Nigerin women are like every other foreign ladies. The men are too quick to judge them, but Nigerian men forget so soon that the characteristics commonly found in a Nigerian woman is due to culture and environment influence.
Let me stop here, i got no time to write an essay grin
I aptly mentioned the environmetal influence as a factor in my post and still went further to implore a change. Even ladies from ghana and SA can challenge one mentally than the average nigerian lady. There are exceptions as I mentioned. I beleieve its an area for changes. Dats why I earlier stated that I will rather be with a nigerian lady ten times over than a foreign one. But we can't ignore the area a nigerian one is clearly lacking. Mental repressiveness

arguements and discourse is good for the mind. Plus what I said is true. Its an area for improvement. Foreign ladies complain about the ego of nigerian men and our over sensitivness . If that is said. By ur own experiences with us . Isn't that statement true ? dat u agree with that does it mean hatred for nigerian men. My post didn't generalise for the general population of nigerian women. I mentioned exceptions. And if you do a survey you woould realise my asspertions weren't malicious.

That girl has issues and thus wanted to display. Thus my response. I might be controversial by topic by I always know where am coming from

I for one cannot be involved romantically with a lady who isn't my tribe, talkless of another nationality. But that being said if you compare our ladies in mental and behavioural charateristics to women from other non conservative climes. You would admit a typical nigerian lady is daft and mentally inept.

the beliefs , the abilty to reason or hold conversations, the overall mentality of most of our ladies are down right crappy . There is serious need for improvement. A test of this theory is to add up a foreign lady and a nigerian and chat. You would realise that most aren't able to have a conversation on even simple issues of gossip talkless of intelligent discourse.

This doesn't apply to all nigerian ladies as I have spoken to many whom I couldn't match their intellect and our friendship was a blast. But must be said that a vast majority are mentally repressed.

In my own opinion , nigerian ladies are the most beautiful in the world especially my tribe. But asides the looks and their percieved street smartness when it comes to defrauding men emotionally and financially. They aren't up to scratch.

The way they were brought up could be a factor , where most nigerian ladies are quick to assume u wanna date her or ask her out once u start a conversation, thus in trying to be defensive she represses her reasoning in order not to appear intrested in you.

I think the above might be true because these same girls can discuss for affrica in their hostels or in familiar suroundings. Anyway arguements and intelligent discourse which shouldn't necessarily be based on emotional issues do help mental development.

I like the intellect of foreign girls, I love their reasoning. I love our nigerian ladies for their looks and street smart . But if the could get alittle bit more smarter and mentally capable. Foriegn girls could and would have nothing on you.

Please to hold an open mind to sexual orientation or feminism which many do isn't the intellect we talking about cos those ones are deluded on foreign propaganda and identity crisis

Its truly now gone on for a month and am no longer happy. My libido has suddenly vanished into thin air simply because of a dirty corper.

I make it a point of duty to stick to clean ladies and never engage in any improptu sexual activity. Quickies aren't for me as I prefer when a lady prepares herslf for sex deliberately, thus have always wondered what madness flows in the minds of rapists and molesters who go on a girl without any preparation for such act. I have very strong aversion to bad smell.

After a bad experience last month, where I couldn't breathe, and couldn't wait to finish before I ran into the bathroom screaming for her to get out before I come out. I have never smelt anything so awful. This isn't the first time we going down , very likely she contracted a new disease or she wanted to kill me deliberately.

Anyway am not a baby and neither is this a first time experience with a smello. But this has affected me that I have lost all interest in sex and its a month counting

You see how you think abbout smell when you hear linda ikeji, I think and shudder at my experience once I see any woman for the past month now. I need this to stop asap.

I was hoping with time I will forget it and get back to normal. But its been a month and am starting to get worried

PoliticsWe Need A Revolution...... A Mental And Physical One by Eddygourdo(op): 9:01am On Apr 16, 2016
I used to stand against the ipob and their agenda , not because it held no water or substance, but because the way they went about it depicted their ignorance and bigoted hatred for the current system.

What is the problem of nigeria and why is it an almost failed state. It is clear that nigerians are the problem with nigeria. Apc , pdp, buhari, jonathan etc all have a common factor that defines them. They are all nigerians. Thus how can a country grow with a people of these traits.
Untrustworthy people
Forgetful people
Short attention span
Visionless people
Ethnic bigots
Religious hypocrites
Corrupt people
Visonless leaders and followers
Shameless people who can excuse all crimes if its beneficial to them.

The arab spring was possible because they worshiped the same god or religion, the spoke the same language which dwarfed their ethnic differences. A revolution was possible but its a crazy idea in nigeria. Our differences far outweighs our similarities. Thus what is the solution.

We need a revolution in nigeria. First off. We don't need nigeria anymore . The strenght must leave the centre and go to the regions. The strongest government arm should be that which is closest to the people. We can't keep doing the same tthing dat isntt working and yet we keep doing it.

If the south west was an autonomous region , same applies to the south east and south south. In the next ten years they will have more developments and advancements in that time period as compared to what will be achieved in this current entraption caalled nigeria.

Thus why are we still a country at all or even a country whose strength is strongest at the centre. Which gives room for marginalzation etc. Why can't we accept defeat and either practise true federalism or end our association to the entrapment called nigeria.

We need a revolution where the revolutionists speak the same local language and hold same religious beleifs. Revolutions check mate failed governments but such a solution will never work in a nation like nigeria . Which is divided amongst itself

This has always been my grouse with the white man. Always shoving his beliefs in other peoples throat like he did with religion.

It amazes why these same people like you said celebrate and condone homosexuality, and yet the criminalize polygamy. I mean, since it all has to do with consent. That is two adults consenting to an act.

To me, I believe the homos have a hidden agenda because the way they go about advocating their sexuality and shoving it down our throats is becoming alarming. I mean, its everywhere, you see it everywhere, movies, tv shows, even anime and cartoons too.

I was slightly bemused when I watched Batman: Bad Blood, and saw a display of lesbianism there, I mean this is a cartoon meant for kids!

These homos are now targeting kids with their sexuality. Hark! Such show of brazen arrogance is very daring.
is it a wonder that one of their highest rated shows is the comedy series "modern family" . thus depicts what the modern family could be, with child adoptions, homosexual relations and branding the gay lifestyle.

the idea is to make the acts and lifestyle common to children at an early age , such hat with that increased awareness, kids to take up to homosexuality earlier to prove their disgraceful theory that gays are born and not made.

imagine a homosexual theme in a cartoon, yet africans cannot create their own identity and not be ashamed of it.

africans cant decide for ourselves what future traits we want our children to bear, and how we want them to see life. who gives the white man the rights to right and wrong, nor the self belief that he can spread such garbage down the throats of the unwilling public

Good one bro. Women are equal to men already. We don't perform the same roles but we balance each other. Women even enjoy unmerited favours from men just because of their gender. Feminists are just noisemakers who actually cannot handle what they call equality.

As for the homosexuality issue, it is just a preference. Those that engage in it are not helplessly doing so. They should not champion their cause on that false premise of being born gay. It is simply a lie.
he bolded is waht makes me wonder if the feminists are block headed or simpletons. they know that to be the truth but yet are championing a worthless cause.

let me even make their case worse, do you know they want equality with men and yet want to be treated as a "woman " with all the benefits attached.

With the relative ease of access of internet technology, anyone can churn out any amphigory on the internet as fact, and almost everyone with Internet sophistication can edit Wikipedia.

This is the era of blogs and more blogs, so the question isn't about asking Google or doing a cursory Internet research but to question the source, authenticity and motive of what the internet gives to us.

The true position of colonialism, slavery and the world wars have been lost and obscured by subjective reporting coloured with political expediency at preserving the status quo.

Who do I tell that for the British to justify slave trade in the 19th century they wrote all sorts of unprintable descriptions about Africa to their own people? And much hasn't changed today.

That Africans endorsed homosexuality when they killed twins is the height of Western conformism!!!

It was a taboo, it's name was a bush whisper!!!

Only recently did the West sought to give it an emboldened vestige in Africa!
i truly wonder when that boy was born , but at least we all should remember the nineties and 2000s. am sure there where gays in nigeria, yet it wasnt in the mainstream as a subject of any meaningful discourse. the advent of the social media boom and its easy access and spread for distribution of fallacious propaganda made it easy for issues that according to you were discussed in hush tones to start sounding mainstream.

to make matters worse they sort to legalize it with arguments of the "modern family" . they claimed its based strictly on the expression of love between two individuals , yet these same individuals crave the attention and acceptance of the general population more than their love for themselves.

they tried the church as a means of spreading the gay gospel and unfortunately the church of england fell prey, they spread forth their minions on the internet to accuse op posers of their lack of liberality nor higher intellect. thus the liberal man according to them is a man that embraces homosexuals, yet he abhors polygamists , paedophiles and other freaks of nature.

they carried out subjective research that proved that children were unaffected when raised by homosexual parents and yet i remember finding it difficult to understand how a woman and a man produced children much less two men.

yet their subjective research told them that , thus the spread to africa. its lovely though the responses African governments gave to mr obama, thus that issue is left for now.

too bad the next issue they have succeeded in promoting underground to see if it passes the house , was the gender equality bill and most unfortunately our single deluded ladies are swallowing it line hook and sinker without looking at he long term effects of such idiocy.

My brother the message is simple. Africa is enslaved!!!

Our own history was bequeathed to us by the penning and dictates of the West. And we threw our oral history of unblemished account devoid of all political motives out the door!

Any African who doesn't know that the "truth" is the first casuality of war doesn't deserve to be alive!!!

After the defeat of colonialism, African history was written in jornals and memoirs like a movie script soothing the theme of the white man.

We read in their language, study in their language, that is the subtle subjugation of our mind, intellect and spirit.

Homosexuality being African is a farce!!! It was seen as a taboo and an abhorrence!!!

Of course the practice of a widowed Igbo woman who married another woman to bear her male children can be cited as the practice giving acquiescence to homosexuality
grin grin grin
thank you for the above, i doubt that nitwit darkenrebel knows about that. we did it in igbo land and yet we know what that was all about . its was a cultural practise and never meant gay marriage between the two women. but these people piont at that as part of their evidences of historical african homosexual practise.

if you read some of the rubbish on the internet you could see a representation of the above highlight as evidence of homosexual relation without any mention of cultural context or belief.

then one fellow with limited education and reasoning will come paste it here with huge grammar to boot , in proof of african historical homosexuality.

I've got just one question to ask in order to clear the air:-

•Are you trying to suggest that there were no Gays, lesbians and transvestites in Africa before the Age of Discovery in the 15th century, or before the Phoenicians explored North Africa, or even before contacts with Europeans and colonialism?...
Are you trying to imply that since time began, all Africans had been straight until the Westerners indoctrinated homosexuality?

A simple yes or no would suffice...
there where homosexual behaviour , this existed in various contexts, some did that for ritual purposes as in a particular culture i wont mention , that was done on the occasion of cleansing a sacrificed person whom was forgiven, and thus didnt want him to pass on his cursed personality to future children. the chief priest would do that to him to cleanse him and protect his unfathered children from belonging to the sacrificed gods.

there was homosexual behaviour with respect to the dark ages and beliefs that existed then.

the answer is yes there where but in a strict cultural or belief context and never on love or expression.

mind you that post coloniation era, the pervert colonialist practised such on some men in their care, this is reported in some climes.

•••We also have the Zante warriors of Sudan that married young men and even paid bride price...

•••Same with the Khoikhoi people of South Africa

•••The San people of Zimbabwe in their paintings depicted men having anāl sex...

•••You still want proof? Homosexuality was a prevalent theme in the Nzima community in Ghana...

•••Tranvestism was also practiced in Madagascar and Ethiopia.

•••The Pangwe people of Cameroon also had same-sex marriage....

I don't have the energy to trade words with those that think they are omniscient when in fact they know nothing, but Imma try to bring you up to speed:-

Before the Portuguese(who were the first to explore the African continent) landed on our soil - Africans, except inhabitants of Ancient Egypt, Kush, Axum, Numidia and Nubia weren't as civilized as the rest of the world... They didn't have papyrus like the Egyptians or gigantic pyramids; neither did they care to document anything - all they did was farm, fish, hunt and war with neighbouring shanties...
They were also not painters and were rarely involved in Arts(save for sculptures and Clay work which were in most cases used for religious purposes)

My point exactly is that we never jotted majority of what went down in our society either via literal or artistic media...neither were we like the Romans and Greeks who had literati, orators and whatnot - thus, majority of what transpired(like homosexuality) were unwittingly not documented which is why it seems so abstruse when you try to ferret them out purring over our historical records...

Remember I told you the Portuguese were the first explorers? now look at what those so-called white men said after they witnessed the same-sex marriage in Congo - According to history, they labelled it "unnatural damnation"

Andrew Battell who was an English traveller in the 1590s, also wrote this in his memoirs about the Imbangala people of Angola :- "They are beastly in their living, for they have men in women's apparel, whom they keep among their wives."

Can you now see that your argument has been totally flawed when you say Homosexuality was an imported commodity?

Kindly visit a well-stocked public library or subscribe to Britannica.com and stop feigning knowledge...

My posts were coherent and crisp and clear... I'm not to be blamed for your limited vocabulary pool...

Like I said, you know nought about precolonial homosexuality in Africa so stop trying to be clever by half...if you want sycophants that'd blow bubbles in your āss and agree to your false claims then perhaps you shouldn't have put it up for debate on a public forum.

Nota Bene: only an unintelligent person takes offence when the word 'ignorant' is used to describe him or her... you know why? because he out of ego thinks he is an island of knowledge whereas he knows nowt...
An intelligent person on the other hand leverages it to his advantage and uses it as a learning opportunity.

no right thinking person would not consider time periods in his analysis, the whites practised cannibalism historically as reported even in english history, thus if someone is a cannibal in england after listening to ISIL proganda of 2016, he is simply doing so because his forefathers practised it and must not be attributed to the brain washing of the ISIL.

the same applies to terrorism, never forget te violent past of the whites , if a tyrant emerges in germany, and decides to bomb jews, and shout allah while doing so , we should point at hilter as the reason and not the ISIL or whatever current propaganda that bewitched him to such character.

i wonder if you reason at all , or simply pleased by reading the crap you ae posting here.

believe you me , you have nothing to teach me , i keep mentioning you because i wanna teach you .

too bad you still didnt get the context of my mentions , just as you didn't understand the history you read.

If you turn into a notepad now, I would write a 400 word thesis on any topic in Art and humanities on you...stop convulsing because I proved your assertions were farce...I find it puerile when people resort to usage of pejorative terms albeit under-the-rose whenever someone contradicts what they overtime have thought to be indubitable facts...if this was the mindset the likes of Andrew Wiles or Grigori Perelman had, they wouldn't have achieved what they did...

I see you've chosen to use deflective tactics as smoke screen to disguise the fact that you have nothing pertinent to say...

This is exactly what kiddos do when flaws in their parameters have been singled out - they begin babbling unintelligibly...
and yes, drop a link to your so-called books and researches that are on the internet...

You lack wits...so you expect me to list out all of the gay marriages in precolonial Africa before you accept that it isn't some Western invention?.

and I didn't list one or two people - I gave you various instances that nulled your false and ignorant claims that homosexuality was imported to Africa by the White Man...you must not have seen where I gave you examples...Lemme repost...

I gave you instances when I mentioned Nyankh-Khnum and Khnum-hotep...and also the Siwa Oasis along with many other examples...your dyslexia cannot be beholden to me...

Happy Sunday....
to read up on history and accept it without considering the contexts of the reporting or the reported is a crime , you mention cases and i also tell you cases that bordered on homosexuality. the cases you mentioned where they homosexual relations based on love and expression or based on cultural and supernatural beliefs albeit wrong.

some tribes in papua new guinea and the aboriginals practice homosexual behavior but with a strict cultural and belief based undertone. the belief is that the boys ae born without sperms and thus the adult males are expected to seed them .

this is a belief and thus the practice, do they practice that in respect to love or expression? you mention instances in the dark ages when the africans killed twins in belief it was a mistake of nature , or when human sacrifices were rife ?

did you bother to understand the context of those time periods to understand why that happened ? the old Egyptians kept men sex slaves and that was an expression of love or dominion on a slave.

mr man do not claim what you dont know or read without knowing, go and look up those examples and come and speak to me as an academic who can dis cypher intelligence from data. you cannot just give a resorting on facts you must substantiate it.

please i hope i didnt read that africans were cryptic, maybe you need to read the about the human libraries of sudan and Senegal , the tribe who never bothered to write history , but left it to the exclusive preserve of the knowledge keepers.

go and read up on those cases you have mentioned and the context of their homosexual practice. when you have done that come and tell me in one instance where it was a generally accepted view that men fell in love and married purely on love or expressions.

mind you even in igbo land women have historically married other women, but i wont tell you the reason or the cultural justification of that very act , i will simply report it as evidence of gay marriage in Africa like you did and tell you that it also happened in your village.

don't you marvel at urself sometimes ?

Well that's still a mystery as everything most of these feminist bring forward is shrouded in falsehood and also a means to propel their individual aims to the world.

Feminism and homosexuality, as far as I'm concerned is still very alien to the African man and even more alien to the nigerian man, who is very traditional and also very religious, and both are oppose the homosexuality and feminism.

I always tell the homos here to come out from social media and stage a protest, let's see if their own neighbors will not stone them to death. Nairaland has provided a safe haven for them to litter this place with their sexuality, due to its policy of anonymity. Have you asked yourself why these so called gay advocates don't go to their own facebook and instagram pages to declare their support for homosexuality? Or even come out as homosexuals?
serious food for thought

Basically on point mate, but the fact is most of these sick psychos are just clowns forcing social lobotomies , most would rather hide under the safety and pleasures of their homes only to come online to advertise their plight...

However, my worry is not on the demented souls, they won't change anyway; they're damned! Let's talk rather about vitalising the young , fresh naive minds instead. Inoculate and vaccinate em so they won't get attracted to this vampire paradigm, absorb it as a credible social norm in our black Nigeria, while being given the pseudo impression such allowance is a right step towards accrediting the global village campaign the West are giving the hottest campaign not knowing its a trap to continue milking us dry while believing we are one and united in every possible facet; we've been fooled enough - We won't be here forever!
the fact is how could you educate our young naive minds when there are people who are quick to tell them you are an ignorant and backward person simply because you have decided to think for yourself and not gobble down western propaganda as they do.

this very area of re-educating the youths to not make the same mistakes as our fathers or oursleves to be colonized mentally by the west and their propaganda is a very important discourse.

in my belief i do not agree anymore by their definition that we are ignorant and un-knowing simply because we are africans . yes we didnt build computers, but we survived for centuries in our environment , and with contentment.

yes, we where barbaric but who wasnt barbaric during the dark ages, thank God the stories of the aztecs and other tribes have described worse barabrism than that they attributed to africans.

the homosexual thing is being peddled by some people to be an african thing , just as they attributed AIDS to us, yet i ask him to please tell me the african customary practise towards homosexuals , at least yoruba history is well reported , i will like to hear and see facts that indicated the yorubas practised homosexual affliations or indeed any other tribe.

how could one simply cite one or two cases of africans and attribute it to the entire african populations

Bro, it is!!!

The West isn't some benevolent charity outlet!!!

For every act of kindness from any Western nation is the enthronement of its demand of foreign policy often in the guise of its huge multinational companies.

Feminism is destroying Europe and America. Their women are hitting the menopausal age faster than ever, their marriages are crumpling, ivf is failing, population is declining, China and Russia is breathing down their necks.

And no African has taken the time to define what feminism is in its true concept and objective!!!

Until we can decipher the device, our intelligent fools and cultural minions will continue selling their souls in exchange for a concept they would neither benefit from or understand.
please tell that to darkenrebel and the other wannabe. by their understanding you are ignorant and uneducated because you are saying such and not agreeing to the western propaganda.

every thing said there is on point and yet its these same people we are listening to and following their beliefs when its clearly destroying them. what you said in one post pleases my heart the most because it appears they dont realize this yet , that the same ideals they peddle in the media to africans are in minority opinion and acceptance in their lands .

their media never truly reflect the truth of situations.
