And note that the height for the building is 3m high and you will need to buy 4inches and 3inches nail 1and half bag each

In nigeria we have being made to believe that constructing in this manner is good cause of the type of soil we have and weather controll the area of using wood is something that won't work here considering the heat while in the area of block it resisit the suns heat and balances the weather from being too cold so on building with 6inches is good cos the basic you need in constructing a storey building is the pillars not mainly the blocks so if you want to build with the 6inch compesate the pillar area and also the ratio of casting the concrete.

Hello all I want to contribute to the ammendment of this error and I know if well considered and worked with it will work.

What I know is best for this error check if reducing any of the rooms the stair is sharing with the one that will be good to reduce from which I know that the room down can be reduced from and take either 600mm,480mm as the case may be and after doing that, make a pillar of 9cm2 end to end then chisel the decking from one end of the pillar to the other end of the pillar wide of the same 9cm with a y20 rod and makthe beam a drop beam so that you will now set your block to meet the beam before you remove the initial wall and cut the extral rods away believe me nothing will happen to it same to the stair too.

I know this very well and I have done it before and I can do it again and if you doubt I can come and assist you on a free service charge. Just provide accomodation and my transport
Just for you to see and understand it properply leaving it like this will cause future damage and probabely a disaster if proper caution is not taking.

Yes the plan can fit in but it will need some adjustment and for the prices 300k is the differnces for the amount listed before.

Hello sir I'm a builder and what I can tell is it depend on the size of plot if 120*120 yes you can build it but if its less I wouldn't advice and it will cost 18.7m for a nice and well finished building like the one you will be seeing below.
