I’m beginning to believe that Nigerian hospitals are death traps. Once a victim is rushed there, death is imminent.

Thank God I’m no longer a student. All this stupid disrespect which lecturers are known for. At twenty-one, I was still called “boy” because I was in university and treated like a child by both lecturers and security guards. The current cost of meat made me return to poultry farming and catfish rearing. Balanced diets will not be my problem. A word of advice for idiots here; swallows are the healthiest of meals. Soups and stews combine vitamins and minerals into one serving. Buy fruits whenever possible. Eat a fruit at least once daily. If priviledged, consume fruits thrice daily.

I'm glad you created this thread because I had been podering over the issue before now. My concern is the shell life and not necessarily whether it is consumed quickly or not. I think roasted groundnuts begin to lose its fresh taste after 3 days, and it will be wise to consume it within a space of 5 days.

I’ve not noticed any change in taste past three days. Then again, the longest I’ve kept a bottle was five days. Maybe any longer would’ve made a difference. At worst, the ones I buy aren’t fresh to begin with.

Anita had the biggest glow up in this season. She reminds me of Bamike aka Bam Bam who came in looking regular then tushed up with every passing week.
