Celebrities › Re: COZA Pastor & Busola Dakolo: Licious Rika Speaks On Rape Allegation by Ekaka1(m): 2:34pm On Jun 29, 2019 |
KingAzubuike: That's it bro.. I've been a victim of something close before so I know what I'm saying. Mine happened at my place of work. There was this lady who was fond of talking dirty things and saying thrash. A day like that rain was falling then she was like "this weather is for two o". Jokingly I told her I was available to make it a weather for two for her. She even laughed about it. 3 weeks later we had a disagreement over some missing documents which led to us not talking for days and could you believe she flashed back to the " weather for two" stuff and started telling my colleagues I was making sexual advances at her and wanted to sleep with her? ..I was so dumbfounded and shocked.
Today I've left.the job since more than 10 years now and a successful entrepreneur. I'm sure if she has the chance to prey on me again she will. After the devil, women comes next. It takes a whole lot to deceive Adam and condemn him just by manipulating him to eat a forbidden fruit. Azubuike...do you know the word "generalization". I know you have your opinion but when you narrow your thoughts on an issue that's the position you end up in....it's called being myopic |
Celebrities › Re: COZA Pastor: Kemi Adetiba Educates Nigerians On How Rape Victims Behave by Ekaka1(m): 1:41pm On Jun 29, 2019 |
Iyajelili: What she said is actually true especially in Africa where the victim (female) have to live with the shame if the rape comes to light. This is the major reason why victims don't talk out or go to court because no one would believe you and you'd be left to bear the shame alone. I know a rape victim that even her family didn't believe her story not until after some years. Now she has trust issue even with her family members That's the second part actually. The first part is the utter shock the victim might receive because they don't know how to react.. In the specific case making rounds...busola said, she and her siblings simply looked up to biodynamic as a "father" figure and of course "pastor" . The Op is right..people react differently to rape, a friend of mine told me how an "uncle" living in their "yard" many years ago raped her when she was 9 and she tried telling her mom when she got back even with the evidence, but the woman told her to shut up as she did not know what the implication of accusing such a man will mean in the compound...that incident affected her and strained her relationship with her mom to an extent till date....these things are neither here nor there...I mean a 16 or 17 year old would probably not fight too hard or even scream too loud if the predator starts out telling her 'it's not what you think it's gonna happen..." blablabla .. What do I even know...scream or , no screams and fight some people will still pick a hole in your experience but nobody can take your experience away with their bogus and ammature investigative analysis. An adult can pin you down with his/her dead weight and simply signal that you don't even open your mouth...they don't need a weapon to do that |
Politics › Re: Reno Omokri Reacts To Busola Dakolo Rape Allegation Against COZA Pastor, Biodun by Ekaka1(m): 4:42pm On Jun 28, 2019 |
daddytime: Everybody don turn to reactor.
That's a fellow Bayelsan speaking right there. I'm sure he didn't care to reach out to Timi to clear his doubt on how the news was reported but thought it wise to play the intellectual and father-knows-how-All-rapes go, how the victims and perpetrators should act in a real rape scenario.
The sequence in which the story was narrated might have sounded puncturables or senseless but heck, I'm not discarding or downplaying her narratives. It's been a long time gone and expecting her to tell it all second by second as it panned out would be very unfair.
I'd expect the Totoyinbo to come out and give a refute to these allegations, wait for Ese Walters to come to restate hers and the many more that'll be emboldened to step up to speaking up following Mrs. Dakolos boldness.
If this is indeed true, the dude needs to face justice with zero statutes of limitations.
Enough is frigging enough with these charlatans and idiots in power using their self-acclaimed high positions to abuse the "nobody's".
Reno is just trying to sound intelligent and be clever by half...I'm sure he's got daughters and sisters.. Karma no dey wear pant.
Senseless reaction and attempt at playing a detective.

Half time...perhaps time for Mikel to come in and provide some leadership and control that midfield.
Ighalo should just chill ..pass when others are free...if not guinea will win...there will be no draw in this game, maker my words...they are becoming a lot more confident in our 18yards and their attackers look really sharp |

tbabs10166: our super falcons found themselves in a very tough group, trust me, they would have performed better if they were placed in cameroun's group...sometimes u need to consider the strenght of ur opponents. I'm sure non of the african teams will survive that group A...and i'm also sure our falcons would have beaten new Zealand even more @babs ...I agree with you to an extent..but largely because we also do not have a good programme and have scarce Y developed our traditional style of play...the wings, building...from the back...using the flanks...chokingthe midfiled , slowing down dangerous oppositions and even ball control was wahala throughout this tourney...individually...we have some fine players but as a team we were a mess... Only in one match, did I see a purposeful plan by a player coming from the bench to Oshoala...a lot of things hare my brother |

These Good football Long countries have an excellent programme , plus they know how to inculcate their values into sport...if you ever hear Germany any where ...my brother think of discipline and grit...been to Frankfurt and cologne a few times in the last 10 years. It will amaze you how dry tenacious and business like these folks are ...and I'm talking about both German men and women...vey strong willed and independent people |

MT: Thai should never participate at this level again. They should rather get busy bagging rice. They're still better than our girls. If I were to be true to my self...Cameron were better... South Africa have a pattern....and even better We...we are just there..we can't trap, can't string passes...no football sense...our football politics back home also is killing the teams... That little Cameroonian girl who scored the 2 goals for them is shoulders and above better than our best striker given current form..not just the goals but the technique, the poise and calm with which she controls the ball.. Me I just dey wait make Dem come home and let's rebuild with a mix of the WAFU girls. The younger ones in this squad and some local girls Pray also that with the hype this world up has gained...some investors and sponsors will start giving female football a good look |
