How ever I will say this, investing such huge money into a business which cant guarantee High ROI , is very risky

Just take your time and dont get into get rich quick schemes, I know a lot of people using this forum will want to use this forum to take you to the cleaners, so be very careful

Avoid biz like forex, mlm, these are good businesses, but there are biz that requires a lot of technicality, which you dont have at least for now.

You can start simple online biz like blogging, you can open a wordpress blog and blog on what I call every day problems like health, getting out of debt, how-to -guides, dating, etc and you monetize your blog with adsense, chitika eminimalls, cpm networks etc

The beautiful thing here is that you need a very little sum of that 700k and you will still make good money if you can do it well

You can now look around you for a need you can satisfy or importantly go into real estates, there are so many things to do investing in real estates.

You can also buy shares, but be careful doing this, as we are currently having a bearish trend in the stock market. But there are still good stocks to buy.

But in all I will advise you to do simple online biz, where there is little risk and high ROI

well forex is very good, but as a student it will be pretty expensive to get well established as an online forex expert, this is because you need a laptop preferably, a fast connection of your own, and above all steady power supply: imagine being in the midst of a very good trade and you are about to assume a good position that would have seen you making pips upon pips, then all of a sudden NEPA strikes.
So I advise many students to start from something simple online like writing freelance articles and you get paid, blogging, affiliate marketing,then placing contextual ads on their free blogs to earn extra cash: ads like ad sense, yahoo publisher ads, chitika, kontera, and CPA networks like linkworth, fastadverts etc, you can also take part in pay per post where you get paid for reviewing products for people on your blog. Other easy things a student could do include info marketing, you can get free PLR materials re-brand them and resale them.

I think FOREX is presently making waves in Nigeria, but the problem with forex and every other online biz is that it has been over hyped. you see adverts where people tell you to earn $500 daily trading forex, well it not always so as there are many factors that'll determine how you ll be faring like knowing the best currency pairs, fundamental and technical anakysis, best trading time and plat form etc, I dont currentlr trade forex as it is very time consuming they would tell you to use robots these robots they forget need to work where there is good internet connectivity, steady power, and good computer systems which is the biggest problem many forex traders are facing in Nigeria, I know many people will disagree with me, but my advise to you is that you can try it but if I were you I'll do other simple online biz like affiliate marketing, article marketing, domain packing, marketing info products online, blogging and adding things like ad sense, kontera ads, chitika ads and other CPA and CPc links to monetize your blog.
I presently do some of the online biz and I am okay so far, you too can.
