You seem to forget that he is only here till the end of the season as our coach. He's an interim manager till the end of the season then a permanent coach will be appointed. We can take our time to appoint a permanent manager in that period. Ralf will then stay on as a Consultant for 2 years helping the club with footballing decisions and direction for the future, NOT as MANAGER. I dont think his career requires this intense examination for that. Apart from the fact that he has lots of experience doing this job.

It looks like we have not hired him to help the team play quality football, but he is hired to be an experienced coach in charge, a pioneer of a new structure, a man to restore hard work and discipline, a partaker of decision making. This was just like the Luiz Van Gaal project. I hope he succeeds. But what we need is a manager who will make our boys play real soccer. Who will teach techniques to the young players.

Any coach who has so changed clubs frequently means he was being sacked. This is the case with our new coach. SAF, Wenger, have all been in a few clubs. Moyes sef would still be Everton coach if he did not get the United job.

In his own talk about his style, there seem to be too much emphasis on running. While this is good to awaken our lazy players, it seems to be different from what a coach like Guardiola or Zidane would say while talking about style

Yes. Everton played a very high tempo football. Moyes played in zones. Everyone had to work hard to form a unit. When he came to United, due to the players we had, there were gaps in our play as many players were aged or were not used to running at high speed for long minutes.
