyesore batcha in waterside before Madam Patience for politically reasons stopped him. Only God knows what she saw in you homeless clowns that made her save the day. But your luck won't happen next time. The same way we accommodated you homeless gypsies was the same way we sent you packing to Bayelsa in 1998. No part of Rivers state have any connection with Ijaw miscreants. You can look for the nearest transformer to hug we don't give a hoot. And for your information, I'm not a Biafran apologist. Biafra is a dead enterprise as far as I'm concerned. It's a dead end that scammers and evil men like Kanu resurrected to destroy the Igbo nation. True Igbos have no interest in Biafra except never-do-wells and failures. There's no connection with Ndigbo and Biafra except that an Ijaw man suggested the name during the civil war. Moreso, there's no connection with Biafra and Rivers as many of us won't mind attacking any idiot that will raise the dead flag in P/H. Igbos are patriotic Nigerians and will chat their own course as an independent state should the country divides. Unlike attachee by force Ijaw clowns landgrabbing everyone into a failed Niger-Delta enterprise. |
obynzo:Are you aware that Ambode abandoned that Badagry express road? But Sanwo-Oku came up to continue it. Keep your petty politics to yourselves. Charity should begin from home rather than pock-nose into another states else affair. I doubt if you're a Lagosian to start with. Do you even live in Lagos? Are you a Lagos tax payer? What right do you have to criticize Sanwo-Olu. Sanwo-Olu is doing well in his first tenure. Allow him be. PDP should try that luck again next election. |
DeltaFire:May God bless you. Rivers state is already a no go area for IPOB clowns. We are ready to flush them out or even point their hideouts if they try their stupidity here. Since the SE say them go get sense by following the fraudster sheepishly, we too will be forced to close our borders to them. The idiots abroad should continue contributing to IPOB purse na dem go tire. And in time, the federal government will start requesting their host countries to repatriate them back for funding terrorism. Nothing like ignorance. Even if it means pointing out my relatives in London paying their terrorist monthly dues we'll do it. Make no fool come and bring conflict to us. |
EmekaA125:Keep quiet PDP clown. Sanwo-Olu is breaking records, never you compare him with the thieves in Abia. Igbos in Lagos are proud of him. He reminds us of Fashola, a non-tribal Governor who carries everyone along. Only the fast pace rate of the Badagry Express road is testimony to his ability as Governor. Dude has shut up his critics with the completion of projects everywhere in Lagos. |
Sanwo-Olu has done well! Lagosians are proud of you Sir! 2nd term for the workaholic Governor. Eko O Ni Baje |
SaintBishop:Rantings of a frustrated Deltan Izon. You're yet to settle issues with your Itshekiri/Urhobo neigbours in Warri, na Rivers matter dey disturb you. Carry your useless INC/IYC to your Ogogoro swamp in Kiagbodo, Amasomma, Patani swamp you came from, but don't bring that Asawana trash into Rivers. Izon abi na Ijawland ends in Bayelsa. Anybody claiming Ijaw in River state are migrants. |
PHijo:Which King of Nembe? Is it the Nembe that was a vassal to Obi of Aboh. It was a known fact that the trio of Aboh, Oru and Benin fathered Nembe. Ijos were no were to be found during that creation and jumped from nowhere to populate Nembe. Check the Kings rulling Nembe from day 1 till today, virtually all had their maternal homes in Aboh. Again virtually all have Igbo middle names, which is a pointer that Aboh birthed the Nembe monarchy. Lastly, Ijos had no guts to come down the Niger, the Oru's would have skinned them alive. Those who sailed the Niger were groups like Igala, with their military might connected to the Kwararafa kingdom. |
Oyinlomobambam:Ok, apologies |
richmond500:Bla bla bla trash. Show us pictures or evidence or remain silent. That was cock and bull stories that emanated from Ijaw sponsored propaganda inorder to push Igbos out of old Rivers and dominate our dear state. |
Oyinlomobambam:Shut up your mouth Mr Afonja and stop forming innocent. The Ijaw deserve the brutality they are getting from the Igbos. Even you Yoruba's are not pure afterall we saw how you fought this same Ijaws in Ilaje, Ajegunle and Warri with your OPC. But Igbos have never fought Ijaws before. Igbos have always stood behind the clannish Ijaws, yet they get hate in return. The Igbo are beginning to understand the memo by putting the Ijaws in their rightful place. |
BlackAdam55:Are you sure about that? Where did Tonye Cole get his support from if not the upland? Was it not Amaechi that gave him the Governorship ticket? Who was to blame for Cole's failure at the poll? Kalabari should blame themselves. Afterall it was a Kalabari man in the person of Ojukaye Flag-Amachree that took APC to the court. Kalabari should blame themselves after all Wike strongest support base is from there. |
BlackAdam55:Are the Okrikans serious to become Governor? A tribe that is always at war with itself will give outsiders the rights to collect their inheritance. Until the Kalabari and Okrika unite, the Ikwerre will continue ruling. Even the Ibani, Ekpeye, and Ogoni stands a higher chance in ruling Rivers than the both aforementioned group. |
jchioma:Clown. Only IPOB and her sympathizers will feel the heat. Don't drag Ndi-Igbo into your ill-thought crisis. |
BlackAdam55:Post any historical document by the colonial masters where Okrika identified themselves as Ijaws and you win. If Kalabari a bigger tribe where majority Okrikan sprout out from didn't identify as Ijaws, is it Okrika that will claim it. For Nembe, they were an admixture of Ijaws, Benin, Aboh and Oru. Only that the mass migration of Ijaws overwhelmed others. It was in this particular section of Brass that the British pointed anything Ijaws. And it was still from this axis the Ijos continued their eastward march. |
Allen102:Taa, which downfall. That one na noise. Igbo people don see una finish. |
nsiba:Tonye it's been a while. Hope everything is fine with you. Omo, Nairaland don miss your presence. Abeg do resurrect your TonyeBarcanista moniker and stop playing this hateful politics, it doesn't looks good on you. |
Tonye, the one man “We South-South” squad. . Very predictable. |
nsiba:Lo and behold, here comes Tonye’s Akwa-Cross moniker. Very predictable. I expect to see more of them. Lol ![]() |
EdoDefence:Tonye stop hiding behind your numerous monikers and use you main moniker you were known for. What happened to your TonyeBarcanista? |
EdoDefence:So you’ve gone to pick up Edo Defence, after being decimated. ![]() Ijaw man take am easy Hope you won't resurrect your Akwa-Ibom moniker and claim to speak for the Akwa-Cross.Tonye when will you stop this games? You are old enough for this. |
PHijo:Ok! I’m aware that Biriye headed the Niger Delta Congress - a party that emerged to challenged the NCNC. He emerged the same time the COR movement was gaining ground. Biriye was unknown in even Bonny his LGA, failing politically and using the civil war as an opportunity to become relevant by spreading Igbo hate. And looking at the name of his party, one could see he might have influenced Adaka Boro uprising, looking at how he used the name Niger Delta for his short-lived republic. Biriye is a Finima man who by origin and language has Ijaw connection. Finima speaks the Kalabari language. Any wonder why he spearheaded that movement and helped supplant the strong Igbo connection of those in Grand Bonny. The Igbos really have a strong problem in their backyard as everything Ijaw struggle seems to be hinged on Igbo antagonism. It didn't start today actually, it's been there since the time of the colonial masters. |
PHijo:When we say there are no Ijaws in Rivers state, it's not out of fiction. It’s reality. Ijaw were only know to be indigenous to Southern Bayelsa and South Eastern Delta, no pun intended. Kalabari, Okrika and Ibani claim to be Ijaw happened due to coercion and force. Ibani own was even subtle as they had to claim Ijaw to avoid the onslaught of the 15th Brigade. And all this occurred all thank to survival tactics the three groups displayed after the war. The three aforementioned groups, inclusive of the Abuans and Oduans were never part of Isaac Boro Niger-Delta republic. If P/H Ijaw can provide the map where they were included, then he wins. This was why during the creation of Bayelsa in 1998, the three group rather clamoured for Port-Harcourt state with the rest of the uplanders. Nembe would have remained in Rivers state but the pro-Ijaw forces in that section dragged her into Bayelsa - the likes of Diette-Spiff and Alagoa. Secondly, in the old eastern region there was nothing like Ijaw language. The only language spoken that was mutually intelligible in the old Degema division was Kalabari. As a matter of fact, it was the major language spoken after Igbo. Kalabari was even among the 6 approved languages spoken in the old Eastern region, and it was in this language that Cardinal Rex Lawson sang. If in doubt check the major languages spoken in the Eastern region and you’ll see the following in that order. 1.Igbo 2. Efik 3. Ibibio 4. Kalabari 5. Ejagham 6. Ogoni |
blues234:Lol! Very funny. Make them continue, even sef pack all their INC/IYC members full Rivers Facebook group them go tire. Everyone is looking for a better life and how to succeed, but some people carry Igbo hate for head like gala. |
nku5:Ok, sorry about that. |
adadike:Lol! ![]() |
blues234:P/H Ijaw is not an Okrikan. I saw a post where he was disgraced from Wakrike Facebook group while trying to preach Igbo hate there. He goes by the name Alegi Olotu from the screenshots of that Facebook denounciation. And there are many of them like that. He’s a Bayelsan INC mole that infilterates Okrika, Kalabari, Ibani Facebook group to spread Igbo hate. No Riversman will display the kind of frustration this guy has. |
nku5:Inspector Nku. And where is he from? May God deliver you Ipobians. Please you guys should stop this attitude. Yes, the AdakaBoro guy is not from Rivers state, but Bayelsa. But dude is a bonafide Ijaw man. There are as many INC/IYC members in this forum than a lot of you can imagine. Both him, BishopMagic, TonyeBanicanista, Truckpusher are the Ijaw champions you have here. Every ethnicity is defending their existence unlike you guys that don't know your purpose. |
superjab247:Giddygiddy is among the illiterate abroad Igbos who support Kanu sheepishly. Kanu only opened their eyes to his one-sided arguments. They claim to educated but they are daft. Gidigidy remind me of my brainwashed uncle in London who claims to be a Master’s degree holder but dude is too dull when it comes to Nigerian history. I began to doubt his education the moment he suggested I join IPOB to fight a war of liberation of Igboland against the Fulani herdsmen. Dude is in overseas enjoying life but want me to turn my home into a battle field. And when I ask him basic questions like, military tactics, funding, weapons and international allies dude began to blab. So don't blame Gidigidy. The dude’s understanding of Nigeria is only through the eyes of Kanu. A lot of them are too daft to pick up a book and read or even think cognitively. |
Nnamdi Kanu is the greatest mistake of the Igbo nation since the civil war. He needs to be shot dead before he uses the illiterate Igbo population to destroy our people. I’ve been consistent with my rebuttal on IPOB and MASSOB from day one. Any group led by an illiterate abroad and local population is headed for doom. |
Tobrasky:The Biafran army messed up by her cowardly act in the COR areas. Biafran sympathizers were left unprotected and allowed to be killed easily. It started from Bonny where the Navy shelled for days. During those shelling the Biafran jets or ship were missing in action. Bonny was left undefended to the surprise of the Nigerian army. It was in Bonny that the Nigerian military perfected their plans for other rebel held territories. Calabar fell next with the same shelling carried out in Bonny. After Bonny fell the Nigerian government made Ken Saro-Wiwa the administrator of the Island. It was during this period that the divisive programme was test run by the likes of Biriye, Boro and Saro-Wiwa. After Bonny was captured, P/H became next as the shelling became profound for weeks. And guess what after P/H fell, the same divisive tactics that happened in Bonny was orchestrated in Kalabari, Ogoni and Ikwerre. Brother against brothers and sisters against sisters. How do you now expect morale to be high among Rivers people? Had the Biafran army shown the commitment they showed in the hinterland, they won't have easily lost the support base of the locals. No one will support a Biafran army who failed to protect them against the Nigerian army. In fact it was safer to support Boro’s 15th Brigade than go against it. Showing opposition to Boro was instant execution, but supporting it means survival. |
