1)As a first timer, do I need NIN slip to get a passport?
2)On average sir, how long does it take for the passport to be issued?
3)Are the card issued in the immigration office or passport office, or are the thesame??
4) I am based in Benin City, where do u suggest I do my registration for quick issuance (I mean a less congested center)

And following this your directive, it still takes me to the standard passport application document ....so what's the difference?

Please, what's acknowledgement slip? Or did you mean appointment slip as that was one of the three items I printed out from the website.

You will get it online by googling passport guarantor's form. Print it for signature by your guarantor
