You got it all wrong; I said the person won’t be able to receive any immigration benefits until the ban is lifted because the cases won’t be adjudicated. Go read it again. Also, being able to submit an applicant ion is not an immigration benefit.

Go and read what I wrote again, I said the ban restricts anybody from the ban/paused countries from receiving immigration benefits until it’s lifted, and that’s the situation. Being able to summit your application is not an immigration benefit.

Although you might still successfully submit application but the case won't be adjudicated until the pause/ban is lifted (and this is indefinite) Millions of applicants are stranded with no headway but if you go online; they paint it as though its 'scrutinization' process but its a lie. There is an underground plot to starve immigrants by depriving them immigration benefits, until they get so frustrated and self-deport. You can go to reddit.com and see the reality for yourself
