But we don't need a corrupted version of any foreign language to hedge our identity on. We can still maintain our socio-cultural diversity under a united, powerful and prosperous new nation.

What we need is the resources (both human and material) which we already have in abundance for rapid nation building, economic growth and development; and a lingua franca (English language) which, also, we have already adopted for official communication.

A well written constitution that contains fundamental human rights, minority rights, strict environmental laws, acceptable revenue sharing formula and other unambiguous sundry issues based on the bitter lessons learnt from the failed experiment called Nigeria, will be equally, if not more, vital.

PDP has totally lost focus. They they delve into trivialities.
