Despise not the days of little beginnings... If you want to follow a career path and you get an opportunity to start small in the path.. Take it and do certifications while at it...it will boost your chances at better jobs.. There is what is called sacrifice. The universe responds to what you put out there. Me I am from delta. I had the opportunity of a job as a INdutrial trainee at 10k/month in Lagos. Mind you I was a graduate.. My salary was only able to carry my transport fair in Lagos.. Although I had to squat with a friend...and so. E times go without food. 6months later I was absorbed into the company at 90k/month and a year later I got another job in another company at 600k/month.my life changed and after then I have had jobs that offered me 5million naira a month outside the country... My advise grow your trade. You are only as relevant as your last experience and certifications. Degree takes u no where. Something gotta give. It's your choice.. I am not saying this may work for you.. I am saying most people I know have even worked for free in these conditions because of experience and today they are where they hoped to be.. Others are not there yet. So figure it out yourself and make a decision based on your convictions. Nobody can help you but you. It's your sacrifice and your failure or success.. No one else... Take it or leave it.. But what I can tell u is that For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Newtons 3rd law of motion. 7 Likes |

Be careful if APC promises because they really fulfill it. The first was change...they brought change actually...They changed the country from fastest growing economy to recession, Xhanged the brotherliness of christians and muslims, changed Nigeria from a democratic regime to a militarized zone, Killed alot of Nigerians, etc. Now its next level...OMG...its scary what the next level will be...total Annihilation and plunge of the Nigerian State. May God punish Buhari and Osinbajo |

cramjones: Thanks Cramjones for that reply you gave him...It really shouldn't matter whether one is employed as a contract staff or full staff...In the real sense of it contract staff should earn higher than a permanent staff as is obtainable in in developed countries(even in other African countries like Ghana and Angola who have citizen's friendly Labor LAws)... A contract staff does more of the Job than a permanent staff who just sits there and look good on the job that a contract staff performs. Well it should'nt be about who is or who is not a full staff it should be that we review out Labor law such that employers should not have the right under law to abuse employees, by way of modern day slavery as in remunerations...There should'nt be anything like contract staffing..if there must be a contract staff should earn more than a full staff as is practiced unser international labor law because the pay is an all inclusive one. The govt really need to review our Labor law to favor the employee and employer alike but not to enslave employees and have enforement agents to make sure these laws are practiced. |

Interviewer: Why is the Negro so behind economically? Ashkenazi Jew: Not only does the Negro have the slowest wit, he does not practice group economics. The only aspect of economics the Negro understands is consumption. He doesn't understand the importance of building wealth. The fundamental rule is to keep your money within your racial group. We build business Jewish, hire Jewish, spend Jewish and buy Jewish. There is nothing wrong with that. But it's a basic rule that the Negro cannot comprehend and follow. He kills his fellow Negro daily over crack cocaine and heroin or for the sake of ''keeping it real'' instead of wanting to see his fellow Negro do well. 93% of blacks killed in America are by other blacks. Statistics show that, the Jew’s money exchanges hands 18 times before leaving his community. The Negro's is probably a maximum of once. Only 6% of his money goes back into his community. That's how Jews are at the top and they are at the bottom rung of every ladder of every society. 1 in 104 Negroes build businesses in America and there is an inverse correlation with the percentage of the prison population being at 51%, despite only being 13% of the aggregate American population. Interviewer: The Negro’s buying power in America is $1,000,100,000,000.00 trillion dollars. $100 billion dollars more than the entire GDP of Africa ($1 trillion dollars) and it's set to rise to $1,700,000,000,000.00 trillion dollars by 2017 according to an analysis from economic experts. But what could the Negro do with $1,000,100,000,000.00 trillion dollars a year? Ashkenazi Jew: Negroes of the American diaspora? Interviewer: Yes Ashkenazi Jew: Well, Instead of buying Louis Vuitton, Hermes and Cristal (Corporations that could influence politics at his own expense and are also not big fans of him). He could industrialise the whole of Africa, build national banks, rid of majority of colonial banks and institutions on his continent by putting them out of business. This will make room for economic growth in Africa. He could hold onto more of his resources whilst actually selling them at market rates, without the requirement to sell the rights. He could reduce poverty substantially, become self-reliant and not rely on the aid of the European. He could build a nuclear arsenal for a united Africa, invest in infrastructure, educational institutions, scientific research and technological innovations for his benefit. With $1,000,100,000,000.00 trillion dollars, the Negro could rapidly catalyse Africa's ascent to becoming a world power. Interviewer: What are your thoughts on the Negro’s remarkable failures after 150 years? Ashkenazi Jew: Well, nothing is ever the Negro’s fault. His compulsive habit of killing his own, his compulsive material consumption. His inabilities to build businesses and preserve wealth are usually somebody else's fault. Interviewer: What can the Negro do to liberate himself from his economic plight? Ashkenazi Jew: The Negro must take responsibility. The Negro must unite. He must build businesses; he must invest in his own institutions and infrastructure. He must keep money in his community and he must learn to control his own means of production. Interviewer: Thank you for your time. Ashkenazi Jew: Pleasure 2 Likes |

Few days after the presidential election that saw the exit of President Goodluck Jonathan, fresh facts have emerged as to the roles played by some very influential people close to him From the outset it was clear so many of those close to Jonathan , ministers, Head of agencies, PDP National Assembly members and even some of the militants he empowered to become overnight billionaires, worked for the exit of Buhari. While some did it to feather nest, for business reasons, some were just for selfish and money grabbing reasons. The list include Petroleum minister, Diezani Allison-Madueke, chairman Presidential Amnesty Programme, Kingsley Kuku, CEO of Oando, and possible next petroleum minister, Wale Tinubu, Femi Otedola, Tonye Cole, Kola Aluko, Walter Wagbasoma, Principal secretary, Hassan Tukur, NSA Sambo Dasuki, Defence minister, Muhammed Gusau, Mrs Nenadi Usman, and some charlatans like Igho Sanomi, and Ayiri Emami ex militants with truck loads of cash who just roamed around the Villa. Others who allegedly played roles include Nenadi Usman, Doyin Okupe, Femi Fani-Kayode, Olisah Metuh, PDP chairman, Adamu Muazu. Most PDP senators from Jigawa, Bauchi, Kaduna, worked assiduously for the Muhammadu Buhar’s emergence The worst case according some of Jonathan;s aides was that of the petroleum minister who was walked out of the villa shortly before she left Nigeria. According to one aide ‘ hers was worst, Jonathan did all he could to retain, even when so many wanted her out, she took all the nations money and gave to opposition, while she starved Jonathans campaign” But according to a tweet by @7Dlife_ng, “Diezani was not entirely a villain, was loyal to the point where it became apparent the APC was going to take it self preservation stepped in. Diezani is the main reason why Nigeria’s oil cabal joined the larger conspiracy to kick out GEJ” It was learnt that Allison-Madueke gave first tranche of $3million through Governor Rotimi Amaechi to the Buhari campaign few days before the first election date, February 14,, while Kuku gave another $3million to the campaign through Mrs Aishat Buhari around that period. Checks also reveal that that Allison-Madueke also gave another $4million to the Buhari campaign through Senator Bukola Saraki shortly before the March 28 date. Otedola and Wale tinubu took care of the fuel scarcity angle. They ensured supply was slow or non existent created the scarcity. Aluko, rumored to be cosy with Allison-Madueke funded APC heavily because he was at daggers drawn with his girlfriend, the petroleum minister. Aluko was the custodian of a large chunk of the minister’s wealth offshore, but when they fell out, Aluko stayed back in Switzerland and waited for his girl and the government to fall, so he could return to Nigeri. @7Dlife_ng reports that at the recent meeting Jonathan with members of the Ijaw Youth Congress, the president of the IYC attacked Kuku for funding APC. He disclosed on twitter that after the meeting Jonathan went into a closed door with the IYC leader and said “ I am C-in-C, I know everything, even if I had won I wonder how I can last another 4 years” Ayiri and Wagbasoma and Igho, donated millions of dollars to the APC. Most shocking here was Ayiri who was made billionaire by Jonathan, has unfettered access to him. According to @7Dlife_ng “ Tony Elumelu and Jim Ovia stood by the President. It was the toughest thing to do in that circumstance. But why. Because they are serious investors.” The marketers and crude oil lifters were troubled by Jonathan’s PIB bill that was stalled at the NASS by party men who were in on the stop GEJ project: There are also those alleged to have collected huge campaign funds but pocketed them. Okupe is alleged to have gotten N100 million to use to convince some members of the Labour and Accord Party to join the party, but he did not deliver. Fani-Kayode who was head media and publicity allegedly got N1Billion for media, and another $2million dollars to set up what they call ‘situation rooms’ nationwide. Both men have denied the allegations. Fani Kayode has even threatened legal action against Peoples Daily Newspaper . Muazu allegedly got N2 Billion, and another N80 million for social media. He set up a social media office at Legacy House peopled by his men through which he made tons of millions.. Muazu gave millions to the APC . He worked closely with FCT minister, Bala Mohammed and state Governor Isa Yuguda to give the APC 90 per cent of the votes in Bauchi. Former Finance minister, Nenadi Usman allegedly pocketed over N800 million meant for the media and publicity committee. Olisah Metuh, it was alleged got a whooping N450Million for social media, shortly after jetted out to Dubai to aquire choice properties, the late Special Adviser, Strategy, Oronto Douglas allegedly got $3million for social media . The likes of Metuh, Fani-Kayode, Okupe, did not expressly worked to deliver but their alleged reluctance to used funds for the listed assignments spelt doom for Jonathan. Tukur another very close aide of Jonathan worked closely with the NSA to ensure power retuned to the north, they had help from Defence minister. |

The thing about truth is that its not absolute...nothing is completely true or false. It just depends on individual perception. What is good or progressive for one may be bad or regressive for another...We all perceive and relate to our reality in different ways inexplicable. For myself I cohabited with my girlfriend in school from year 2 till I graduated and I was so used to having her around me and love her so much inspite of the long time we were together I loved her so much to marry her and did I? yes, I did. Am I happy? Abso'fucking'lutly.. Am I happy? Most definitely...So while its good go give advice also not that even prostitutes get married to good men and good girls most times don't get lucky to have a good man....All am saying is nothing is absolutely truth... 6 Likes |

I ised to suffer the same issue while i was a teenager. The itching gets so intense that sometimes i felt like killing myself then. There is little or nothing the doctors could do when i complained to them. They just prescribe a drug for u to ake but none works. First i observed that when i skip my evening bath time or morning bath time in a day then i take my bath i felt severe itching. I then stopped skipping my bath time and also stopped bathing with sponge. It just stopped magically on ots own. Thats how i became free from that plight. |

Drug n alchohol test is conducted for employees only as far as i know. I believe alchohol may be tolerated but hard drugs like igbo(marijuana) and d like is zero tolerance. Random drug n alchohol test is conducted for empoyees periodically depends on d coy policy. For offshore locations it os zero tolerance to drug n alchohol n its a sackable offence. So its bettr u dont take drugs but alchol is ok. It takes over a month or two for marijuana to be cleared from ur system in other not to be detected in ur blood. |

Basically u just appear for the test. Your blood, urine sample will be taken. These will be screened as per finding out if u have any communicable disease, hiv and the others. U will undergo chest xray scan, lung test and eye test. All these are just to check if u r medically fit to work. Like the others said u need not worry if u have been using ur ppe not just for the fear of hiv but also for hepatitis and other disease that may constitute any occupational hazard to other people u might have to work with. U will also have to do tuberculosis test. 1 Like |
