Too many.... 1. Ok, I threw up on a girl once (was very drunk) |
Right. I'm not really arguing whether GEJ sacked Nnaji or not. My main point is, the article he quoted doesn't support Sambo sacking him...one would draw a different conclusion from the sentence in red. Not to mention that Sambo simply doesn't have that power. |
torkaka: “But the Chairman of the NCP, Vice-President Namadi Sambo, was not convinced and he walked Nnaji out of the session. The bids were later cancelled, based on Nnaji’s conflict of interest.So....GEJ sacked Nnaji, not Sambo. Again, Sambo does not have that power constitutionally. |
anyone with links to the website holding such details? You can PM/send me an email if need be.
Indeed. I'm wondering what website it is. |
The VP doesn't have the constitutional power to sack ministers, does he? |
Chicago is the hub of the midwest though. There are others, but the traffic in Chicago dwarfs that of say Minnesota. In any case, again....let market forces decide which places get traffic and which do not |
Unfortunate. However, better to be exhuming corpses than to be creating new ones, as these folks did: AWKA — A 16 year-old Miss Nwanneka Odah was, yesterday,http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/08/suspected-ritualists-behead-16-yr-old-girl-in-anambra/ |
When the girl bent down to put the ground nuts for them, the one close by brought out what somebody said looked like an axe and beheaded the girl. An Okada rider plying the road who saw what happened stopped and the three men ran into the bush, leaving their victim whose head was already severed, struggling for life.”
What a terrible way to die May this young girl rest in peace. |
akpanbaba: If Hausa-Fulani person is not allowed to have his way in anything he will read tribal meaning to it.When they were doing whatever they like in government offices there was no tribalism in their dictionary. If Oduah is now sectional it therefore means Kawu people taught her to be sectional. The rep should keep quiet and accept the fact that power is transient.Right, so I thought this way too at first. But in light of OAM4J's post on the first page, this line of reasoning doesn't make sense. |
Eh...well, you do a bit of thinking and figure out for yourself why doing (2) is a bad idea for the country as a whole (though it may be of benefit to Enugu.) If you have no argument for (1), then i guess there is nothing left to say. |
You've never heard of a mischievous human being described as "devilish" before? If you have, then why are you surprised or outraged by someone being called satan? |
Then in that case, the problem is easy to solve. Just do something like this:
What score does the following configuration get: ZX_ZX_ZX_ZX_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_X_ where the Xs contain the locations of the JSS1 students, the first 4 Zs are say the first for JSS2 students, and the blanks take the remaining? Does it get a perfect score (i.e., no cheating possible)? Or do JSS1 students and JSS2 students possibly have the same exam, and thus for example the first ZX pair in the configuration can cheat?
This ensures that no JSS1 students are next to each other, no JSS2 students next to each other, no JSS3 students next to each other. And thus, no cheating possible (at least, assuming that the possibility of cheating occurs only when I have a neighbor doing the same exam). No need to reseat either after the exams. |
She has denied the report: http://www.thenationonlineng.net/2011/business/59616-minister-denies-banning-foreign-airlines-from-abuja-kano-airports.html So now it is left to the rep and/or the airlines in question to respond with facts. |
Until we start letting the market decide, we will not develop as a nation. I believe if it was economically viable for the airlines to fly from Enugu nobody would tell them to go their.
+1 If flying into Enugu was economically viable, then nobody would have to twist anyone else's arm to setup an airline there. |
So there are at least two possible explanations for her behavior: 1. It is in Nigeria's strategic interest 2. She is pursuing a sectional agenda as the rep alleges, forcing business to setup airlines in a place where they have zero interest So, what is the argument for (1) being more likely than (2)? In particular, how is it in Nigeria's strategic interest to block an airline from flying the Abuja route (which presumably those two foreign airlines have identified as among the most lucrative possible routes)? |
Long story short, let the free market decide. If foreign airlines are interested in applying for licenses to fly into Abuja and you deny them, trying to force them to fly into Enugu instead, that is wrong. |
Kodawrita: Any chance you will clarify? As stated your puzzle is pretty ambiguous. And under the ways I am interpreting it, the problem is very easy to solve. |
billante: Its like to tell MTN not to go to abeokuta because they feel its not viable! If you put up service there the market will spring up!...in enugu case, d market is already there...and its not like they are denying them viable routes! The three airlines are already operating from lagos and are looking for more slotsIf it is true that they don't want to go to Enugu, it isn't by force to make them. Find somebody else who wants to service that city. It is a free world (or at least, should be). |
OAM4J: I think he is referring to directive of the minister for the airlines to consider Enugu instead of Abuja. So the Mallam think she has an ethnic agenda since the minister is from South East.If this is the case, then the rep is correct. You shouldn't force someone to fly to Enugu if they believe flying to Abuja is more profitable. |
1. Can I reseat students after the first exam? 2. Can you give an example of what you mean by minimize cheating? I.e., for a smaller problem (say with 6 students rather than 42), give two configurations and say which one is better (and ideally, what the "score" associated with each configuration is). 3. Do I know the identities of the cheating students? Are they the only ones who will cheat, or might others also? |
Congratulations to him. |
I would not be surprised if this Suleiman Kawu is a bought creature of one of the airlines mentioned. |
Which tribe is a Turkish or Emirati airline associated with? Hausas? If so, how? I do not follow the logic of how this is discriminatory. |
I didn't realize that the man is so corrupt. If no one had made noise about it, I doubt that he would have resigned. |
Your writing styles are very similar...probably the two most similar on NL. I guess this is why people say you are the same person. |
