i currently have a NOI from ontario. i am a single applicant. I plan on getting married in December this year. If i add my partner while the process is on going i will have to wait till his pr is ready before we both leave. Assuming the process goes through can i leave in October and come back and marry in December so that i invite him and then sponsor him or it is better to add him outright. we are in the same office and i dont want to wait after marriage

Thanks for the reply.i was first refused 11yrs ago and I couldnt found the refused letter.although I mentioned it in my application that I was refused 11yrs ago.
To be honest with you,I never inflated the account,my savings account is the account I use most and the info and out flow is much.atleast I scanned over 300pages.
Pls I need someone to break down the reason why I was refused and what I should do next.

We know crude oil production is expensive. Can you justify why a litre of petrol can be sold for $0.9 in the US and Dangote has(in your opinion) to sell above #500 if that's not ripping off? I'm actually for 100% removal of subsidy but if people keep quiet i trust nigerian capitalists, they'll sell even at #1000.
