Hello sir,compliment of the season,as to the building document you should ask of the buildings approval,land survey papers and oba approval papers but note all this can be given and the document are not genuine so be careful i would prefer you build yourself it can be fast depend on how adequate cash flows.

nuruoniwo: u need to be specific, will it av a dining and visitors toilet? And are u building as a boys quarters or a ( part of ) main building. All these will determine actual cost but on the average u will have not less than N275k, thats without filling sand. - 'Wondercast construction' building with international best practice!

Hello sir,I'm a builder and to this request I will advice that you should take the flat because there will be so much challanges in that of the duplex one distance two not developed and three your rent is close to a million per/a,but on the contrary since you've being able to manage in ur rent and still save go for he duplex and wait for development then you will now try to adjust your pattern of waking up early an getting to work on time.
