@inwangobio: I praise your courage and forthright thinking. Let's be practical here,it is so easy to make comments on real life situations in which you have no personal experience. For me I wouldn't condemn anyone, because we all speak according to our level of understanding of situations in life.But for those who say you should test before marriage and .No pregnancy,No marriage, I believe that's quite childish of such people. They need to grow up. Be that as it may,it is not an easy thing and I don't pray for anyone to go through such.I have been in God's Waiting Room(GWR) for 3years plus.It is when you go through it that you understand what I'm saying.The truth is that there are a lot of things involved. Some are not even medical but spiritual. So how do you solve such? Many times we blame the females but that's not true, men are also culprits. We need to understand that children are gifts from God and He decides to give whomsoever He wants to and He can't be questioned. Whether or not God gives one a child, it does not make God less than who He is. For me I'm ready to wait for as long as it will take me to have them.This is really a test of faith. Didn't the scriptures tell us about Abraham,Sarah, Isaac, Racheal, Elizabeth, Hannah and others.For those going thru this like me, pls don't give up on God and don't put yourself under uncessary pressure and never allow anyone do that to you. Don't be discouraged. Don't be tempted to take another wife.Don't also abandon your wife, she's not the problem. It calls for mutual love and understanding. Mariage is more than just having Children. Though children are an integral part, what about the companionship, friensdhip, fellowship, sense of responsibility and all that marriage brings?Just learn to wait on God, believe in Him, trust Him and put your dependence on Him for He will surely do it. We shall soon smile. This is just a passing phase we shall laugh soon.(Amen).[/color]

I believe it is incumbent on Justice Salami to decide whether or not he wants to go to the Supreme court.I strongly believe that there is a political undertone in this case more so the fact that 2011 elections are approaching.The landmark cases of the Gubernatorial election of Fayemi and Aregbesola  are a case in point.My submission is that we let Salami be.

I Just finished watching Pastor Bimbo's Cd on marriage and it still ministered to me though she had gone to glory.I leave this issue to God to decide.I believe Pastor Bimbo went to heaven.The onus lies on us to ensure that we make heaven too.As for Prophet Obadare ,he will have to answer God for everything he said.Pls If you have not given your life to Christ do so now.Pastor Bimbo is surely in heaven I believe so.

I agree very much with Ozalogbo that the law is based on facts.The EFCC didn't do their homework well before approaching the court.I think Farida should be sanctioned too.In law the burden of proof lies with the litigant.Once you are not able to do that then ur case is doomed, But we never worrry,Ibori can't escape the London Hammer

What a pity!!!!!!!!!This is a classic case of afise.But I still think the matter should go to the court so as to give justice both to the living and the dead.

I agree with some of the findings of this study.I am a teacher and I know what effect indiscriminate spanking can have on students.My own take is this that u spank ony when necessary and not excessively

I believe we should commend Gov Raji Fashola for the steps taken so far.No governor after Lateef Jakande has been that bold and courageous.I think we need to give him time to do what he wants to do.look at Oshodi then and now,what a g8 improvement.I bet you not even the military could tame Oshodi.I believe Fashola  does not want to rock the boat of this administration so he his applying  much wisdom in this regard.Fashola being an intellectual is approaching this issue with a lot of tact.with the introduction of BRT  buses in Lagos with improved transportation services he is gradually phasing out the agberos.So lets be patient with him.Eko  o ni baje o.Don't think i'm a politician.I'm not one and will never be one.I'm just a fan of this g8 icon

A journalist impregnated a lady he intended marrying while still courting.when it was time to name the baby,the father insisted on conducting it.The guys family objected saying it was aginst the Yoruba tradition to do so and the lady's father told them if they dare take the baby away for it the child will not come back alive.eventually the man's family got a pastor to do the naming in the lady's father's house.Some days later the father did his own in the Islamic way and they even shaved the little baby's hair.This has caused a serious problem nowThis is areal life problem someone asked me for counsel and I want people to pls help me.

If the father is nearby u could arrange to do the naming in presence of a Pastor .Find a godly pastor they'll be of assistance.Most Churches may not want to do it if the child was born out of wedlock. Similar scenario happened in my church though my pastor initially refused to conduct it,later he sent me to go and conduct it
