A Zimbabwean sex worker has been arrested for allegedly having party with two underage boys, IgbereTV reports.

The two juveniles who cannot be named due to their ages, reportedly hired 23-year-old Nothabo Sibanda on 27 December following a night out. After negotiating on a charge for her services, the three went to Nothabo’s house in Emthunzini suburb.

The three got intimate till late hours. After the boys realized it was too late for them to return home, they both decided to spend the night at the sex worker's home.

While at Nothabo's house, one of the boys' parents reportedly filed a missing person report. B-Metro reported that after the police visited the sex worker's home after being told that the boys were last seen with her.

Upon being questioned, the teenagers revealed that they had hired Nothabo for her services. She was arrested and charged with having sexual intercourse with minors.

Nothabo who has been arraigned before Western Commonage Court resident magistrate Shepherd Mnjanja, was released on free bail and remanded out of custody till Tuesday January 11 for commencement of trial.

The Ekiti State Police Command has declared a 16-year-old point-of-sale operator, Faith Esther Olatunji, missing, IgbereTV reports.

Spokesperson of the command, ASP Sunday Abutu, in a statement on Tuesday, said the teenager left home on December 29, 2021 around 7.45am to Akinyede Lane, Oke-Bola, Ado-Ekiti, where she worked as a PoS operator, but since then, she has not returned home.

According to the PPRO, all efforts to know her whereabouts had proved abortive.

"This is to inform members of the public that one *OLATUNJI FAITH ESTHER* of No. L2 Oke Alafia, Oke-Bola Street, Ado-Ekiti who was living with her Mother, Mrs Afolabi Elizabeth of the same address, left home on 29/12/2021 at about 7:45am to Akinyede Lane Oke-Bola, Ado-Ekiti where she works as a POS operator but since then, she has not returned home while all efforts made to know her whereabouts proved abortive," the statement reads.

"She is 16 year old, chocolate in complexion, 4Fit tall, speaks English and Yoruba languages fluently. Anyone with useful information concerning her whereabouts should kindly contact the nearest Police Station or call the PPRO on 09064050086."

The Adamawa State Police Command, on January 1 2022, apprehended a 57year old commercial driver for stabbing his 40year old wife to death, IgbereTV reports.

A statement released by DSP Suleiman Nguroje, says the suspect, Muhammed Alfa, a resident of Lande B Village, Gombi local government area, allegedly stabbed his late ex-wife, Hamsatu Muhammad, with a knife after a little argument that resulted in ''divorce and separation'.

''The wife relocated to a separate house close to her former house. In an effort to fix her new room, she removed a zink door of her former house to fix her new apartment.

Angered by her action, the Suspect used knife and stabbed his divorced wife and mother of his children on the neck,as a result of which, she fell down, became unconscious and was rushed to the Hospital where she was confirmed dead,''Nguroje said.

The police spokesperson added that the suspect was apprehended by the Police in Gombi Divisional headquarters, following a report received from one Jauro Babangida Boka a village head. He said investigation so far reveals that the suspect had eight children with the deceased before the ugly incident.

He added that the state Commissioner of Police CP Mohammed Ahmed Barde, psc(+) has directed for discreet investigations into the matter and equally advised members of the public to avoid taking laws into their hands. He added that the police boss has also ordered the immediate prosecution of the suspect so as to serve as a deterrent to others from doing likewise.

Crossdresser, Bobrisky has tendered a public apology to Dubai-based businessman, Mompha, and debunked claims that they dated, IgbereTV reports.

Recall that late last year, Bobrisky and Mompha who were once close friends, had a fight on social media after Bobrisky's former personal assistant Oye Kyme insinuated that they were lovers. Mompha got angry that Bobrisky did not immediately come out to debunk the claim.

They also had another spat in December last year after Bobrisky and Tonto had a dirty fight online.

After the fight, Mompha on December 23, shared photos of a lawsuit he filed against Bobrisky. He accused Bobrisky of not debunking Oye Kyme's claims about them being homosexual partners. He also accused Bobrisky of making a false claim of him borrowing his car each time he's in Nigeria. Mompha further alleged that the cross-dresser carried out a campaign to smear his name with an assertion of him being "an audio billionaire renting cars in Dubai for the gram".

Asides from asking Bobrisky to prove that he rents cars, Mompha demanded an apology which should be published in two newspapers within 7 days and N1bn as damages over the claims he described as "malicious".

Well, Bobrisky has now tendered a public apology to him. In it, Bobrisky said he wants to start 2022 in peace and would like to apologize to Mompha who had been good to him. He debunked claims that they dated. He also mentioned that Mompha can go ahead with the lawsuit if he wants to.

“I’ve Seen More Homeless People In New York Than In Lagos” – Filmmaker, Imoh Umoren

Nigerian filmmaker, Imoh Umoren, has taken to Twitter to share his observation from his trips abroad, IgbereTV reports.

According to him, he has seen more homeless people in New York than in Lagos. He asserted that this is because there is poverty everywhere.

Nigerian entertainer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charley Boy, has mocked Ooni of Ife, Oba Ogunwusi, over the crash of his marriage to Queen Silekunola Naomi.

Queen Naomi announced her divorce from the monarch via her Instagram handle, stating that she was no longer a slave to perfection, IgbereTV reports.

Two armed robbery suspects, Kenneth Akpa and Adebayo Michael have been arrested by men of Ogun state police command, IgbereTV reports.

The suspects were arrested following a piece of information received by policemen attached to Iperu divisional headquarters that a suspected stolen Toyota Corolla 2008 model was sighted at a mechanic workshop along Ogere/Iperu road where the suspected robbers were making effort to fix the car. Upon the information, the DPO Iperu division quickly mobilized his men to the scene where the two suspects were arrested and the vehicle with registration number MUS 599 GV was recovered.

The owner of the car, one James John Ushahemba, a resident of Ahoyaya Lagos was contacted and he came down to Iperu.

Confirming the arrest, the spokesperson of the Ogun state police command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said Ushahemba in his statement explained that he was attacked in his home on the 20th of December 2021 at about 1:30 am by two armed men. He stated further that the robbers robbed him of his Toyota Corolla car, 3 different phones and cash sum of #30,000 at gun point. It was the vehicle that was sighted in Iperu through technical investigation.

Abimbola added that the Commissioner of police CP Lanre Bankole has directed that preliminary investigation should be conducted while the case will be forwarded to Lagos state command where the suspects will be charged to court.

Dominion Okoro, the 25-year-old housemaid of the deceased mother of ex-governor Lucky Igbindeion's mother, Madam Maria Igbinedion, has recounted how she killed the 85-year-old woman before carting away with her jewelry on December 2 at her residence in GRA Benin city, IgbereTV reports.

Okoro who was recently arrested in Calabar, Cross Rivers state, said she hit her late boss with a stool while sleeping in order to rob her of her possessions.

Okoro who is currently being detained at the Edo state police command said;

“I killed Mama (Madam Maria Igbinedion) to carry her money. She did not offend me. While she was sleeping on her bed, around 12:01 a.m. on December 2, 2021, I used a stool to hit her on the head and she was shouting for help, but only the gateman was around and he did not hear the shout. Mama later died.

I waited till 4 a.m. on December 2, 2021, before leaving the house with Mama’s N100,000, wristwatch, and jewellery. I escaped to Cross River State, but I was later arrested by the police.”

The Commissioner of Police in Edo state, Phillip Ogbadu, revealed that it took time, efforts and money to arrest Dominion, noting that no fewer than 20 persons were first arrested before Dominion was arrested and she confessed to committing the crime.

Madam Igbinedion has since been buried.

Nigerians Fight On Plane After Pilot Delayed Flight For Hours Because He Doesn't Like A Passenger (Video)

Nigerians on a local flight got into a fight while onboard a plane after the pilot allegedly delayed the flight for hours, IgbereTV reports.

According to reports from a passenger who filmed the incident, the pilot refused to fly because he "doesn't like a passenger".

The witness also alleged that the pilot claimed the said passenger was rude to an air hostess but other passengers disputed this.

This led to commotion and a delayed flight.
