*POLICE LIED, THEY KILLED 3, INJURED 12 IN UNPROVOKED ATTACK ON ASHURA IN SOKOTO*

The attention of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria has been drawn to a mischievous press statement issued by the Sokoto State Police Command, claiming that “neither a shi’ite member nor anybody was killed or injured,” after Policemen unprovokingly attacked Ashura mourners in Sokoto who were about to disperse, firing teargas canisters and live ammunition on Thursday, 19 August, 2021.

Even though the Police Command in Sokoto claimed it acted professionally in quelling what it said was a clash between brothers and sisters of the Islamic Movement and some Area boys in Sokoto, it lied to the public, as if being transparent in its operations is not an act of professionalism.

Firstly, there wasn’t any clash that warranted the intervention of the Police in the first place. Probably that was what some security agents had planned and hoped for, but it never happened. The Ashura mourning procession started from Trade Fair on Kano road, passed through NNPC to Mahmud Gumi road and ended at Madam Karo peacefully without any incident. It was while the closing prayer was being said that the police started firing live bullets at the mourners.

Secondly, the Islamic Movement has in its possession the pictures of those killed and injured, which will be released to the public, to discern who the liar is in the killing of innocent citizens who came out to exercise their constitutional rights of freedom of association and religion during Ashura commemoration anniversary.

The following are those killed by the police as a result of bullet wounds they sustained during the attack: Bello Muhammad Illela, Imrana Umar Yabo and Hasan Abubakar Sokoto. Their pictures are attached to this statement.

12 others were seriously injured and are being treated by the Islamic Movement.

At Least the public deserves to know the truth from those who are entrusted with protecting their lives and properties, but instead the police choose to protect its own members, who we believe acted pre-judiciously.

We therefore call on the Sokoto State Police Command to own up to the cold murder of unarmed civilians yesterday, and pay the blood ransom prescribed by Islamic Shari’a and offer apologies to the public for the erroneous press statement it issued in regard to the needless attack it carried out against the Ashura mourners.

Similar Ashura processions were held across the country, in various state capitals and major towns, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. There wasn’t any report of breach of the peace by the security agents in those states, why is Sokoto different?

We believe this brutal attack on innocent mourners is a clear exhibition of religious intolerance by the state government. As such we wonder how a state governor who couldn’t tolerate the religious freedom of his fellow Muslims can guarantee the religious rights of others of different faith when given the opportunity to serve at the federal level. Hence we demand a clear explanation and demand for justice from the state government.

Some brothers sent me the Press Statement of the Sokoto state Police command signed by ASP Sanusi Abubakar for the Commissioner of police denying that nobody was killed or injured in the Yesterday's Ashura procession in Sokoto.

Excerpt from the Press Statement:

"During these exercise, neither shi'it member or any body was killed or injured as purported by some conventional and social media outlets."

All Nigerians are aware that the Nigerian police lack credibility and do not have an iota of integrity. The Nigerian police is arguably the most corrupt police force in the world. The rampaging armed bandits are more credible than the cowardly Nigerian police.

Yes, the Nigerian police shot live ammunition on the Ashura procession of yesterday in Sokoto state and three (3) Ashura Mourners were killed, scores injured. Their funeral will take place today InshaAllah!

The cowardly Nigerian police that failed woefully to protect the besieged, terrorized and dehumanized people of Sokoto state just murdered three law abiding Citizens of Sokoto state.

Historic Fraud of Fasting on the Day of Ashura

One of the historic Fraud that Banu Ummayad introduced to Sunnism is Fasting on the Day of Ashura. In the Book of Hadith of Sahih_Buhari alone three different reasons were given for this Fasting.

The first reason was that the Jews are practicing it and the Prophet "asked" Muslims to copy. This is humiliating to the Messenger of God (sa). When did the Holy Prophet start copying Judaism? This claim itself is fake and fraudulent as the Jews did not know anything like Ashura Fasting. Go and ask any Jew if you doubt this.

The second reason was that all the days of various victories of Prophets was on the day of Ashura. This is laughable as the calendar was not the same. The Banu Ummayad presented this reason to justify their brutal slaughter of the beloved Grandson of Prophet Muhammad (sa), Imam Hussein (as) and his companions.

The third reason was that God saved Prophet Moses (as) and his people and drown Pharaoh and his army on this day. This reason is also fake as there is no single proof from Jewish sources.

It is impossible for the Holy Prophet (sa) that is infallible to present three contradictory reasons and narratives. The only viable conclusion is that these three reasons are fake, fraudulent and fabricated. And all those Hadiths are fake.

After the Karbala Tragedy, the ruling Banu Ummayad dynasty did everything humanly possible to encapsulate the remembrance of the Tragedy among Muslims and fabricating Ashura Fasting was one of the effort. There was a time that death sentence was the punishment of anyone caught mourning the Karbala Tragedy. Thousands of innocent Muslims were beheaded just for mourning Imam Hussein (as).

The contemporary attacks on Ashura processions and gatherings by bloodthirsty Sunni extremists and murderous Wahhabi terrorist groups is part of that ancient tradition of beheading Mourners of Imam Hussein (as).

On a final note, On the day of Ashura, Muslims lovers of the Prophet (sa) and the AhlulBayt (as) should be in mourning and reflect on the events that happened 1400+ years at the plains of Karbala.

Update on the Trial of Sheikh AbdulJabbar Nasiru Kabara (18/08/2021)

Today 18th August, 2021, the case of blasphemy of the Kano state Government against Sheikh AbdulJabbar Nasiru Kabara continue at the lower Sharia court.

The government Lawyers led by Barister Surajo Sa'ida SAN presented fresh charges against Sheikh AbdulJabbar but the leading Counsel of the scholar, Barister Saleh Bakaro, rejected the attempt.

Barister Saleh Bakaro insisted that under the guidelines of the Sharia court this is not possible. Barister Saleh Bakaro also brought to the attention of the court that under the Nigerian constitution a Lawyer at the level of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) can not appear in Lower Sharia court. A SAN can only appear from the High Court. The Kano state government presented four (4) SANs to prosecute Sheikh AbdulJabbar Nasiru Kabara.

After much heated debate in the court the trial Judge adjourned the case to 2nd September, 2021, to decide on this objection by the Counsel of Sheikh AbdulJabbar.

Conclusion

The charges against Sheikh AbdulJabbar Nasiru Kabara are fake and fraudulent, that is why the Kano state government desperately wanted to change the charges. The wicked incarceration of Sheikh AbdulJabbar is a clear case of extreme persecution due to his love for Imam Ali (as) and the AhlulBayt (as). The savage Saudi Wahhabi regime is behind the persecution of Sheikh AbdulJabbar.

We call on Nigerian Activists and human rights organizations to raise their voice against the imprisonment of Sheikh AbdulJabbar by the Kano state government. Sheikh AbdulJabbar is innocent as he has never blaspheme Prophet Muhammad (sa). In fact he is the biggest defender of the Prophet (sa) from the blasphemous "Hadiths" of Sunnism.

*ASHURA: A VICTORY OF TRUTH OVER FALSEHOOD*

Muharram is a month of tragedy and mourning not for the Muslims alone, but all lovers and advocate of justice, truth and humanity. It was on the tenth of this month that the Grandson of the Holy Prophet (saaw), Imam Hussein (AS) had sacrificed his life, that of his family and companions for the protection and re-establishment of pure Islam, dignity, honor, justice and freedom.

The atrocities of Ashura have exposed the enmity and treachery of Banu Umayyad and their hirelings on Almighty Allah, his greatest Messenger, Prophet Muhammad (saw), his holy household (AS) and what is just and the truth in Karbala, Iraq. It was an event that demonstrated how blood defeated the swords in defense of humanity, justice and freedom, which shall continue to be remembered till the end of this world against the wishes of enemies of God.

This is the reason agents of neo-colonialists prevented these gatherings for lamentation of the Ashura Event. They had studied the circumstances of the nations and knew that they could not reach their aims as long as such mourning sessions and recitation of elegies were held and the cruelties of rulers were revealed and condemned.

Here in Nigeria, the Islamic Movement led by Sheikh Ibraheem Yaqoub Zakzaky (H) has been victim of series of machinations, especially by the present government and other past governments through international conspiracy. The massacre carried out by the Nigerian army in Zaria on 12-14 December, 2015 bore many similarities with the inhumane atrocities unleashed on Imam Husain, his family and followers in the plain of Karbala.

However we are grateful to Allah (T) for granting relief to our leader, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife Mu’allima Zeenah Ibrahim, when on July 28, 2021 Kaduna state high court discharged and acquitted them from the spurious charges they were tried for over three years. And unlike last year, since the beginning of this month when the Ashura mourning sessions started in over 250 cities and villages over the country, there has not been any report of intimidation and attack on the mourners. We hope our antagonists in government have come to the realization that molestation and persecution cannot suppress a righteous Movement in the long run, but rather strengthen it.

Nonetheless, as we bask in the glory of the release of our leader, we will like to draw the attention of well-meaning Nigerians and the international community on the delay tactics of the federal government in releasing his passport and that of his wife, that will facilitate their journey abroad for the proper treatment of the wounds they sustained during the military attack on their residence in December, 2015. Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife are now free citizens, why should their passports be withheld? Lest we forget, in 2018 Even a Kaduna state high court granted them medical leave to visit India to regain their daily deteriorating health condition, but the government botched up that medical trip. And now their passport has not been released to them, even though they are still in dire need of medical attention.

As we mourn Ashura, we urge the federal government to release the passports of Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife and also release hundreds of others still in detention since December 2015 and restore the fundamental human rights of Muslim brothers and sisters of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria.

Afghanistan: Taliban Must Reject the Saudi-sponsored Evil Ideology of Wahhabism

When I saw this News Report I was hopeful.

Taliban is the most powerful force presently in Afghanistan. For sustainable peace, progress and development of Afghanistan, the Taliban must reject the evil ideology of Wahhabism.

Check this:

�The Saudi-sponsored ideology that inspired Al-Qaeda, ISIS, BokoHaram, Shabbab in Somalia and all the murderous terrorist groups that are killing the innocent using the fraudulent name of Islam is Wahhabism.
�The evil ideology that oppressed women using the fraudulent name of Islam & deprive them of education is Wahhabism.
�The evil ideology that celebrate and glorify the murder of the innocent is Wahhabism.
�The evil ideology that is notorious in excommunicating (Takfir) millions of Muslims from Islam is Wahhabism.
�The evil ideology that is notorious in dividing Muslims via sectarianism is Wahhabism.
�The evil ideology that spread hate mongering and acute intolerance among Muslims is Wahhabism.
�The evil ideology that is the biggest tool in the house of Islam of Western Imperialism and Global Zionism is Wahhabism.

It is impossible for the evil ideology of Wahhabism to build and inspire a modern Muslim state that will favorably compete with the scientific and technological advancement of the West. Despite the huge Oil wealth of Saudi Arabia and it close alliance with America and the West for close to a century, why is Saudi Arabia scientifically and technologically backward? The answer is Wahhabism.

The pillars of murderous Wahhabism are:

1) Hate mongering
2) Acute intolerance
3) Murderous Terrorism.

The Taliban that we know in the 90s was inspired by Wahhabism. Taliban then was closely allied with Al-Qaeda Terrorists and Osama bin Laden. The Taliban then massacred more than 15,000 innocent Shia civilians and created multiple Shia mass graves in Mazari Shareef. The Taliban oppressed women and religated them to inferior Citizens of Afghanistan. Afghanistan then became safe haven for all murderous Wahhabi terrorist groups.

Unfortunately, Afghanistan has not seen peace for nearly 40 years. It was from Soviet invasion, to Taliban take over then to US and NATO invasion and 20 years occupation. The only thing the middle age Citizens of Afghanistan know today is war, war and war. War and violence has never facilitate the instruments of progress and development. What is needed most in Afghanistan of today is sustainable peace that will usher in progress and development.

The neighboring countries to Afghanistan especially Pakistan and Iran should help Afghanistan rise again. They should help Afghanistan grow it comatose economy, unite it people and not be a safe haven for Al-Qaeda and other murderous Wahhabi terrorist groups.

Unfortunately, Afghanistan under American occupation saw the astronomical rise of heroin cultivation and production that pose a threat to the whole world. Millions of people around the world are addicted to heroin. Drug abuse is unhealthy to any modern society.

The International Criminal Court, ICC, should hasten the indictment of American, UK, Australian and other NATO soldiers that perpetrated heinous war crimes in Afghanistan. Tens of thousands of innocent civilians were brutally slaughtered by NATO forces in Afghanistan.

On a final note, we call on US and UK regimes to immediately withdraw all their troops that they sent back to Afghanistan.

The biggest fear of the Buhari gang of bloodthirsty killers is the #ZariaGenocide case at the International Criminal Court, ICC.

When Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife were transferred to Kaduna from Abuja, the head of the Nigerian secret police (DSS) in Kaduna state & Kaduna state Governor Elrufai went to see Sheikh Zakzaky at his detention house. That was before they sent them to the dilapidated Kaduna prison. But the house attendant only announced the presence of the DSS head to Sheikh Zakzaky.

When Sheikh Zakzaky came out he saw the DSS head and Elrufai. Sheikh Zakzaky asked him "Why did you bring this cursed person to me?" Before the DSS head will apologize, Sheikh Zakzaky looked at Elrufai and said

"God curse you!"
"God curse you!"
"God curse you!"

It was said he said it three times and returned back to the house and closed the door. The security agents that were there said in frustration Elrufai said "You people should withdraw that ICC case and let us discuss peace".

The fraudulent trump-up charges that they wickedly fabricated against Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife, they had hoped to exchange them with the case in ICC. Sheikh Zakzaky knows those charges were "Rubbish and Nonsense" as he called them.

The ICC has already completed the preliminary investigations into the case and concluded that heinous war crimes were perpetrated by the Nigerian army in Zaria. We are now waiting for indictment and arrest of the genocidal criminals who executed the #ZariaGenocide.

Bakura Agricultural College: 15 students abducted and four killed at school in Zamfara

Gunmen have abducted some students and teachers at the College of Agriculture and Animal Health in Bakura, Zamfara state.

Aliyu Bakura, deputy registrar of the college, confirmed the development to BBC Hausa.

“Last Sunday night around 10pm they entered and opened fire and took away 15 students and a teacher and his wife and two children,” he said.

Re: El-Zakzaky: A Travesty Of Justice

I read the Editorial of the Guardian Newspaper of Nigeria titled "El-Zakzaky: A Travesty Of Justice", it was shallow, empathyless, and absolutely devoid of Justice. No single mention was made of the more than one thousand innocent men, women, children and infants that were brutally slaughtered by the Nigerian army in Zaria in December, 2015.

And no single mention was made of the hundreds of peaceful #FreeZakzaky protesters that were brutally murdered on the Nigerian streets by the Nigerian army and police from December, 2015, to the second court freedom of the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife. No single mention was made of the dozens of Shia civilians that were brutally slaughtered by the Nigerian security forces during the religious programs of the Nigerian Shia community. The Kano Arbaeen massacre in 2016 is a good example. And the Abuja Shia massacre of 2018 is another example. The New York Times published an 8 minutes video of this massacre where the Elite Presidential Guard used Battlefield weapons against innocent and defenseless civilians.

"The handling by the Nigerian State of the criminal allegation and trial of the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat, leaves much to be desired in so far as justice administration is concerned. In fact, the matter that kept the couple in confinement for about six years, only for the charges against them to be found unsustainable, is a classic example of how not to embrace the rule of law.
The Police and the Kaduna State Government ought to bow their heads in shame for their clear mishandling of the El-Zakzaky affair, and for being evidently shoddy in their investigation and prosecution."

The police were not "shoddy in their investigation and prosecution" as fraudulently claimed by the Guardian Newspaper. The Buhari regime executed a contract from the Saudi regime to eliminate Shia Islam from Nigeria and kill Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, it biggest symbol. The brutal and inhuman Zaria Genocide was the beginning of the genocidal massacres of unarmed Shia civilians in Nigeria.

After the Zaria Genocide, the bloodthirsty Sunni extremists in power in Nigeria fabricated trump-up charges against the 200+ Survivors of the genocide, dumped them in the Kaduna dilapidated prison and wickedly framed them with murder! The fraudulent trump-up charges against Sheikh Zakzaky, his wife and the 200+ Survivors of the Zaria genocide was not as a result of police "shoddy in their investigation and prosecution" as claimed by this Editorial. Those fraudulent trump-up charges was part of the extreme persecution of the Nigerian Shia community just to please the bloodthirsty Saudi Wahhabi savages who are the masters of Tyrant Buhari, Elrufai, Buratai and gang of bloodthirsty Sunni extremists in power in Nigeria.

The Guardian Newspaper should be aware that the Zaria Genocide was a crime of the century and the extreme persecution of Sheikh Zakzaky and the Nigerian Shia community is extreme wickedness, monstrous savagery and barbarism that must be condemned by all people of conscience.

Despite the shallow Editorial of the Guardian Newspaper, it acknowledged an aspect of this extreme wickedness:

"It is instructive that prior to El-Zakzaky’s discharge, a Federal High Court in Abuja had in 2016 ordered his release and payment of N50 million compensation for detention that was described as illegal and unconstitutional. The order was ignored, with the government claiming that his continued detention was for fresh charges for which bail had not been granted."

The Editorial of the Guardian Newspaper should have condemned the genocidal massacres and extreme persecution of the peaceful Nigerian Shia community and call for justice. As I write there exist multiple Shia mass graves in Kaduna and Kano states of the dead bodies of the thousands of Shia civilians that were brutally slaughtered by state actors.

On a final note, it is common for the extremely wicked and corrupt Nigerian ruling elite to buy Editorials from Newspapers to distort events and make a mockery of history. I think this is one of them.

Nigeria: Afghanistan is a Lesson, Do Not Depend On America

I will like to reshape this statement to suit our Nigerian condition:

“Whoever in Nigeria thinks that the US is there for them, just look at Afghanistan and US withdrawal leaving its friends behind”

There are Nigerians who think the imperialist US will facilitate the provision of good governance for them and strengthen freedom, democracy and the rule of law. This is self-deception and day dreaming that resulted from the over consumption of fraudulent American propaganda.

American is an imperialist power first and foremost. American imperialist interest comes first before anything. Freedom, democracy and respect for Human Rights are tools that America uses to further it imperialist agenda.

America spending billions of dollars in Afghanistan was a collosal waste. America is losing the struggle for supremacy with China. America desperately need resources to confront Chinese resurgence.

In this battle of supremacy between America and China, China has all the advantage because Chine has a rich history. America has no rich history. The history of America is that of genocide of Indigenous population, Black slavery and White Supremacy racism.

Let's return to our topic. Fellow Nigerians, do not depend on America, Britain or any Western power to liberate yourselves from the enslavement of the extremely wicked and corrupt Nigerian ruling elite. With unity of purpose, only you have the power to free yourselves, your children and your grand children from the bondage of these notorious treasury looters and economic terrorists who are sworn enemies of the progress and development of your beloved country.

The unfortunate reality in Nigeria is that our wicked and evil Oppressors are united in looting the public treasury and in oppressing us but the Oppressed are divided via our fault lines of tribe, region and religion. Sadly, the Nigerian Oppressed love killing each other and burning their families alive. Have you ever seen the wicked Oppressors killing each other? Have you ever witness riots in the GRAs?

On a final note, the failure of American neocolonialism and intervention in Afghanistan should serve as a lesson to the world Oppressed.

Some Southerners are not happy with my yesterday's piece:

But they failed to use statistics to disquiet what was written. Why is it that is extremely difficult to build a Mosque in the Christian dominated South East and South South? If this is not clear manifestation of acute intolerance then what is it?

Violent religious extremism is almost absent in the South but there is prevalence of religious intolerance in the South East and South South.

We raise this issue so that people should make amend. Civilization is not wearing suits and dressing like Jennifer Lopez, civilization is how you are tolerant towards others despite differences.

There is More Religious Tolerance in the North than in the South

Some people will be surprise with this topic but this is the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth.

An Igbo Muslim brother made this observation:

"I study in ABU Zaria. I can count reasonable number of churches and Chapels inside the campus but goto UNN or even Unizik in Awka. You can barely see any mosque there in the campus and later you will open your mouth & spew nonsense about the North not been religious tolerant."

Truth be told there is more religious tolerance in the Muslim-majority states of the North than in the Christian-majority states of the South. We should exclude the South West states from this analysis as that region has 50-50 Muslim/Christian population.

It is easier to build a Church in Sokoto state than to build a Mosque in Ebony state. There are presently hundreds of Churches in Zamfara state, a state with 98% Muslim majority but there are no 20 Mosques in Ebony state.

Even in Borno state despite the more than 10 years BokoHaram insurgency, there are hundreds of Churches there.

And a Nigerian Muslim sister has this to say:

"I have never asked a Christian why she is not covering her hair but I can’t count how many times Christians disturb me about my Hijab."

Western Civilization is a choice and not a standard of judgement and measurement. If a Muslim sister chose the Hijab that is her right. Western dressing is not an obligation. It is not a must to dress like Jennifer Lopez and it should not be a norm or a standard.

Our major problem in the North is religious extremism and not religious tolerance. Wahhabi extremism and Sunni extremism exist in the North. Wahhabi extremism gave rise to Al-Qaeda, ISIS and BokoHaram while Sunni extremism gave rise to Buhari gang of bloodthirsty killers who are notorious Shia killers.

ICC Indictment on ZariaGenocide Expected

When the illiterate barbarian #Buhari accepted the contract from the bloodthirsty Saudi Wahhabi savages to destroy Shia Islam in Nigeria and kill it biggest symbol, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, this bloodthirsty killer did not plan for an exit strategy.

The arrogant and compound ignorant Buhari foolishly thought that with the federal might and instrument of power he will accomplish his goal. The successful Global #FreeZakzaky campaign destroyed his illusions and placed the Saudi-sponsored #ShiaGenocide agenda in Nigeria on the world map of the heinous crimes against humanity.

The Buhari gang of bloodthirsty killers were absolutely sure that the trump-up charges they fabricated against Sheikh Zakzaky were #Fake, fraudulent and totally lacked substance but they wanted to keep the Sheikh in prison in the absence of their exist strategy. The statement of Sheikh Zakzaky of "Rubbish and Nonsense" on the case is historic.

To this day these genocidal criminals do not have an exit strategy. The historic Justice Gideon Kurada judgement hit that notorious child-killer Elrufai so hard that he joined Buhari in London for medical tourism. Tukur Buratai later joined these two war criminals in London.

The biggest fear of these genocidal criminals that perpetrated genocide in Zaria is the indictment of the International Criminal Court, ICC. The #ICC is much aware of the court victory of Sheikh Zakzaky. We are expecting the ICC indictment anytime from now.

#Afghanistan need a National leader like the Great Commander Ahmad Shah Masood (ra) who humiliated the Russian invaders and the Taliban. Afghanistan does not need the rule of the Taliban who are bloodthirsty Wahhabi savages allied to Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

Shias make up one third of the total population of Afghanistan and Taliban are notorious Shia killers just like Tyrant Buhari and Elrufai here in Nigeria. From 1998 Taliban has murdered more than 15,000 Shia men, women, children and infants. Till date no one punished for this genocide.
