What is wrong with all these athletes and doping? Does it suddenly turn them into a superman? Even with dopes, his performance was really shitty.

This commissioner really lacks shame. He turned himself into a tool in the hands of politicians. I would rather resign from office than soil my integrity.

*UPDATED*
I feel so honored to be the first to comment. All my hardwork and dedication has finally paid off. Getting the top comment has been a dream of mine for many years, and I would like to thank those who have helped me along the way. Next I would like to thank my parents, for birthing me and my fiancee for loving me totally. I want to thank my dog Bingo, for always being there for me. I also want to thank Mr Fani Kayode for allowing me to realize that if a mentally challenged child can be minister, I can be 1st to comment... This is a special moment in my life and I would like to thank any of my unmentioned friends and family that have helped me along the way. This moment will be an experience that I will never forget. And last but not least I would like to thank all of the millions of people/fans out there that took time out of their day to celebrate this momentous achievement with me. I cannot stress how much of a big deal this is. I have been trying to be the first to comment on a post for years, but that has not been possible until this amazing day. Hopefully my good luck will continue, but this is undoubtedly a rare occasion. If you asked me how I did this, I would say, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. To all the kids out there reading this, I would like to tell them to follow their dreams, the sky is the limit. Please don’t call me names and say mean things about me. Just be happy for me and celebrate this moment with me. Being the top comment is amazing, thank you everyone.

Woww.. This is a real adventure. I'm sure you must be really loaded financial wise. How did you learn to write and speak french so fluently? You went to a french school in Port-Harcourt or you had a private tutor?
Career › Re: Mechanical Eng,chemical Eng Or Elect Elect??? by ecolime(m): 7:24am On Sep 24, 2013
I studied chemical engineering and I can boldly tell you that those three courses are the best engineering courses you can ever think of. They are very challenging and fantastic with lots of prospects in the labour market.
In terms job prospects in Nigeria, I give it to Elect/Elect engr. It's much more flexible than the other two. You won't regret studying it.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: GE Africa Early Career Development Program - Nigeria Graduate Trainee by ecolime(m): 4:22pm On Sep 23, 2013
jimmy74: I have been applying for GE jobs since 2008 without any call for interview until this year, precisely in may, I received a call for interview and so far have attended up to five stages of interviews so far (the last been 2 weeks ago) and the hiring process still ongoing. I have been told through a couple of my guys working there that it may take up to a year plus. However, I would like to state that,
1, Not all successful candidates have a foreign degrees, though, its easy to acquire a foreign degree after joining them.
2, It is true that, their hiring process is lengthy, not favorably to a jobless applicant as he may tend to give up on them.
3, The job itself is worth all the pains and struggles as the condition of service is superb.
Therefore, I would like to encourage all intending applicants to apply as you can never tell when your stars will shine.
Woww.. Really happy for you. Your comment is quite inspiring.

modash: The story doesn't add up, at first you heard from a passenger then secondly you were a passenger! Which of the two was it? I seriously doubt this news
I thought I was the only one who saw that. We should learn to verify stuffs like this before putting an organisation in a bad light. Bad public image is really hard to redeem.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: GE Africa Early Career Development Program - Nigeria Graduate Trainee by ecolime(m): 12:36pm On Sep 21, 2013
It's good to be optimistic and also give all job openings your best shot. GE is a great place to work even though they are fond of holding peoples CV for months and eventually send a regret mail.

My advice: If you are not the strong-hearted type, don't bother applying to GE especially if you don't have a foreign degree and probably a masters too.
No need to ask me for reasons.

N.B: Sorry if my comment sound discouraging or confusing.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Grade Discrimination: Whose Fault Exactly? by ecolime(m): 8:44am On Sep 15, 2013
Woww.. Very thought provoking. There is descrimination in some quarters even against 2.1, Private unis, state unis, Nigerian degree as whole, state of origin, age, physical appearance, etc.. The list is endless. The best way to fight descrimination is to proove yourself by being the best at what you do.
Nice post. Keep it up.

His blood will get spilled first. It's only in a lawless country like Nigeria you would find thieves threatening the whole nation with the security forces doing nothing about it.
