It should be reformed and their excesses should be curtailed. One single Agbero that just stands at a pit drinking, smoking and harassing citizens makes more money on a daily than drivers who ply and risk their lives all around the cities of Lagos. Let's not even talk about employed graduates because they don't come close to the kind of money these agberos make. That's not an insane thing to be happening in 21st century. It's daylight robbery.
