oduastates: Can we borrow Stalin or Mao Tse Sung from the grave? Perhaps Fidel castro can still do a job.
Buhari has gone soft. This is not what I voted for. The Buhari I voted for was the 1983 Buhari. Why are these clowns not yet on exile? The tough guy was Idiagbon, not Buhari. Buhari was overthrown without a single shot fired while Idiagbon was out of the country. He was picked up like a chick. People keep making wrong assertion about him being a tough guy, he's not! |

jenbost: Please gurus in the house. I have no job now and thins are extremely difficult for me as no one is ready to help me. That aside. I have about 5 stocks certificates in my file. I was adviced to turn them to cash. Please I urgently need help as I do not know how to sell and who to sell to. Please it's urgent as we have nothing to eat. Thanks in anticipation for your assistance. If the certificates are in your name, then take them to a stockbroker (the choice of a Broker will depend on the value of the stocks based on the prevailing market prices), a stock account(CSCS account) will be opened for you by the Broker. The Stockbroker will commence the dematerialization(you will be required to fill some forms, your Banker's confirmation of your signature will be required etc) of the certificates and your CSCS account will be credited with the stocks in electronic form at the completion of the process. It is only in this form that you can trade the stocks. I sincerely hope that some of the stocks have not been delisted. I hope this helps. Thanks. |

opalu: 1:2:4 is a well accepted standard though somehow many casters don't like it. 1 headpan of cement + 2 headpans of Sharpsand + 4 headpans of granite.
In 1 bag of cement we have 2 headpans of cement.
So for 1 bag of cement, they must use 4 headpans of sand and 8 headpans of granite to achieve this 1:2:4 Thanks a lot! |

opalu: The quality of materials used and the best practices with which are used to build structures determine how long the building will last before requiring structural upgrade.
