Hi guys my wife got an unconditional offer from Stratclyde uni in Glasgow and northumbria uni in Newcastle we chose northumbria because of its location, standard of living, job opportunities etc.... just a quick question the next steps should be paying up deposite and probably booking for TB test right?... another important question is this can the proof of funds be in my account or it has to be in hers. I am also joining her as dependent.

I applied on the 23rd of march and got an offer on the 8th of April fulfilledthe conditions on the offer 5 days after since then till now no news from them.

We prefere northumbria because it is in Newcastle and from research Newcastle is a good place to stay as standard of living is affordable.

You werent told to write ielts. You were to provide ielts or its equivalent, check the conditional letter very well. And the equivalent they are talking about is your waec result with english not less than c6. Thank you.

I just confirmed what you said..... it says and i quote "This is a conditional offer for MA Education (Applied).
You must meet the following conditions:
IELTS overall 6.5 no band below 5.5 or equivalent.
A deposit of £4,000 is required along with completing and passing a Teesside University mandatory questionnaire" this English is very tricky oh ..... I guess i will just pay the deposit now and complete the questionaire keep waiting for them..... there is a bad review about teeside i learnt the dont issue CAS easily i just hope i get CAS fast and quick thank you for your responds........

This is the same thing that Bolton did to me I have uploaded wassce, and I have applied to other schools that accept waec , one thing I know is that one of the schools will come through, I advice you do the same , but if you have the time and money you can write the IELTS exam.

My wife applied for Teesside university and got a conditional offer did it through an agent. but the agent did not add her wassce certificate. now the conditions are i should write ielts and pay my deposit. she sent an mail to them explaining that she have wassce but no response yet, should she just add upload my wassce certificate instead of the IELTS? cant afford to start preparing for ielts now as the stress from work alone is too much.

In everything you do, run from teeside. A lot of people applied for September 2021 and January 2022 and were deferred to September 2022 and are still waiting for refund. They’re extremely slow with no tangible reason for delay when you reach out!!!
