The w210 and w211 pre-facelift use the same M112 engines. Same tranny if I'm not mistaken, only difference is SBC, body kits and suspension components. Now I agree it is a workhorse but same as the bland Corolla

Remember I currently drive an IS250 (my cousin technically owns it, bought from the same Calculusx and PPI carried out by Oluwaseunla). That chap's problems are well documented, Kingreign also drives a Lexus, tranny never pack up.

W210 Facelift is far more reliable and cost effective than any w211 ever made.

It's an old car - it's only reliable because parts are cheaper. Mercs are not known for being reliable, you want reliability go the Lexus route
