Analysis like this would make a lot of sense if it was done all over the country or at least in some selected states so that we can do a comparative analysis. So, why single out Lagos state?

Btw, NURTW is a trade Union. Trade Unions and professional bodies charge their members huge sums annually. As a member of ICAN, I pay 30k to the institute as annual subscription. I still pay for conference, AGM and faculty due without complaining. So, are members of NURTW complaining? Who forced them to be members of the union?

When were rejoicing about Minimum Wage then, the Teachers told us that they did not receive any Minimum Wage instead they just added 3 or 4 thousand to their old salary.

They even told me that the Labour Congress in Ebonyi will not do anything and if they try, they will be arrested. I just laughed it off because I thought they were exaggerating but I think the woman that said it was serious.

Mr Man no be bad thing if person talk. Like what he has done in Abakiliki he should also try to extend it to Teachers too

During my industrial training (4th year), used it to make a few bucks during my final year, left it for a while since clients weren't coming forward and focused on the family business and when I was called up for service, everything looked foreign once again but due to the pandemic and lockdown, I decided to pick it and nose dive into it full time.

I should've socialised more. I was all about books and books. My whole life was my books and my text books. To just give you a picture of how serious I was: My course mates usually book my note a week before because I was the 'serious type'. If my note no complete no body note for that class go complete.

I was too hard on myself. I would get B in a course where everyone would get C or D and I will still be complaining and beating myself for getting B instead of A. But, if my friend gets B I would be so happy for him because I know B is very hard to get.

After our last paper in final year, all my friends went out to flex, to enjoy. I did not go with them. I told myself ''nothing to celebrate, you wrote nonsense'' I got B all of them but one got B others were D.

Everyday I regret.
