The Nigerian JTF have been directed by the Federal Government I suppose to destroy illegal refineries situated in the Niger Delta. Now my argument is this: if this is a skill why not the government leverage on it instead of destroying it.

In my own view, Nigeria would never had gone into recession in the first place. It is just that the Nigerian Government in my own little view prefers to borrow everything including technology, and that is why this recession could not be adverted even when a lot of postulations I believe were made.
