Personally it has never been difficult for me to stop doing anything the very day I convince myself that that thing is bad and I want to stop. There was nothing I loved more than smoking. Not possible for me to sleep without one or two sticks. Or after meals.
But the very day I told myself that I wasn't getting any younger, and that I need to stop smoking because of it's health impact. That very day I stopped. And that's like 9yrs ago.
The day I stopped drinking alcohol, o didn't even plan on stopping. I was on my 3rd bottle. Already getting high and dazed. Then I asked myself why I was trying to get myself high. That moment I convinced myself I will never ever again spend my money taking something that jeopardizes my liver, dulls my perception, and make me vulnerable to diabetes. That very day I stopped drinking. That's like 20yrs ago
About a year ago or so, a friend introduced me a hook-up site. I patronized a couple of girls. About 10 girls within that period. I became alarmed that I was getting addicted to it (something so terrible). The last girl I patronized her pusssssy smelt like rotten raw fish. I being someone who things easily irritate, that incident made me almost lost interest in women entirely, if not for the fact that my girlfriend is so clean and so sweet. But I deleted that hook-up app. And I have never patronized those girls again. Knowing myself I know I will never do that again.
