That documentation and Ippis will be easily done if my letter comes direct from the commission
But if i want he can fellow the other short cut but documentation and Ippis will very difficult as it may required another time

The appointment letter is in batches and also depends on the ministry you are processing. It still bance back on the person processing it for you.

Pls somebody should answer me this question that has been on my mind for a long time.

FCSC is only responsible in giving out APL to all federal ministries from level 7 above, and some few commissions like the BPP, OAGF, OAGF, OSGF, etc. While agencies under ministries are responsible for giving out their APL, not FCSC. But i am stand to be corrected.

Steps is moved every year not monthly. It doesn't actually mean you have to complete the 12 or more steps before you move to the next level.

Promotion is done at least 3 years. Let's say for example, you started on level 8 step 2, in the next next 3 years, you should have been in level 8 step 5 and promoted to level 9 that same year

pls there is something that I don't understand about government jobs in terms of promotion. you know they have level and steps...my confusion is on that steps...the steps is up to 14-15.
Please I want to know how many month it will take before one can be moved to another step. or does each step mean 1 month? or 1 yr. I have not understood that step part very well pls
