How best in one world can you describe your political view?

Most parents are only such because they got old, got pregnant or impregnated someone. Many are not mature enough for it or even have qualities to be one.

You cannot unify charges. There are a lot of factors in play - who is paying, nature of the project, the volume of work, the value you place on your skill, are you involved in raising the fund, as for Nigeria - what percentage are all the interest groups expecting, and more.

Guys! Someone want a simple help and fast, but you people have turned it into a battle field. Easy ooo.

Go to your frantastico (whatever) and install Joomla, find a very good theme that fits your concept, implement it and customize it (text and graphics). start enjoying it. Before anyone know you are through with a very good site while my colleagues here will be re-inventing the Internet.

Recording and broadcasting may be a better concept than real time. Just for the cost and components though.

She as well have one customize for her. And watching video online is you easy too. Do work on compressing the videos, ok. Goodluck.

Do you have a good antivirus? Install on RISING may just be ok. Check if your system have thing updating at the background.

My advice is start somewhere (where you can start now). Your skill will grow. Speed it grows depend on you zeal and how you self start yourself to learning new things.

Most time people think of a particular level most times, because they compare themselves with others. Start with simple HTML, one day you will be scripting database and maintaining servers.

And more importantly improve on what you have already - perfect your skills in them, they may be all you need.

Make google your friend. Also make your search phrase the it could possible appear if you are the one putting up that particular script. Goodluck.
