Northern Nigeria At a Crossroad

One of the reasons for the extreme wickedness of Northern Nigeria is due to the sharp religious differences and deep sectarianism promoted by the savage Saudi Wahhabi regime.

Christians in the Muslim-majority North constitute more than 30% of the population. 3 out of the 19 Northern states have a Christian majority. They are marginalized and the coming of the terrorist Buhari regime made this worst.

It is important to note that Muslims and Christians were living peaceful with one another until the advent of the Saudi-sponsored ideology of Wahhabism in mid 70s. Wahhabism imported religious hate mongering, acute intolerance and murderous Terrorism to Northern Nigeria.

This same Wahhabism imported Sunni vs Shia hatred in Northern Nigeria. Immediately after the brutal and inhuman #ZariaGenocide, the Wahhabi savages slaughtered cows, goats and Rams to celebrate the genocide. As a Writer ✍️ I experienced first hand account of the vile sectarian hatred of Northern Nigerian Sunnis.

Religious animosity virtually does not exist in Southern Nigeria. It is not uncommon in the South West to find Muslims and Christians in the same family. In fact majority of families in the South West are mix. Sunni/Shia hatred virtually does not exist in the South West.

Any society like Northern Nigeria intoxicated with acute hatred, religious bigotry and sectarianism can not make progress. It is not accidental that Northern Nigeria is the most backward region in the world in all indices of progress and development.

Sadly, there is no region that has prevalence of people in the extreme poverty bracket like Northern Nigeria. Northern Nigeria alone has more than 10 million Out-of-school Children, the highest in the world. Presently, more than 3 terrorist groups are on killing spree in Northern Nigeria.

While the people in the South help their people grow, in the North what we have is the prevalence of stabbing in back syndrome. People around you only want to drag you down to destroy you as nobody want you to succeed. Somebody called this the "Hausa mentality" because Hausa is the majority tribe in Northern Nigeria.

I think it is high time leaders of the region sit down and address the numerous challenges facing the North. If this trend continue, the North has no future. The upsurge of the murderous armed banditry should be a lesson to all.

Professor Dahiru Yahaya, One Year After....

On 3rd February, 2021, we lost a great man from the ancient city of Kano - Professor Dahiru Yahaya (1947-2021). Professor Dahiru Yahaya was one of the most prominent Historian to come out of Northern Nigeria.

Immediately after the genocidal massacre of more than one thousand innocent men, women, children and infants in Zaria in December 2015, I received message from Professor Dahiru Yahaya that I should informed the world what happened in Zaria. #ZariaGenocide

Though he was not alive to witness the historic court victory of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky but he gave his all for the freedom of the Leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria. He went to America and all parts of the world and narrated what actually happened in Zaria.

When the traitorous Rouhani gang in Iran tried to stop the daily Free Sheikh Zakzaky protest in Abuja, the then Iranian ambassador to Nigeria - a very shameless and useless man - called Professor Dahiru Yahaya on phone that the daily Abuja protest should stop. This great man answered that tool of imperialism that "If Imam Khomeini (qs) had stopped the protest in Iran, you will not be here in Nigeria as the Iranian ambassador!".

Though Professor Dahiru Yahaya received the message of the AhlulBayt (as) at the tail end of his life but he travelled to Karbala, Iraq, and paid homage to the beloved Grandson of Prophet Muhammad (sa).

The Resource Forum of the Islamic Movement has organized the 1st Memorial Lecture to honor Professor Dahiru Yahaya. The Lecture will take place on Saturday, 12th February, 2022, by 10:00am at the Muhammad Ali Garko Conference Hall, AKTH, Kano. There is also visits to his resting place and his Family House. He left behind 24 children.

Reform the Almajiri system of Education with the Indonesian Pondok system of Islamic education.

For hundreds of years, the West African sub region has been using what come to be known today as the Almajiri system of Education to impact knowledge. Unfortunately, with the coming of European colonialism this system became adulterated with school children begging on the streets, a practice that Islam abhors in totality.

What is the Almajiri system of Education?

A Scholar is identified in a town or village. Students are sent to him from far places to learn from his vast knowledge. The society takes the responsibility to feed, clothe and accommodate the Scholar and his students. A farmland is provided for the School to grow foodstuffs and be self-sufficient. This Quranic student was branded as "Al-Muhajir (the Immigrant" in Arabic language. This was how the name "Almajiri" came to been.

With the advent of European colonialism, the Community defaulted in it role as the proper Host and the Quranic school children were forced to go out and beg for food to eat and reserve the best part for their Scholar.

As time passes the condition of the Almajiri students become worst due to societal challenges and neglects. Unfortunately, sometimes they became victims of child abuses and exploitation. Only few of them successfully complete their Islamic Education and become Scholar of Islam.

Today as I write ✍️ one of the biggest embracement in Northern Nigeria is the daily sight of dirty looking Almajiri Students on our streets begging for food to eat. Northerners are mocked daily on the pathetic plight of hungry looking Almajiri Students.

Last year I wrote about the commendable program initiated by the Mechanical Engineering Department of Kaduna Polythecnic where Quranic students from the Almajiri system of Education were recruited and trained with entrepreneur skills that will enable them to earn an income and stand on their own. I proposed that all the states in the North hosting large Almajiri Students should liase with Polythecnics in their Area so that similar schemes should be created.

Alhamdulillah, while surfing the web today I came across the Indonesian Pondok system of Islamic education and I am very excited. The Sokoto State government has started implementing this scheme. Pondok is a system that will train and retrain the children so that they will acquire enough skills to enable them stand on their own.

Using the Pondok system, the Almajiri Students in Sokoto state are being trained in Welding, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical works, sewing and knitting. The Indonesian model is positive energy with potential to address the menace of Nigeria’s more than 13 millions of out-of-school children.

I must commend the Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, for the take off of this scheme. And it is my hope that other Northern states with large Almajiri Students will follow suit.

We can not continue like this. The murderous armed banditry and has presently besieged the North should serve as a lesson to all of us. These bandits are products to the millions Out-of-school Children in the North. A huge catastrophe that presently pose existential threat to all of us.

43 Years After the Glorious Victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran

Dear Friends, exactly 43 years ago Imam Khomeini (qs) descends the stairs of Boeing 747 that has just landed at Tehran airport, coming from the French town of Nouvelle-le-Chateau, his last stop in his forced exile of 15 years.

This event herald the glorious victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran, a Revolution that is an existential threat to the monstrous evilness of Western hegemony. A glorious Revolution that gave hope to the world Oppressed and downtrodden.

The Shah of Iran was an American puppet just like that King Salman of Saudi Arabia of today and Iran then was a American colony. The entire wealth of Iran was in the pocket of the genocidal imperialist barbarians of the West.

Iran then had close diplomatic and economic ties with the racist Apartheid South African regime and the racist Apartheid Zionist regime occupying Palestine. Revolutionary Iran broke all relations with South Africa and the Israeli regime and handed over their Tehran embassies to Resistance forces against them.

The glorious 1979 Islamic Revolution freed Iran from the strangled hold of the Western hegemonic savages and raised the banner of real freedom and true Independence. The era of receiving orders from the Western hegemonic barbarians was buried in Iran forever! The world has never been the same since the Great #Khomeini landed at the Mehrabad international airport.

The rich but underdeveloped Iran of 1979 moved on despite more than 40 years of Western debilitating sanctions and is now knocking on the doors of a world power. 8 years of this 43 years was a Western imposed bloody war with neighboring Iraq. Iran came out of that war stronger. Iran fought that war under world arms embargo while Iraq was armed by all the world powers.

The arrogant and notoriously greedy Western hegemony did everything humanly possible to destroy the Revolution but failed woefully. And despite obstacles placed by Western hegemony, the Revolutionary narrative that has base in Iran was exported to every nooks and crannies of the world.

In early 1987 I received the call of this Revolutionary narrative. I unlocked the bonded chains of slavery and enslavement from my hands and joined the caravan of those who chose to live free. Millions from around the world has since joined this caravan.

On a final note, As we mark the 43rd Anniversary of the glorious victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran, we congratulate humanity for this feast. And it is our hope that this Revolutionary Movement last until the advent of the Last Imam (ajf).

Most people in Africa do not know that a country in South East Asia call Laos existed. Laos share border with China, Thailand, Burma, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

Facts of history:

Over 270 million cluster bombs were dropped on Laos during the Vietnam War, up to 80 million did not detonate. They are still killing innocent people.

Between 1964 and 1973, Laos became, per capita, the most heavily bombed country in the world, with over two million tonnes of bombs dropped during the Vietnam War — a tonne for each person living in Laos at the time. (Then the population of Laos was just 2 million. The population now is 7 million)

Between 1965 and 1975, the United States and its allies dropped more than 7.5 million tons of bombs on Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia—double the amount dropped on Europe and Asia during World War II.

Inference:

Tell me in the entire human history, when has the world recorded such genocidal criminals with this extraordinary wickedness? The ruthless Mongols were Saints when compared to this genocidal imperialist American barbarians.

Dear Friends, this Tweet is from a honest Sunni brother. It is important that we speak Truth to ourselves as self-deception never pays.

This brother attended Sunni schools that never mentioned Shias but it is impossible to attend Shia schools without mentioning Sunnis. The fact remain that the sectarian tolerance among Shias is far, far higher than the sectarian tolerance among Sunnis. I am saying this from experience because I was born Sunni and became Shia in 1989.

Even if Sunni schools ever mentioned Shias it is always with derogatory hate and the fraudulent label of Takfirism (excommunication from Islam). It is an understatement to say that Shia hate mongering is embedded in Sunnism.

Inference:

Shias never branded Sunnis as "Kafirs (infidels)", it is Sunnis that always brand Shias as Kafirs. The debate of Muslim Unity should start from here.

Conclusion:

The spread of Shia hate mongering from Wahhabis and Sunni extremists has not halted the advance of Shia Islam. This massive hate mongering has not stopped some Sunnis from admiring Shia Islam from afar.

When President Buhari visited Sokoto state recently Nigerians were shocked to see a huge crowd welcomed him at the airport. A citizen of Sokoto state told me that he would not have believed it if not because he was physically present in Sokoto on that day.

The failure of the genocidal Buhari regime is intergenerational in all sectors of governance and with the massive and unprecedented insecurity in the North, why will such a crowd waste their time to welcome the architect of their misery?

I started my investigation in Kaduna state. A Councillor told me that when Buhari visited Kaduna state last week they were told to produce 15 person each to welcome him. He said he paid N2,000 each to those he mobilized from his ward. He added that all elected and political appointees were forced to mobilize people.

An APC stalwart in Sokoto state told me the same thing. He stated that the crowd was rented and that he personally mobilized more than 300 people for a serving Senator.

Buhari's handlers decided that whenever Buhari is visiting any section of the North, huge crowd should be mobilized to give the impression that the serial failure is still popular in the North. Such impression will give credibility when the ruling party eventually massively rig the 2023 general elections.

Buhari will be in Nassarawa state tomorrow. The same huge crowd will be hire to welcome him. The opposition parties should be aware of this scheme.

Chinese Government Do Not Support the Oppressed

Majority of the Drones that the Yemeni Resistance shot down in #Yemen are Chinese made. Iran has never condemned this.

Inference:

Gambling is not a Virtuous Venture, Stop It Now!

One of my Fans from Southern Nigeria sent me this #Photo and he requested that I should write ✍️ something on gambling.

Gambling is Haram (forbidden) in Islam. I don't know the position of gambling in Christianity but gambling is not a virtuous venture. The self-deception of gambling is an endless mirage. A deluded illusion caused by the sickness of the mind.

Unfortunately, millions of Nigerian Youths had fallen into the drowning sea of gambling. Some of them have lost their jobs due to gambling. Some are in prisons due to debts incurred from gambling. Some have lost their minds and are mentally decapitated due to excessive gambling.

Presently, there are lots of gambling applications everywhere because gambling is a lucrative business. Gambling companies and shop bets are making millions. There is a whole city in America, Las Vegas, Nevada, dedicated to gambling. The late King Fahad of Saudi Arabia was one of it famous customers.

The worst of this gambling applications is the Virtual bets. They're not programmed for you to win. They're programmed for you to lose. Win once maybe and lose 5 times. What is the profit here?

If we all agree that gambling is not a virtuous venture then how can one stop it?

I will not quote verses from the Holy Quran that prohibited gambling as not all those who will read this article are Muslims. I will depend on qualitative reasoning that is a common denominator for the whole of humanity.

The war against gambling and gambling addiction starts from the mind. The mind is the battlefield. The moment you assumed that you can not stop gambling then you have lost this war. In the process of this war, you can lose some battles but with determination you can win the war and free yourself from this endless mirage.

Contentment should always be your watchword in this war against gambling addiction. The money in Betshops is not yours. Your money is the ones in your bank account and the Bet shops cannot come to your account and pull your money. You are the one that will withdraw money from you bank account and use it to gamble. Then stop withdrawing money from your bank account and using them for gambling. Yes, you can do it. Be determined!

On a final note, the war against gambling and gambling addiction is possible and can be won and many people have succeeded in overcoming it. Why not give it a try?

Sahabas (Prophet's Companions) Week

I saw the recent News Report where the Wahhabi (Izala) group in Nigeria is planning to organize Sahabas (Companions) Week. And it will be a yearly event.

What comes to my mind after hearing this is the Pakistani terrorist group formed for the protection of Sahabas, Sipah-e-Sahaba. This murderous terrorist group has killed thousands of innocent Shia civilians.

The Sipah-e-Sahaba that was involved in sectarian violence in Pakistan was funded by the savage Saudi Wahhabi regime. This new move of Nigerian Wahhabis will be funded by the Saudi regime to promote sectarianism and anti-Shia hate mongering.

Inference:

In my opinion the Week that should be formed is Prophet Muhammad (sa) Week. This is the Week to celebrate the Best of Creation (sa). Muslims the world over excluding Wahhabis usually celebrate Prophet Muhammad (sa) on his Birthday � Anniversary.

Wahhabis strongly condemned the yearly Maolud celebration. This same Wahhabis now want to celebrate Sahabas every year! Are they serious.

It is important to note that all the murderous terrorist groups (Al-Qaeda, ISIS, BokoHaram, AlShabbab etc) that are killing the innocent using the fraudulent name of Islam do not celebrate the Birthday Anniversary of the Prophet (sa).

Celebrating the Birthday Anniversary of the Prophet (sa) is an innate expression of love �. And how do you expect a bloodthirsty killer like ISIS, BokoHaram and the Saudi regime to have an innate love for the Mercy to the world �?

Nigerians, Have Hope For a Better Tomorrow!

With the total destruction of the Nigerian economy by the genocidal Buhari regime, suicide has increased especially in Southern Nigeria & armed banditry is ravaging Northern Nigeria as some ignorant Youths have lost hope.

As a Public Affairs Analyst, I have a message for all my Nigerian brothers and sisters. A message I intend to lift your spirit, a message to hope.

Here we go:

The Americans will say:

KEEP YO FUCKIN HEAD UP/ HARD TIMES DON’T LAST FOREVER

It is important we understand that there’s light at the end of every tunnel…. Yes, every tunnel... The tunnel may be a long one but it’ll end at some point and Buhari will not be in power forever.

Killing yourself (suicide) is never the solution. Life is such a precious gift from God, why end it with your own hands? The tunnel is long but it is not infinite or endless, all tunnels have termination points. Please check!

And to the Northern Bandits, attacking Villagers, stealing their valuables and raping their women and girls is a great sin in every land and society. I know quite well Islam means nothing to you but I am speaking to you as a fellow human.

Abandon banditry and all forms and guise of murderous criminality so that your Parents and relatives will be proud of you. Your ancestors will not be happy with what you are doing. You must know that the world does not end here.
