Earlier today, we brought you reports that Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe's marriage has crashed, amidst being assaulted by her husband. However, even though her husband, has tried to debunk the rumour by sharing a photo of his wife, revealing how much he loves her, more details are emerging.

According to LIB, the crisis in the actress' marriage, is caused by one fair skinned lady who has been identified as Opemititi aka 'Queen Stunner'. It is alleged that she has been having an affair with the Mercy's husband.

LIB went further to report that,though efforts to get comments from all parties involved is yet to yield any result at this time, but reliable sources tell us that Queen Stunner used to be like a younger sister to Mercy Aigbe, before things went south.

Big Brother Naija 2017 winner, Efe, just released a song which has his street anthem "Based on Logistics" as the title. The rapper and ex-housemate who had been slammed by fans before now, who told him to go find another hustle, might have found his sound and his producer.

Ghanaian actresss, Juliet Ibrahim, who has also featured in so many Nollywood movies, revealed some secrets about herself which we all don't know of, in her interview with Trybes TV’s On My Honour.

The beautiful actress, who swore to say the truth in the interview, revealed that she has had sex at the beach. And it went down, even when beach-goers present.

A Nigerian Twitter user, Dolapo, has taken to the social media platform to share a story of how one of University of Ibadan's best graduating students inherited a royal curse. According to Dolapo, the graduate struggled to get a job even as a cleaner after graduating, and had to fall back to a Prophet, who told him where his problem was coming from.

Dolapo disclosed that the curse was from the guy's ex-girlfriend, who slept with a promiscuous Yoruba King. Here's his story;

In an Exclusive Chat with LIB, Nigerian singer and nudist, Maheeda, disclosed that she's addicted to nudity and entertainment.

'For me I felt like daring it, it's been what I wanted for a while but I always chickened out so I just took the bold step and I know that nudity is not evil so I just started doing it'.

A 45-year-old man who fell into a 160ft well in a yet to be understood event, around 6.35 a.m. at No. 38 Kujore Street Ojota, Lagos, was saved by officials of the Lagos State Fire Service, LASEMA Response Team and other emergency agencies.

Even though he conceded in Nigeria's 2015 presidential election, ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has disclosed how the then Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC )Chairman, Attahiru Jega disappointed him.

This revelation was contained in a book titled, ‘Against the Run of Play' ,written by the Chairman of THISDAY editorial board, Segun Adeniyi.


“I was disappointed by Jega because I still cannot understand what was propelling him to act the way he did in the weeks preceding the election,” he said. .

“As at the first week in February 2015 when about 40% of Nigerians had not
collected their PVCs, Jega said INEC was ready to conduct an election in which millions of people would be disenfranchised” Jonathan said.

Cableng also reported that Jonathan also said he had a meeting with Jega, to express his reservations about the preparedness of INEC for the exercise, but he insisted that the election would go ahead.

“Of course, the Americans were encouraging him to go ahead yet they would never do such a thing in their own country. How could we have cynically disenfranchised about a third of our registered voters for no fault of theirs and still call that a credible election?

The interesting thing was that the opposition also supported the idea of going on with the election that was bound to end in confusion,” he added.

Ex-President Goodluck also disclosed why the election which was scheduled for February 14, 2015, was by six weeks. Recall that this action was greeted by strong criticism from Nigerians.

“When the military and security chiefs demanded for more time to deal with the insurgency, the reasons were genuine.

“As at February 2015, it would have been very difficult to vote in Gombe, Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states.

“But the moment all the arms and ammunition that had been ordered finally arrived, the military was able to use them to degrade the capacity of Boko Haram to the level in which they posed the threat to the election,” he said.

Fuji singer, Pasuma, has become the latest celebrity with a Chieftaincy title. He was crowned the 'Togan' of Badagry Kingdom, at a ceremony that held in Lagos yesterday. He was born on 27, November 1967 at Mushin in Lagos State but hails from Kwara State, western Nigeria.

He has collaborated with several other notably Nigerian recording artists, such as Bola Abimbola and King Sunny Ade as well as having been featured in several Nigerian films such as Iyanje and Alenibare Pasuma has also had his share of women both in and out of the industry.

Nigerian Media consultant, Tunde Praise, has taken to social media to share a robbery experience that occurred in Gbagada area of Lagos. According to Tunde, the robbers who smashed his car's window stole his laptop and the 20K he hid in the board shed.

"Glory to God. Please read carefully, this will help someone. Not less than forty five minutes ago I was robbed exactly in gbagada express way by area boys . it was raining heavily and sure there will be traffic , they came close to window told me to wind down and give them money, I was scared ,so many things was running through my mind ,what if I rolled down and they pulled out a gun or stab me. I didn't rolled down . Before I know what was happening they were banging my car and shouting I tried to see if I can move quickly by overtaking the car before me , the traffic was really heavy , sure I can move. They came to the other side of the window ,smash my glass , took away my laptop and the money I had in the car (I placed that on the down board shed -- had like 20k or so there. ) .

Anyways ..am fine and well. But this is my point . I don't understand why security agencies will disappear from the road when it's raining ...anytime its raining there will be traffic and its sure a perfect time for this boys to rob. The government should please beef up security in Lagos.

The mastermind of a bank robbery which led to the killing of a bank customer in Imo State, has been arrested by officers of the Imo State Police Command.

The gunmen reportedly trailed the bank customer to a Zenith bank branch on Wetheral Road, Owerri.

It was gathered that after taking the money he wanted to deposit in the bank from him, they shot him dead, and also injured three policemen attached to the bank, shooting indiscriminately as they fled the area.

However, one of the gunmen was shot dead. After six weeks of
investigation, two suspects– Justice Ogbenna, aka JJ, and Okechukwu Onwuamaegbu– were on Friday arrested in Aba, Abia State by operatives of the Imo State Police Command.

They were arrested at the Saint Francis Mortuary in Osisioma Aba, Abia State. The leader of the gang, Ogbenna, was arrested on the day he planned to bury his late father.

A police source said, “We got information that he would bury his father on Friday and we trailed him to the mortuary. We laid siege to the morgue. Immediately he arrived with his family members and friends to carry the remains of his father home, we arrested him.”
The police source, who described the suspect as a notorious armed robber, claimed that he had jumped bail in Anambra State in 2016 in a similar case of armed robbery.

Nigeria's Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr, has disclosed how dissatisfied he is with the way players in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), lie about their age. He further said that's why, he hardly invites any of them to the national team.

The Coach who said this in an interview with Brilla FM said;

“There is an existing problem with Nigeria based players. We cannot tell their real age.

“The door is always open for the best players. The Nigeria League players must prove themselves with the CHAN team first, because at the moment we have a winning team, so the home based players must prove they deserve a place in the team.”

In recent times, Goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa has been the only home-based player invited by Rohr, for the recent games against Algeria and Senegal.

Former CBN Governor and Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, has taken a swipe at those who think he's a problem. The Emir disclosed that those who think he's troublesome, will have a problem dealing with his kids. He said this in a video message to the Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) group, at the Chibok girls’ inaugural lecture in Abuja on Friday. He commended the group for its persistent demand for the rescue of the girls.

He said the abduction of the Chibok girls raised questions about governance. Sansui also urged the BBOG group to broaden its area of advocacy to include women and gender issues.

Cableng reports that the monarch, who was not present at the lecture, sent his daughter, Shahida, to represent him at the event today, which marks the third anniversary of
the abduction of 276 girls. While 81 of the girls have regained freedom, 195 of them are still in captivity.

He said he decided to send his daughter because she had demonstrated she would not take abuse from any man.

“Those who are opposed to my views or think I am a problem have a much bigger problem to deal with in the next generation of the Sanusis.
"They are far more radical, they are far more progressive, they far more committed and they are far more fearless.
“So, it is time we address all these issues before these tigers come on the scene.”

A staff of Murtala Mohammed International Airport, whose name was not given, has been accused of breaking into more than 100 passengers suitcases and stealing items in the bags, ranging from shoes to laptops and many other things.

Though the name(s) of the staff(s) was not given, however, the passenger who disclosed this, alleged that their padlocks was broken too.
