ayula44: Try not to discourage anyone. It's a start.... He may get better offers from this, gain experience for better offers or even meet someone who will put him on a better path. Diligence is key Good advice. i don't have much to say, God favour you.(Teacher) |

Streetinvestor2: Oga loco I know you will be viewing this thread as a guest if truly you deactivated your handle. The Xmas bonanza for transcorp has come before December as I said it will hit 6-7 naira after third quarter result. It is equally unfortunate that I didn't buy even as I picked it over caverton. We move, plenty other opportunities still they ahead. You win some, you lose some but we try to win more. . It is well. |

yMcy56: Anybody noticed that @Locodemy deactivated his handle?? Maybe because of the MH label? I don't think things should be degenerating to this level, especially those that one can be referencing some of their invaluable contributions and with which we newbies can be learning one or two things from their stock experiences from time to time. 😕
No one is perfect or Mr/Ms know all, that's one of the advantages of this platform, to learn, unlearn and re-learn......dont mind my English, e fit no correct......but at least you have idea of what I'm trying to say. Mr. Loco, please come back and overlook what made you angry. You are a VIP here. |

Mankindman: I knew nothing about PO when I started investing heavily in IB. I have used all known and available TA , FA and SA to accumulate some million units for self, friends and family members. My interest started in 2018, the first purchase was done at N51.00, and current average purchase price is at N5.20. Some of the people that I encouraged to buy INTBREW are still at average price of N12. 00 plus coz they got stucked. It is the only poor and worst performer in my portfolio, over N7M invested in a state of inertia. Come to think about, the gateway plant is in my home town. Arguably the most modern brewery in Nigeria. Good Morning Sir, I took time to read your write up yesterday on IB. Thank you and God Bless. |

[quote author=emmanuelewumi post=122565100]How many minutes drive is your new house to your place of work?
Eg living at Ketu as a tenant but working at Victoria Island, now relocating to a personal house at Ijede Ikorodu na double wahala, unless you own the business and you do less than 20 hours work per week [/quot
I'm a self employed, 5 minutes trek from house to office. |

Sorry about that, God thank you for giving me the grace to overcome landlord's wahala. I moved into my personal house last week, everybody join me and my family to glorify God for his mercies. |

Angelfrost: In summary:
Cut your spending to the barest minimum!
Once you have taken care of the basics, invest or save the rest!
If that relationship is draining your financial health, end it NOW!!! It's in your best interest this year!
Don't fall into the "don't be stingy" trap this year, especially from those greedy and lazy members of the opposite sex!
We don't wish or project negativity, but the truth must be said: 2023 is not looking pure or certain economically especially for this nation!
So, prepare to hustle harder and smarter, and be far more prudent with your finances!
Never forget:
The goal is not to look rich or prove that you are rich...! The goal is to make that money, and grow it till we can take a vacation while the money makes itself!
Happy New Year People!!! The best write-up to me. |
