Thank you. At your service.

@All
Nigeria as a Nation have the potential to be a greater nation, but forces of Evil and greedy Nigerians is pulling us down, Please lets not keep quite rather lets do all we can. Pastor Tunde Bakare did what he could (may not be perfect, but great), let nobody take it up to tear him down.

I move the motion that Abuja have no place in this debate and should not be included. grin

- Are we going to consider it as a state or city
- The FG have invested so much in Abuja that there is no way to compare it to States/Cities that don't even get even get 1/1000 of what Abuja get.
- Abuja is Nigeria's "Show Of Power, What Oil Money Can Do and The Seat Of Power"

Please lets exclude FCT - Its adds imbalance into the equation sad

I stick with Enugu as the cleanest

But guys is it not exactly what El-Rufai wrote and got arrested. Shamefully many of you supported all the efforts mated out to stop him, just because "hay, he is not from my tribe" - some of us are pathetic.

Go on girl and El-Rufai, we will get there!
Politics › Re: If You Are The President, how Will You Handle The Boko Haram Issue by egift(m): 10:01pm On Jul 06, 2011
@All simply put you are over whelmed with the task. Because I see no single point that will help Nigeria in all those attack here and there.

If its me that is the Commander In Chief, Nigerian Armed forces (from the corner of Jonathan), I will be over-whelmed too. So the solution is very simple to implement. I will do the following:

- Consult (Nigerians, Statesmen, especially those that will get me in contact with the group).
- I will treat MEND, Boko, MASSOP, OPC - all of them with one standard.
- I will not accept any precondition from them.
- I will rather tell them the goal (end every hostility).
- I will like to hear, not demands, but what needs to be done to improve lives of everyone and not just the group.
- I will make it a standard that if there is dispute, attention will be giving to the issue immediately. If there are offenders that law will run its course.
- I will hold leaders in those communities, LG, states and regions responsible for any bridge of Law and Order in their domain.

Guys Nigeria is great and good. There are many clean cities in Nigeria - but when it comes to the cleanest, I believe Enugu under Governor Sullivan Chime have a good shot at the top.

Enjoy some of my collections (most of whom I took) grin

ZnO:
Neatest states
Cross Rivers
Enugu
Imo

Dirtiest states
Oyo (every where). The dirtiest state in all ramifications
Lagos (everywhere else but VI, Ikoyi, Lekki and parts of Ikeja)
Abia (due to Aba)
Anambra (due to Onitsha)
Ogun (Abeokuta is crappy and dirty)
Rivers (PH and all those s.h.it-infested waterfronts)

Dont know about the North in terms of dirtiness, but with beggars likely going to litter the streets and drop their dirt all over, so many northern states will be dirty too.

Business › Re: Jonathan Shuns Talks On Islamic Banking! by egift(m): 5:28am On Jul 06, 2011
Stanbic IBTC and other banks are already with license to run this non-interest banking (Islamic Banking). If sucessful, how will Oga Presido force those business to close shop.

We may even have a situation where some of these other existing banks may grab a license and run a service of such in order to consolidate their customer base. Just like they do with Insurance services.

As I stated earlier our President needs to act (stopping it if its a bad policy or support it if its good for us). Our problems will not solve themselves with time - Nigeria, as a ship, Needs A Captain - not a reactor.
Business › Re: Jonathan Shuns Talks On Islamic Banking! by egift(m): 1:40am On Jul 06, 2011
Just when you will expect leadership. If our president thinks it a bad Idea, he could use the opportunity to stop it.

If its a good one use the same opportunity to calm the anxiety across the nation. But instead he avoids it, Why? Simple, he wants to please everyone. shocked shocked shocked

Chimonie:
Well, we are all entitled to our different opinions.
SNG gave us GEJ. How please?
Did they make him the VP? Was the rally enough to stop the military from taking over if they wanted to?
It's like a game of chess.
Bakare had all this planned out. He only wanted a means of increasing his popularity will trying to make Nigerians believe he had a just course he was fighting for. Simple, the SNG was more of a screen to sheild the populace from knowing his agenda. Just being a pastor won't have given him that popularity he needed. So the group has played its role and simply died/ gone into oblivion.
Or is Nigeria saved now? They are all politicians!
For the part in bold, let me reply in your dose format.
- Chimonie, you had it all planned out; Asking questions innocently, later you showed your smear in the bold part.
- The Transformation and Fresh Air mantra was one big scam that was packaged and feed all the mugus in Nigeria.
- The "Azikwe" and "Ebele" name connotation was the largest scam scheme mated against Ndigbo in the history of Nigeria.
- The constant use of his name "Goodluck" throughout the campaign was in a bid to hide the failure of the Party and lure Nigerians who hoping to have some kind of "Luck" too, since hard work is not yielding much as the system is already bad.
- The "I had No Shoes", "Have No Enemies" speeches were aimed at selling an expired "I Have Been In Government For 12yrs - With No Result To Show" in a redesign new pack.

@Chimonie
How do you feel when the truth is served raw? Happy or in denial? Next time if you want kind words, do same to those in the other end.

Let me refresh your memory on the person of Tunde Bakare and other great Nigerians small and great who save Nigeria when Yar'Adua was missing in action (MIA).

valicious1:
The SNG was formed under a false intention. I personally followed its activities closely in the initial stages but it apparently became clearly obvious that the group was purely formed as a crowd gatherer for tunde bakare and his boss buhari's presidential ambition. the intentions of pastor bakare were good but politics spoilt it all.
jmaine:
SNG gave us Jonathan . . .simply hilarious  lipsrsealed lipsrsealed . . . . . . The moment Bakare who happened to be an henchman  digressed into politics . . .the efficacy of the group as an unbiased umpire to address civic issues was greatly neutralized . .and . . .So technically, he destroyed it . . .And as usual , we like politicizing every issues simply becuase certain individuals and parties were involved . . .IMO, SNG disowning Bakare for venturing into politics was def not out of place,if that was not the original intention and objective of the group
^^^^^^^
The above is the simple reason Nigeria will remain in the pits - So because some of you are now sucking the JonnySambo Feeding Bottle, you have now forget Nigerians that forfeited their freedom and comfort - march the streets to save the day - just because they refuse to eat from your pot of corruption?
