Igboid:I’m really enjoying this thread. Kudos to Igboid! When I look around to see the reward of the self-induced identity crisis befalling the Ika’s, I thank God for my Father’s who stood their ground when the same nonsense was almost introduced in Egbema. Let Ika, Ndokwa, Ikwerre, Ogba should enjoy their brotherhood with Benin, afterall no one forced them to accept Bini fairytales. We’ve seen the part 1 of Benin historical revisionism and expansionist agenda, what we are yet to see is part 2. ![]() |
ablejesus26:You are a true son of your Father. Regardless of the security situation in Igboland, supporting ESN means being subservient to MNK which will never happen. Its better the SE create a strong regional security outfit themselves than make use of the illegal structure of a banned group. |
PHijo:Well, you’re right. If everyone of us can hold our Governors responsible, a lot will definitely change. My grouse with Wike is his penchant to see himself as an Emperor. The 10,000 civil service jobs Wike promised since years ago is yet to be approved. Aside from the oil companies who assist with jobs, P/H is replete with thousands of jobless graduates with empty pockets. The same goes with the uncompleted projects he's yet to finalize, with just two years to wrap up his 2nd tenure. Yet, rather than focus on these key issues, dude keep flexing these monies to foster his political growth. I’m simply tired of this dude and can't wait to see him out of Brick house. |
PHijo:And here you are supporting Wike. Did Burna boy ask Wike for monetary or land favours? Wike does not own River state and should stop spending our money carelessly. |
Ezeife is stylishly begging the PDP for the Presidency. The chicken has come home to roost. Was this not the same man who in 2007 asked Ndigbo to wait till 2015 for their turn to the Presidency, all in a bid to rubber stamp the Yar’dua/Jonathan Presidency This is what you get when you sell Igbo interest with the likes of Iwuanyawu, Nwobodo, Egwu etc for a bag of porridge. PDP in Igboland died in 2003 when these group of clowns kept quiet or rather collected bribes from Obasanjo instead of supporting Buhari/Okadigbo Presidency. That was when the SE lost that opportunity to take control of their political destiny. One thing will happen before 2023! Either Ndigbo stand their grounds by insisting that both the PDP/APC pick Igbo Presidential Flagbearer, or move strongly together into forming political alliance with other stakeholders in a new party. |
mekaboy: |
Okezie should stop disturbing our ears and show us his developmental score card. What did you do with your 2 term in power? Truth be told, Ikpeazu will end up becoming the undertaker of the PDP in Abia state. PDP days in Abia is numbered. |
lebete3000:I don't patronize them as na Tinder we dey ball if conji hold man pikin. Lol! |
Olasland:It’s not peculiar to Woji alone. I think it's a norm in every major city in Nigeria since tricycles became the mode of transportation. |
Kinematics:Truth be told Lagos is heaven compared to P/H. You can sleep in Lagos with your two eyes close, something that is strange in P/H. While P/H citizens glorify cultism and even hail them, Lagos abhors cultism and can lynch you if you are one. The major problem with Lagos are area boys & Agberos. This is coming from one who has lived in both cities. |
lebete3000:P/H ashawo cost oh no go there. You can likely get cheap brothels in places like Diobu, waterlines & Okujagu to an extent. I don't know of others. |
maximizer61:Woji is peaceful. Its a place where you can sleep with two eyes closed. My elder sis and her husband live in Woji. It's not as bad as people make it to be. Although, I live & work in Lagos, but I’ll recommend Woji to anyone seeking a calm environment with constant light. |
Emu4u2c:Aluu, who lives there except cultist, students & Ikwerre villagers. Nothing is happening there, no development, just an eye sore of a community. |
tutudesz:I pray Ijaw rules Delta state as you lots constitute the highest population in Delta South. I’m only concerned about your penchant to disparage Ndigbo at any given opportunity. Is GEJ an Igboman? Ohaneze-Ndigbo have made their stance know, yet rather than support them as a Niger-Deltan you join Yoruba’s to mock them. If not that the Igbos stood with GEJ from the onset would the Ijaws have dreamth to ever produce a President? Use your teeth to count your tongue. |
garfield1:Which useless 8 LGA do the Ijaws control. Be mindful of that utterance. They control 8 LGA yet can’t enthrone themselves as Governor. The abracadabra that happened in old Rivers state will never happen again. We are wiser now! |
garfield1:I agree, Odili has taken the turn of the Igbo tribes. Ogoni, Ibani & Ekpeye deserves a chance at Governorship. I will go with either Peterside from Opobo (Ibani) or Magnus from Ogoni. No uplander will ever vote a Kalabari man for Governor! Let them relocate to Bayelsa to become Governor. Asari can keep making noise for all I care. |
The riverine area can only produce a Governor if the uplanders agree to it. We shall never forget the nonsense the Ijaws did when they were in charge before the creation of Bayelsa state. Ameachi brought Peterside to become Governor as Opobo don’t harbor the antagonistic Ijaw domineering spirit as those from Kalabari/Okrika. Rather than Kalabari to become Governor, we’ll rather cede it to Ogoni, Ibani or Ahoada. As far as we know, there are no Ijaws in Rivers state. All Ijaws have been sent packing to Bayelsa. Any tribe claiming Ijaw in our dear state must relocate to Bayelsa to become Governor there. As any attempt to foist an Ijaw Governor on Rivers people would be met with stiff resistance. |
tutudesz:I knew I would find you & Barcanista aka Onlytruth here. Please help me share the Bomadi Ogogoro you dey drink. So when is Otuaro becoming the next Governor of Delta state after Okowa. When will Ijaw rule Delta state? Rivers state for now is a no-go area, let’s talk about your state. |
despi64:One at time bro. We don't need such boast. Real Madrid is always a favourite when it comes to Champions League football. We pray that our boys grow from strengjt to strength before then. |
hollah123:So tagging me together with IPOB clowns. I don’t follow herd mentality. |
Ohakim should ask God for forgiveness. His bane isn’t ordinary I tell you. A man who was foisted by godfathers to rule Imo state. And all through his first term in power, dude was always in the news for one bad news or the other. I’m not suprised he ended up this way. |
Coldie:Lol! Ohakim I learnt became Governor by chance due to the bickering between Governor Udenwa vs Senator Ararume in 2007. The PDP rigged him in by massively asking their supporters to vote his PPA party after Charles Ugwu of the PDP was removed by the court. Lesson 1, never allow men with questionable character into power. Since Udenwa, Imo state haven’t had it good with credible candidates at the helms of affairs. Udenwa was the last Governor from the civil service to rule the state. The rest have been men with questionable wealth and character. |
Omoslim26:Supported bro. IPOB are simply attention seekers. I don't know who these clowns think there are. Fulani prominence was IPOB’s objectives to make it a talking point. Since there is nothing reasonable to talk about, Kanu keep entertaining his illiterate followers with Fulani propaganda. Before IPOB came we had control of our villages. And Fulani herdsmen cannot do shit with or without IPOB. The runaway scammer in London should take a sit and stop disturbing our ears with his noise. |
tutudesz:Both are real Ijaws. But next time use the true pix of Ijaw nationhood and stop showing us Rivers state boat regatta. Aside from Nembe/Brass who can claim ownership to the pix as they share kinship to Bonny, no other real Ijaw tribe from Amassoma to Gbaramatu has anything related to that. That cap worn by the paddlers is typically Bonny/Opobo/Kalabari. Next time use the true Asawana pix of white headtie etc. I just want to set the record straight before you deceive nairalanders with Rivers state boat regatta. |
OfficialAwol is a clown. Trying to use one Igbo state to mock another. So it's this nairaland stale trick he took to Twitter. Oga focus on your ethnic group and leave Igbos alone. I guess since his previous #NowaterinEnugu failed, dude and other paid clowns have devised another trick launder Igbo states in bad light. |
ShackWes:Says a pained IPOB/PDP youth. |
technicallyrich:Ijaw land grabbers on the move. Andonni is not Ijaw. There are Obollo’s and related to their brothers in Akwa-Ibom. Nothing connects them to Ijaw, not language, cuisine, culture or history. Learn to accept that Ijaw as an ethnic group is fraudulent. The only Izons that we know are those in Ondo, Delta, Bayelsa and maybe Nembe/Kalabari/Okrika (the former group is still debatable). |
gidgiddy:Imagine how you are disgracing yourself openly. Keep up the PDP paid job, you and other fellow IPOB youths. Just because you don’t want Buhari to take the glory, you now want to deny General Lucky his Igbo identity. Even if Buhari had picked from the SE you’ll still pick faults in it. |
ijawcitizen:Wetin concern Ijaw militants and Benin witches for Ikwerre matter? Make una face front. Meanwhile congratulations to my Wene, the great Igbo nation is proud of you. We wish you and our amiable PG Ambassador George Obiozor a fruitful tenure. Ikwerre Meka o Rivers Mma mma nu SE Kwenu SS Kwenu Igbo Kwezuonu! Isee. Igbo nile wu otu! |
PDP paid WIC. Another IPOB group forming Igbo spokesman. Maybe when ESN turns not just Orlu or Oyigbo, but Enugu, Onitsha and Abakiliki, Asaba and Aba to a war zone will your eyes open. |
Supported OP! Nnamdi Kanu as far as I know is sponsored by enemies of Ndigbo to bring destruction to our doorstep. Either the PDP or foreign allies, there are those who have planned to use a chain of reaction stoke conflict in Nigeria. My anger with Igbo elders was that they waited too long to begin taking Kanu the terrorist serious. IPOB is a cancer that must be totally crushed and uprooted in Igboland. I totally support anything that would lead to the arrest, prosecution and imprisonment of Nnamdi Kanu and his allies, whether here or in the UK. Kanu has successfully blinded the uneducated Igbo illiterate youths to see his fight as legit and against Fulani as key to Igbo liberation which is false. His underlying mission is satanic and it has the blueprint of making our region a war zone. Please let no IPOB clown mention my post as I won't reply them. If north tolerate Bandits and Boko-Haram, Ndigbo will never tolerate IPOB terrorists as we and north don't have the same value system. If we never tolerated kidnappers and MASSOB, is it IPOB we’ll give a soft landing? I earlier suggested that Igbo leaders must come up with an idea of demolishing every property owned by any IPOB financials home and abroad as a way of sending a tough message to the clowns funding IPOB. |
Okorocha sponsored article. Hope is working. Anyone who is against Hope’s demystyfication of Rochas is an enemy of the good people of Imo state. |
