CelebritiesRe: Did Jaywon Steal Victor Uwaifo Song? Watch As He Addresses The Issue On Sisilizz by edudguy(m): 5:53am On Dec 04, 2017
Last week or thereabout a similar thread was on FP. I don't know about the patent of Joromi or if it was Sir Victor that coined the term 'Joromi' but when I heard Simi's lyrics the first thing that came to mind was Sir Vicor Uwaifo's Joromi. The lyrics are different but there's a similarity in the tune during the Chorus. During the Joromi chorus there's a similarity. Same with Simi and Falz's soldier, we all know that Fela's soldier is about the Military while Simi and Falz's is about love and rejection but there's a similarity. It's the tune, the tunes are similar. I saw how people insulted the man saying he was too old and just wanted to make money. Either their ear is not functioning or their sense is paining them. The man above me is a practical example.
PoliticsRe: South-East Governors Ban IPOB Activities (Photos) by edudguy(m): 2:51am On Sep 16, 2017
Eke40seven:
It's always your leaders that will always rally against you.

See all their pot belly, they don't care about you.

This course is officially dead but the ideology will live on.. go back to the drawing board. Re-strategize.. they wanted something and IPOB fell into their hands.

NK you have given it your best, you are the real hero.

For now, we can still be like Germany and Japan. Their dream was to become the ruler of the world. Japanese had imperialist tendencies and so was Germany but they lost the war. But..... What they couldn't achieve in warfare they got economically. They are both today, economic superpowers.

Today, Japan dominates economically. One of the best economies in the world. They built a road map for themselves. Germany is now the leader in Europe, when they make a decision it stands. They were so dominant that UK got jealous and BREXITED.

Igbos should not dwell so much on this. This should rather be a lesson. Every well meaning son should come back home, do your investments there and grow the SE. Make SE a beauty to behold, build your best properties there, create industries. Then and there will true victory come.
Take heart brave warriors.
Exactly
The Igbos have the resources to be the most envied tribe
We don't have any investment in the South East. No Yoruba man or Hausa man even has an investment in the South East but Majority of the businesses in Lagos, Abuja and Portharcourt are owned by Ibos. The men who own these businesses won't support Biafra because they don't want to lose their investments. After toiling for more than twenty years amd you've built an empire and someone will tell you to leave everything and come back home. Your first thought will be: Is this one mad? IPOB was formed by our leaders incapability to better the lives of their people. I think Kanu fed into this. Now IPOB sees the Hausa man as his enemy but I think our greatest enemy is ourselves. If Nnamdi Kanu attacked South East governors the way he is attacking only Buhari I will gladly support. I believe Buhari is not only our problem but all our leaders irrespective of tribe who did not better the lives of their citizens

PaperLace:
Why is this police station always a target?

Arson is a serious offence.

I've encountered IPOB twice and they are easily irritated and aggressive when you don't agree with them. They are more emotional than logical. Majority of them don't know the meaning of the words they throw around.

I only wish they see the light _ 'cos they know not what they're doing.
Very true. When you disagree they will insult you and your family members

Cyynthia:
Buhari is painting the image of this country black with his body odour language.
Once Igbos leave this country, no investor will ever like to invest in a country that see violation of human rights as nothing.
As for Igbos to leave, they will definitely leave and Nig will be the worst hit.
The world is watching.
What are you saying? I am an Igbo man and I know that investors hardly come to our region. Investors invest in peaceful areas and business friendly areas like Lagos, Abuja and Portharcourt. From Onitsha down to Awka you hardly see any business firms only filling stations and hotels. Majority of us no longer want to farm all we know is to ride Okada and scream Biafra

Majority of all the companies found in Abuja and Lagos are owned by Igbos. You tell me these men will leave their business and fight for Biafra? No! Economic viability rules the world

Christianity EtcRe: Anambra Massacre: The Day Integrity Finally Left Nigeria - By Osayimwen Osahon by edudguy(m):
According to Achebe in his publication ''The trouble with Nigeria'' The trouble with Nigeria is that of leadesrship but I think The trouble with Nigeria is that of Leadership compounded with that of Followership. What struck me in this write up was the statement Buhari made and how Nigerians came for his head. But, the truth is that he was correct. We are willing to turn a blind eye when we see evil, we are willing to look the other way once we are given money. Innocent lives have been wasted! Trust me in two weeks no one will even remember this incident, it will be swept under the carpet. The worst was the Evans situation people pushed for his release. Nigeria is where we are today because of its citizens no one wants to challenge the politicians we instead love to praise them when they pass by in their flashy cars when they give us money and we are ready to challenge anyone who says they are corrupt because they are from our tribe. That's why you see people making fun of EFCC and even criticizing them that they corruption war is just a show.

I don't commend her for cheating niether do I justify cheating, but the other guy is arguing that she deserves to be killed. He should have just divorced her!

oh! and she reserved the moral right to cheat on her husband? and how was he to know of her intentions to cheat if not by catching her in the act? she was the one to have opted out of the marriage instead of throwing it right at his face!

i just find every aspect of this your logic annoying. you should'nt bring up morality here, the husband is the victim here not the biatch. she simply got served.
Wait, are you serious? Cheating should not be condoned but killing someone? How you can even make excuse for the man is surprising
