My friend ended a relationship because a lady - whose education he was sponsoring in UNILAG - denied receiving the recharge cards' details sent to her. Turned out she loaded all the cards. It may not seem like a big deal but integrity is a fundamental requirement in every relationship. And when integrity is lacking, a lot of questions and assumptions are raised - many of them needless but difficult to ignore. |
There are levels to this debt thing sha. ![]() 240 billion naira debt! |
No matter what happened, slapping a human being 13 times is way overboard. I hope the woman won't be victimised, and that the real reason for her action really justifies her action. But if it doesn't - and I doubt it will - ,then she deserves to be punished accordingly. |
Dude had a plan, and he carefully executed it. But then,I see Neymar's hand in how things turned for the guy- hiring private investigators wouldn't have been a problem to him. Smooth operator but Neymar seems to be a step ahead from the beginning. He must have deliberately waited for the affair to be made public before acting. sharp guy. |
![]() What should we do na? Flog him for you? |
You had time to google for baby photos but couldn't take photos of your own baby. Issokay |
Did they wait till the number of fake professors got to 100 before deciding to inform us,or discovered the 100 at once ni? |
The lawlessness of our security agents is annoying. I see a lot of anger and envy in the manner they discharge their duties. |
This is really commendable, and the officers involved should be appreciated. A letter of commendation won't be a bad idea. My fear is that the EFCC may be on his trail because of the foreign currencies listed in the article. |
No words can describe this tragedy. |
Dis one hard small oooooo Driver's license takes the cake for me. |
Hmmmmmm........ On my last visit to Osogbo, I knew EFCC visit was only a matter of time. ![]() |
This is so sad |
This is really sad. May her soul rest in peace. |
Our obsession with propaganda is on an unimaginable level. |
So for dis park,na only dis motor dey there, abi? Odiegwu!!!! |
Do the local dishes. In my family, we don't cook rice during festivities, and if we are having a party, we always make sure that there are more local dishes than fried rice and jollof rice. It will amaze you how much Nigerians appreciate the local dishes when they are available. Ofada rice usually finishes before the little quantity of fried and jollof rice sef. |
You stay in power for 4 years and it only just occurred to you to reduce tuition fee when you have less than 6 months to go. yet, some people think it's a commendable effort. Na wah oooooo. And you can be sure that there's no plan to buffer the effect of the reduction. What this implies is that there will be infrastructural decay in the school, but what does he care? As long as he gets the votes, nothing else matters. |
"This world is vanity!" is all they scream, but when it comes to enjoying the best things of life, they top the list. Daris God ooooooooo |
It's always so easy to throw stones when you are out of the glass house. Daizall |
N120 million/week? That's N24 million/day if we work with the weekdays alone. Hmmmmmmmmm......... it's getting to the end of the year and accounts have to be tidied up. NAFDAC has given us the reason for the 'proposed' missing millions. * sips zobo* |
When I read stories like this,I just wonder the thought process behind our leaders' decisions. Was any survey conducted before arriving at the number of stoves to be purchased? And like many people pointed out,is there anything wrong in getting it designed in Nigeria? Anyway, I stopped worrying about Nigeria after I suffered post-surgery hallucinations. I cannot come and die. ![]() |
Most stylish ? See award wey no get criterion ooooo. |
Hmmmmmm...... Now I know why many relationships never last. 2 people decided to get married and we suddenly feel like one is too good for the other - and most of us are defending it! It is well ooooooooo |
click2cbn: Honeywell semolina advert : I'm in luv, she's so smooth, I even brut her home bla bla blaYou are sooooo on point! |
Moral of this gist: no matter how rosy living abroad may be,know when to come home and play your own part. |
Again, someone has inched closer to being on the Forbes' list at our expense. I have never seen a nation where the craze for wealth is this inhuman! |
Questions: Dear poster, let's assume you were married and your husband was keeping an aristo because he was funding her education, what would be your reaction? What kind of friends do you keep? A friend once helped me out when I was stuck in school. Have you told your parents about your decision? They sponsored you this far;so they should know what happens next. Whatever is bad,is bad. Shikena! *sips pure water on the rocks* |
N35 million to bury a man who lived a modest life? *sips zobo, chokes* Is the Osun state government aware that there are many high profile pastors of Osun State origin like Pst. Ashimolowo and Pst. Adeboye? *sips zobo again, chokes* I hope the state will be able to sustain this 'N35 million tax' it has unconsciously placed on itself. *sips zobo* |
Dokpesi is not the only one guilty of this, and I really don't blame him. We live in a society where professionals are always ready to turn a blind eye to your negatives as long as you grease their palm. Isn't it the same journalists who are meant to expose the likes of Dokpesi that keep referring to him as a billionaire and 'Africa's Ted Turner'? It's only in this country that an employers owe staff salary but still relocates from their Ikoyi mansions to their 'state-of-the-art' mansions on Banana Island, throws A-list parties, globe trot for no meaningful purpose but still blame the 'harsh operating environment' for their 'predicament'. Come to think of it, how many of una donate N100 to rescue AIT and Raypower dat time sef? |
Thank God for the emergence of social media. I'm sure that if we didn't see the video evidence and suddenly woke up to read that 'Oshiomole sacks 45 teachers', we would have cursed him for being wicked, inconsiderate, biased, and insensitive. Now, the decision taken by the Bisi Akande-led government in Osun state a few years ago is beginning to make some sense. |
Misleading headline. These bloggers sef! |

? See award wey no get criterion ooooo.
