It is obvious he still wants to contest in 2027, seeing that he hasn’t given up on the 2023 general elections.

However Obi is still much in the race of 2027, but Atiku can’t be VP the 3rd time, it is unconstitutional, Obasanjo can’t have 3rd term as well.

This leaves Obi to the VP post. If they both contest as President again they’ll both lose.
