It's disappointing we dropped points. We deserved to win. Mata could have won it but his height let him down.

At the end it's poor tackling from Carrick that gave away a needless freekick, and Rojo allowed Morgan a free header.

Rashford had a very quiet day today and never contentested aerial balls with Leicester defenders.

We gave them so much respect while defending, that was why Carrick went into that tackle with a panic.

Fellaini has showed us badly. He cannot even anticipate a pass.

Lingard is another guy having an inconsistent game.

Carrick gave a way the free kick unneccessarily.

Rojo doesn't read aerial balls properly. Morgan is always escaping him. I wonder who decided that Rojo should mark Morgan when Fellaini is there. May be we should have played Mensah. I missed Phil Jones who should have done a job against this Leicester.

Gaal didn't take the aerial threat and speed of this Leicester side while selecting his team. Schneirderlin should have started.

They are both poor in the air. Darmian is slightly ahead. But what Valencia offers overall puts him there first before anyone week in week out. We are practically on offensive when Valencia starts, and his recovery to win tackles before opposition gets to danger area is high.

Hope we won't feature Darmian against Leicester. They have very fast forward players from midfield to attack. We should go with Valencia and Rojo in full back. Or Valencia and Mensah. We also need to check their aerial dominance from set play where their CB Morgan is the biggest threat.

We should start Schneirderlin in midfield in place of Carrick. A blend of creativity and pace is needed in our attack to unlock their usually tightly packed defence.

I have come to the conclusion that Nigerians worship celebrities. Imagine somebody's wife sleeping around with her colleagues, and people take side with her. That's a total disrespect of her husband. So you couldn’t figure out that his outburst on a fan was due to the trauma of his wife cheating with celebrities. And that fan was suggesting Tiwa shoot a video with a male celebrity. The fan also used the 'f' word.

It's a pity people have decided to defend Tiwa. Nigerians worship celebrities. If all that have been said is true, no sensible person should defend Tiwa.

I also like Tiwa, but I can't defend her for cheating. Not one or two.

If City or Liverpool wins, there will be no problems. The problem would be if both win their respective connections and finish outside top 4.

The winner of the UCL will have to defend the trophy. The team that finish fourth and the winner of Europa, one has to drop.

The most important thing is we win our remaining matches first. City will likely stumble.

If we have to hope that city lose to Arsenal at the etihad for us to stand any chance, I guess we might as well start planning for our absence in the UCL next season..

To worsen it, if City manage to edge out Madrid in the UCL semis, we would have to start wishing and praying that they don't win the trophy...ditto Liverpool's Europa trophy hopes.

Arsenal can beat City at Ethihad. It's not in our hand, but I believe if we win our remaining four matches we will finish in top 4.

Lingard had three good chances to extend our lead yesterday but he can't shoot accurately.

Against PSV at Old Trafford where we should have sealed our qualification, he sqaundered the clearest chance.

These last weeks, he keeps making wrong decisions at key moments match after match.

with the way martial has played this season, it is evident dat he is destined for great performances. .....rashford if given a consistent starting berth will rival kane. he has shown to me as a player dat can at least deliver a goal in every other match with the possibility of improving on dat. Lingard as seen by many is an average player. how much experience does kane had before he took epl by storm. experience comes with consistent playing and d best we can do for the youngsters is to play them with the right mix of experienced players and boom....we have stars in the squad

Rashford is a better ball player than Kane and Vardy. When Rashford goes out of the box, you would think he is an AM or even a winger.

I hope the arrival of a new CF won't stall his development.

John Stones isn't better than Paddy Mcnair Abeg.

Did you watch Liverpool 4-0 over Everton. Stone was at fault for some of the goals. May be he has not matured yet, but he was a a weak link.

City and Arsenal still have to play each other. So let's keep winning our matches. We should field a solid midfield and defence against Leicester to check their pace and Morgan's aerial power from set plays.

With does 3 signings what will become of Mata, Januzaj and Lingard. One of dem will have to be leave the club with respect to getting a new Right winger.

I think Carrick is more useful to United than Tieger at the moment, so he should be the victim of the introduction of a new midfielder.

If we are to add a new CF he should be at least a Tier 2 CF.

Lingard should be a back up winger next season. Januzaj might hit form. Mata plays two positions, there is need to keep him incase the new player flop. We can sell surplus players in January.

Remember, the squad looks big until the injuries start. We should have a quality bench.

We need them until end of next season when the team would have taken a better shape.

Mephis can't displace Martial. But we need to see if he steps up next season. May be one of them can be converted to a striker. Remember too, there might be injuries.

Tiger is old. If he cannot offer more than he did this season, I don't see him staying long.

I get you bro... We are saying the same thing. Blind's lack of aerial prowess is being exposed mainly because we lack good height in other areas of the team and that is the chief reason why LVG has to play Fellaini against some teams.

I feel Blind should be a squad player because his lack of pace will also expose him as a LB or CM/DM but his on the ball intelligence can be an asset on the field of play. Therefore there is a need for some tradeoffs.

PS... Evra short but the ninja get above average aerial prowess.

Blind is a good LB. But the problem is we have Luke Shaw who is better. Rojo is also contesting that position.

If everyone is fit, the house is even too full. Despite this we need 3-4 quality signings to be able to run next season smoothly. We need a squad of at least 30 senior players. Mensah and Rashford are already senior players.

For me o.... we need a Tier 1 CF and a solid box to box midfielder. I believe if Jones can be fit regularly we don't need to splash cash on a CB.

My major problem is with pretenders like Mata and Memphis.

SAF kind of said we shouldn't write off Mephis.

We are okay in the CB. Smalling, Jones, Blind, Mensah, McNair.

Players I am mostly not satisfied with as not up to United quality:
Darmian
Carrick.... Old age.
Ashley Young.... When not playing from the left.

Bro, I understand your point of view. But we need to also need to consider that defending of set plays is the responsibility of the team as a unit and not just the CBs. Players such as Dr. DD Drogba was a valuable asset to his team when defending set plays. Wazza does a similar job at United. I can remember on more than 2 occasions where Blind was the culprit of a set play that led to a goal we conceded. I can also remember some that were the direct fault of Smalling.

It's the principal responsibility of the two centre backs to defend set plays. Then the four defenders together before others with aerial abilities. Remember we could also have crossing coming in from open play. This is EPL. Remember too how we conceded two goals from crossing against PSV in our first UCL game.

Blind also lacks pace which makes others to be on the look at for him always. We play deep because of him, and then invite pressure.

When we had Vidic+Ferdinand or Brown in our CB in 2006-2009 we hardly conceded from set play. Vidic would count steps far off to head out an aerial ball not even droping to his zone. Ferdinand also did that in a lesser degree. If it’s too close to the goal, it's a bonus to VDS. Even when we played short Evra and Rafael, we didn't have problems. But today we have full backs covering for CBs.

Look at Chelsea, Terry+Cahill/Zouma/Ivanovic, very powerful in the air. Look at Madrid. Pepe+Ramos.

I know that most United fans can't wait to see LvG leave the club. I have a weird feeling that he is the right man for the job and with the right signings and freedom for players to instinctively and not like robots, LVG can go all the way.

We need a manager that can play the likes of Rashford, Martial, Varela, Januzaj, Fosu-Mensah and Pereira comfortably and frequently. LVG has to make some important decisions regarding the likes of Mata, Teiger, Wazza and Carrick. We need to shed some passengers for next season.

Lastly, he must ensure that he does not over-trim the squad like he did this season. We need a top striker in his peak as our main CF and Rashford as no 2 striker. Martial for me plays best as a left winger. There is also the curious case of Mr. Merefish Dedebt! Martial is a better LW....LVG needs to come up with a plan and what to do concerning Memphis.

We need all our players next season. We need just 3-4 experienced signings in addition to what we have.

Those kids can't win league. We saw them when they went to play Europa. And some strong league matches. Watford could have been up 3-0 at half time. In some matches we never had the quality to get going.
