Dr. NOI is a good economist par excellence. But the massive Corruption perpetuated and presided over by President Jonathan is rubbishing all her efforts.

Corruption clogs the wheel of progress. Until Jonathan is voted out, don't expect much to change.

Can only happen where the votes count. Hope Nigeria will get to the point where the result is the exact reflection of the voters decisions. God help Nigeria.

And please go collect your cards, if you have not.

Politics › Re: Who Is A Better Candidate Between Tambuwal And Buhari? by egift(m): 11:22am On Nov 14, 2014
Buhari is everything Tambuwal is (except being younger) PLUS firmness, proven record, years of honesty, boldness, fearlessness, not dispose to the temptation of amazing undeserved wealth. Also Buhari paired with someone like Fashola will pull in far greater votes than what Tambuwal can get.

I keep repeating that APC should not present a weaker Ticket in a quest to please PDP agents who will never vote APC even if their lives depend on it.

Whynotthetruth:
I need to learn here...kindly answer me in clear terms here....Are your APC governors answerable to Tinubu and Buhari? Is Oyegun(APC chairman) answerable to Tinubu and Buhari? No ambiguity please....answer me
So Metu is now a PDP Governor? Keep spinning it.

And for APC like in PDP all the Party officials collaborate and work with one another for the smooth running of their party. If you cannot agree on this simple fact, then I have no further issue to discuss with you. (You have made your points and I, mine - am moving on. You can spin your belief however you want).

egift why do u keep lying about what Azazi said
The National Security Adviser, Andrew Owoye Azazi has blamed the rise of insurgence by the fundamentalist sect, Boko Haram in the country on the internal wranglings of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and other political parties.

You get common sense at all? Oil prices are falling worldwide and it's affecting lots of countries and you are here blaming Jonathan. Is there any post you have ever made on nairaland that you don't mention Jonathan this and that, does he give you sleepless night to this extent? You really need help
One of Nigeria's major economic problem is over dependence on oil as major means of revenue. Everyone has been calling for diversification, so before you continue your insult, the question is what has he done about it in the last 6 yrs.
Politics › Re: Jonathan’s 2nd Term Declaration Has Thrown APC Into Confusion – OLISA METUH by egift(m): 8:16am On Nov 14, 2014
Whynotthetruth:
Bro, kindly educate yourself. Metu is a party official and not a government official. He can only be answerable to GEJ to the extent of his being a nigerian citizen.
Keep telling yourself this lie: "Metu is a PDP official that is not answerable to Jonathan, who is the leader of PDP" - You may soon start believing that falsehood for real.

If you can lie on a very tiny fact everyone knows like this one, who knows what other bigger Evil you lie about just to get Jonathan reelected. May God save your soul before it is too late.
Politics › Re: Jonathan’s 2nd Term Declaration Has Thrown APC Into Confusion – OLISA METUH by egift(m): 8:04am On Nov 14, 2014
Whynotthetruth:
Give me a day that you wake up without desires or hunger for better life and I will show you a country that has eliminated its challenges completely. Man is dynamic and wakes up everyday with new challenges. Give me an example of a country that has eliminated any challenge without a trace of it and I will show you a god in man's world...let's deal with realities bro...
Keep spinning, you will soon drill a borehole where you stand. Have you seen you cannot point out one major problem, Jonathan has completely eliminated.
Politics › Re: Why Is GEJ Re-contesting? by egift(m): 7:57am On Nov 14, 2014
Question: Why Is GEJ Re-contesting?
Answer: To continue dishing out this type of policy on innocent Nigerians.

Politics › Re: Jonathan’s 2nd Term Declaration Has Thrown APC Into Confusion – OLISA METUH by egift(m): 7:23am On Nov 14, 2014
Whynotthetruth:
Bro, I am not sure you understood what you just wrote now. I challenge you to provide Jonathan's 2011 campaign promises vis a vis 2014 scorecard and his promise to do more. let's see where they are same. If GEJ lied about his achievements, I believe your command headquarters would have issued a statement refuting same...Do you remember about his legendary e-wallet system that eliminated bureaucracy and corruption in agricultural sector particularly in fertilizer distribution... let's talk about issues bro...not abusing our leaders....
Until you point out ONE major problem of Nigeria that Jonathan completely resolved, then there is nothing to cross off the list after 6 yrs he has been in Power as President.
Politics › Re: Presidency, PDP Know The Sponsors Of Boko Haram. by egift(m):
Marcelinho:
the way forward
Vote out Jonathan and so that Buhari can deal with Boko Haram and Corruption decisively. The alternative is to allow Jonathan to continue Hide-And-Seek, while innocent Nigerians are killed daily while the rest of the Nation panic and watch helplessly.

Also Buhari will deliver massive infrastructure (this will create a lot of direct jobs), sound economic policies that will benefit every Nigerian, strengthen our military, provide security, get the agencies of government to work as they should, devolution of power (so States can have more power), provide electricity, appoint sound technocrats and administrators to head various ministries and agencies of government, stop politicians from stealing everything they can lay hands on, Contractors will deliver quality work of refund the government, etc.

Basically, the way forward is either we make a positive change for good (elect Buhari) OR continue propagating corruption and hardship (reelect Jonathan). The choice is very clear.
Politics › Re: Jonathan’s 2nd Term Declaration Has Thrown APC Into Confusion – OLISA METUH by egift(m): 6:50am On Nov 14, 2014
Methuselah should quit disgracing himself and tell us how Jonathan intend to cement his Stealing-Is-Not-Corruption style of Government.

It was very shameful watch Jonathan repeat all the promises he made in 2011. Jonathan could not point one problem he successfully solved for nearly 6 yrs he has been President Of Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Oil Price Slides Further to $74.28 Per Barrel (was $115/bbl Weeks Ago) by egift(m): 5:32am On Nov 14, 2014
Jonathan was borrowing massively and Depleting our Savings/Reserve in the Days of Plenty - What will he do now that oil price has reduced?

Clueless Leadership!
