esoorita: Brabus, I take your response to the allegations of your client as an admission of guilt to all the charges against you. I'm not sure if any PR can get you out of the hole you've dug yourself into. You strike me as one of those untrustworthy professionals who goes bunkers once a client's money is handed over to them and they can't work out the amount of the money that is their profit from the amount to execute the job because you lack financial discipline. This behaviour is becoming a set pattern of your modus operandi and anyone who wants to deal with you will have to factor disappointment and misappropriation of funds as a major concern in dealing with you. It is beyond my remit on this forum to advise Nairalanders not to deal with you but I should think that your reputations precedes you in this regard. I still want to believe that there are still trustworthy builders on Nairaland because I can still hand out my money to Spyder and sleep well at night because he has consistently displayed impeccable traits of honesty and hard work on this forum my only problem is that he doesn't operate in Lagos area.

I am sorry for using this means to present myself but I really think that the nairaland is not a forum where someone will wake up and just take the opportunity given to him and throw to the mud,its not easy to meet someone you don't know in your life gives you the opportunity a family member cannot give you and before you know it you make the person regret his act its quite disappointing,I want to appeal to the good people of naira land to reconsider other builders not use brabus act to affect us we are not perfect but some of us can still be trusted,I am working for a naira lander as we speak and he has being the one recommending me to friends sister cousins that is what it should be he made me joined this forum after reading about me from a client (vito raddo)whom I built his 5 bedroom bungalow 2yrs ago,please naira landers there are good builders without misfunding complains pls give us a chance with this nobody will want to throw away the spoon feeding him except he his a fool ,a country known for corruption people still want to try and trust but they always regret to have made the decision.

I am a builder and I want to be part of this forum in a good manner to attain the respect of spyder too.

spyder880: We are almost ready to cast this decking. All works in this decking is almost very complete. The iron men and electricians have all completed their jobs, the carpenters have a few hours of work before they leave the site, sand, gravel and cement are all ready for us to start the deck early next week.

We are ready to start the upper floor very soon, more pictures by this evening.

I am a builder I am a little sure I can be precise in this for you if you say 3brm flat at least not a bungalow this quote will serve for both 3brm all en-suite or only master which in both has a visitors toilet 1,800 blocks 4trips of 15 tons tipper truck if you want to mould 45bgs of cement. 50bgs of cement for setting a trip of sand should be enough for setting,, a trip of granite, pillar work 20lenght other thing for the rod and labour 25,000 wood work and labour 30,000 then the labour for digging and setting it to D P C should be around 250,000 all this put together you will know what you are pursuing and if you want me to handle it for you trust me it won't fail and water for all is 2 tanks
