Zakzaky:The case of "Rubbish & Nonsense"

When the eight ( fake, fraudulent and fabricated trump-up charges were finally read to the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, in the Kaduna High Court after almost one year of foot dragging and time wasting he famously declared that "the charges read are Rubbish & Nonsense".

And the recent "No Case Submission" judgement in the historic court victory of the Sheikh has vindicated his famous statement. "No Case Submission" means those prosecuting just fabricated fraudulent charges just to imprisoned an innocent man and his wife after the genocide massacre of their three (3) biological children in their residence and in their presence.

The "No Case Submission" means Sheikh Zakzaky do not even need to present Witnesses to defend him and the 15 Witnesses presented by the bloodthirsty Sunni extremists in power in Nigeria are all fraudulent. These genocidal criminals and bloodthirsty killers who buried innocent children ALIVE in the multiple Shia mass graves brought the murderous criminals that buried innocent children ALIVE in the multiple Shia mass graves to testify against the parents of the innocent children and infants that they buried alive! The peak of extreme wickedness, evil, and mostrous savagery and barbarism.

We must never think that the Saudi-sponsored #ZariaGenocide was a mistake or a coincidence. Two of our leaders sent me the Editorial of the Vanguard Newspaper titled: "Travails of the el Zakzakys".

I read through the Editor and we thank the Vanguard Newspaper for the advices given.

Excerpt of the Vanguard Newspaper Editorial:

"The constitutional rights to life, liberty, fair trial and personal dignities of the Zakzakys and members of the IMN have been cynically abused. This is condemnable and unacceptable. Our constitution directs that the affairs of this country can only be conducted according to the constitution. Another Excerpt:

"However, the IMN and its leadership must learn from their harrowing experiences and conduct themselves with greater discipline during their annual Arbaeen symbolic trekking."

Having said this I strongly disagree with Vanguard Newspaper about it emphasis on "road blockade". It is myopic to think that a minor traffic offense of road blockade caused the genocidal massacre of more than one thousand innocent men, women, children and infants in Zaria in December, 2015.

The brutal and inhuman Saudi-sponsored #ZariaGenocide was preplanned by the bloodthirsty Sunni extremists in power in Nigeria and paid agents of the savage Saudi Wahhabi regime. "Road blockade" was just a pretext, an excuse that is laughable and grossly absurd.

Re: The Deal Behind Zakzaky’s Acquittal

A brother sent me a piece of the above title that was published in the Daily Trust Newspaper by one notorious paid agent of the savage Saudi Wahhabi regime, Mohammad Qaddam Sidq Isa.

After reading the piece my outright conclusion was that "This is a frustration of a paid Saudi agent in Nigeria!". My path has crossed with this bloodthirsty Wahhabi character in the past who is a strong supporter of Al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorism. His obsession with Shia hate #ShiaPhobia and virulent hatred for anything Iran makes him unpopular in the Nigerian intellectual cycle despite the huge attempt by Saudi hirelings in Nigeria to promote him.

Whenever Al-Qaeda, ISIS and BokoHaram bomb and massacre Shia civilians in schools, markets and hospitals, Mohammad Qaddam Sidq Isa will celebrate as victory for "Islam". The "Islam" of this bloodthirsty Wahhabi barbarian is blood lust of the innocent, hate mongering and acute intolerance.

The Qaddam character wrote:

"In the aftermath of the 2015 bloody incident between Zakzaky’s Shiite followers and the Nigerian military in Zaria, Iran launched a worldwide campaign of incitement against the Nigerian government."

Dear Friends, what this guy casually called "bloody incident" was the genocidal massacre of more than one thousand innocent men, women, children and infants by the Nigerian army in Zaria. Citizens were burnt alive and innocent children were buried ALIVE in the multiple Shia mass graves according to the comprehensive report of the London-based Amnesty International on #ZariaGenocide. From his statement it is quite obvious that Mohammad Qaddam Sidq Isa was extremely happy that Shia Muslims were burnt alive and Shia children and infants were buried alive in the multiple Shia mass graves.

And for the record and to refute his lies and deception masturbation it was not Iran that "launched a worldwide campaign of incitement against the Nigerian government", it was the Islamic Movement in Nigeria that initiated and launched a highly successful global campaign to spread the true information of the genocidal massacre of more than one thousand innocent men, women, children and infants, and the subsequent creation of multiple Shia mass graves by the bloodthirsty Sunni extremists in power in Nigeria.

The claim by the Qaddam character that the judicial process that Freed Sheikh Zakzaky, his wife and the 200+ Survivors of Zaria genocide was "manipulated" to favor them is laughable. Why will Sunni genocidal criminals who murdered your children in your residence and in your presence favor you in a judicial process? We ask?

This frustrated Wahhabi confessed what is giving him and his Saudi masters sleepless nights when he wrote:

Sheikh Zakzaky "nurture the Shiite population in Nigeria, which is the largest of its kind in Sub Saharan Africa". This is their gross of hatred against Sheikh Zakzaky. He single handedly nurtured millions of Shia Muslims not only in Nigeria but in Black Africa and in the Black diaspora community. In entire human history nobody has achieved this feat.

On a final note, the bloodthirsty Sunni extremists in power in Nigeria tried to wipe out Shia Islam from Nigeria and woefully failed. The ranting of this frustrated Wahhabi underlined their monumental failures despite the hundreds of millions of dollars of Saudi petrodollars.

About Appeal of Court Judgement....

On the two occasions the two High Courts in Kaduna state discharged and acquitted 200+ Survivors of the Saudi-sponsored #ZariaGenocide, the Midget Satan #Elrufai boasted that they will appeal the Judgement. To this day no appeal.

That message is for his Saudi masters to reassure them that the hundreds of millions of dollars that they gave them to destroy Shia Islam in Nigeria is not wasted.

They know from the bottom of their hearts that even if they appeal the court Judgements they will lose. The trump-up charges they concocted against the Survivors of the ZariaGenocide are fake, fraudulent and fabricated. The DSS should release Sheikh Zakzaky passport

Since when the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife returned from India after the botched attempt for medical treatment the Nigerian secret police (DSS) has hold on to their international passports.

After his historic court victory in Kaduna, Sheikh Zakzaky moved to Abuja for onward movement to Foreign trip for medical treatment. All preparation have been finalized for the trip.

We call on the Nigerian secret police (DSS) to immediately release their passports that will enable them commence the trip.

During the Saudi-sponsored #ZariaGenocide the Nigerian army rained more than 50 bullets on the family of Sheikh Zakzaky in his residence in Zaria. Three (3) of his children were instantly killed. The Sheikh and his wife survived with bullets wounds. His left eye totally destroyed by bullets. His wife still have bullets inside her body.

It is important to note that Nigeria has one of the worst medical facilities in the world, worst than those of war-torn countries of Yemen and Afghanistan. President Buhari is himself presently in London, UK, for medical tourism.

After surviving the Buratai orchestrated assasination attempt in July 2016, I survived with life threatening injuries. My head was broken, my right leg broken, my left hand broken and my fingers smashed. Surgeries performed on my head and leg. After the leg surgery I spent more than two years I could not walk. I left for Iran for further medical treatment. At the Iranian hospital they broke the leg again and performed a new surgery. Today I can walk.

Re: Kaduna Govt Files Fresh Charges Against El-Zakzaky

The frustrated Midget Satan Elrufai desperately tried to keep the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife in the illegal detention but failed woefully.

Elrufai changed the Kaduna law in 2017 just to target Sheikh Zakzaky but the trial Judge Gideon Kurada bluntly stated that is not possible.

A Kaduna High Court presided by Justice Gideon Kurada on Wednesday ruled that the charges against El-Zakzaky and his wife, Zeenat were not supposed to be filed, as the Kaduna State Government cannot arraign someone for a crime that was not an offence at the time.

Justice Kurada had found that the charges were filed against El-Zakzaky and his wife in 2018 pursuant to the Penal Law enacted by the state government in 2017 over an alleged offence committed in 2015.

I was credibly informed that the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Malami, is clearly against this charade of the Elrufai Shinigami. Malami is presently the most powerful person in the regime.

That notorious child-killer Elrufai who buried our children alive in the multiple Shia mass graves according to the comprehensive report of the London-based Amnesty International on #ZariaGenocide stupidly think he can keep Sheikh Zakzaky in prison until 2023.

Sheikh Zakzaky, What Next?

What is important to us now is that our Great Leader Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife should immediately proceed for medical treatment.

The genocidal criminals and bloodthirsty Sunni extremists in power in Nigeria wickedly denied them medical treatment after the murderous Nigerian Army rained them with bullets that killed their three (3) children in their residence. The international Doctors that examined Sheikh Zakzaky stated that there are 34 bullets shrapnel in the body of Sheikh Zakzaky. His left eye was completely destroyed by bullets. Glaucoma is ravaging the remaining eye.

The Mother of six (6) Glorious Martyrs, Malama Zeenah Zakzaky, urgently need a knee replacement. She is finding it difficult to walk.

Lead poisoning is ravaging the blood of the Sheikh and his wife, killing them slowly. The bloodthirsty Sunni savages wanted them to die in the dilapidated Kaduna prison but that is not the wish of God. The entire blood on their body need to be changed. *Healing Nigeria in the spirit of Adha, by Hassan Gimba*

Last week, Muslims the world over celebrated the eid-ul-adha or the “big eid” or “big Sallah”. We are, however, more interested in its meaning, implications and bearing on us as a nation. We need to look at spiritual milestones, hoping to find the seemingly elusive panacea for our ills.

Eid means feast, festival or celebration, while adha loosely means “sacrifice” (animal sacrifice), “offering” or “oblation”. It so got its name because it commemorates Prophet Ibrahim’s (AS) devotion to Allah (SWT) and his readiness to sacrifice Ismail, his son, for His love.

The Qur’anic story has it that Ibrahim (AS) experienced a dream in which God ordered him to sacrifice his beloved son, Ismail (AS). At first, he was skeptical, and believed it was the trickery of the cursed devil. After experiencing the dream the following night, he then understood that it was a message and a command from Allah (SWT). Without hesitation, he prepared his son for the sacrifice. Ibrahim (AS) loved his son dearly, yet this was no obstruction to honouring his duty as instructed by Allah (SWT) and thus proving his full submission to Allah (SWT).

Ibrahim (AS) took his son to the top of Mount Arafat, and in his hands, he had a knife and a rope. Upon arrival, he mentioned the dream to his son Ismail (AS) and made him aware that Allah (SWT) has decreed for him to be a sacrifice and, in obedience, his son Ismail (AS) accepted what God commanded of him. Ismail (AS) asked that his hands and legs be tied to avoid struggling during the sacrifice and that his father should blindfold himself to avoid witnessing his suffering. Ismail was aware of his father’s love towards him and knew that this would be difficult to witness.

However, as Ibrahim (AS) began performing the sacrifice, Allah (SWT) replaced Ismail with a ram and Ismail (AS) was saved unharmed. Allah (SWT) tested Ibrahim (AS) to see his dedication in his submission (Islam) to his creator. In his willingness to obey Allah’s (SWT) commands, Ibrahim (AS) successfully passed the test and the act of the sacrifice serves as a reminder of Prophet Ibrahim’s dedication and devotion to serving Allah (SWT) obediently. Therefore, eid-ul-adha means the festival of sacrifice.

The lesson here is that of sacrifice for a better you. We mostly look at the sacrifice from the point of slaughtering a ram for its meat. Even at that, Islam recommends one to get a healthy, mature and meaty sacrificial lamb that will be a beauty to the eye. Looked at deeply, the sacrifice should translate to sacrificing what one loves in exchange for gaining spiritual upliftment.

Any man uplifted spiritually will spread the love around. He will not be where there will be an injustice. He will not be a party to corrupt activities. Above all, that man will not be where another human being is being harmed. Humanity will be safe with him. If the Nigerian Muslims who took part in the eid-ul-adha all take in the spirit behind the event, our country will be better than it is now.

It is a sacrifice in self-immolation that can only be compared to the myth of the Thornbird in the fictional book, _Thorn Birds,_ a 1977 bestseller by Colleen McCullough. She set the story in Drogheda, a town that does not exist in Australia. In the front matter of the book, the myth is set out thus: There is a legend about a bird which sings just once in its life, more sweetly than any other creature on the face of the earth. From the moment it leaves the nest, it searches for a thorn tree and does not rest until it has found one. Then, singing among the savage branches, it impales itself upon the longest, sharpest spine. And, dying, it rises above its agony to out-carol the lark and the nightingale. One superlative song, existence the price. But the whole world stills to listen, and God in His heaven smiles. For the best is only bought at the cost of great pain… Or so says the legend.

The spirit of eid-ul-adha teaches us to sacrifice ourselves for God. Ismail (AS) was part of Ibrahim (AS), do not forget. By sacrificing his son, he was sacrificing himself as well.

Nigeria, now more than ever in its history, needs countrymen who are ready to sacrifice for its existence. We should frown at a situation where leaders will call on us to change while they indulge in the perfidies associated with our leaders of old.

It is not fair, nor is it right, for leaders to ask followers to tighten their belts while they punch more holes in theirs to accommodate their ever bulging bellies.

It is also not indicative of leaders with the spirit of sacrifice when they take their children to the best schools around while the public schools are a little better than pigsties.

The spirit of sacrifice is no doubt lacking in the leader who, together with his family, can have access to the best Medicare, while a bigger chunk of the people does not have access to basic healthcare facilities.

How can a good Muslim’s conscience not disturb him when he buys good exam results or bribes for his child to get a well-paying job? Why should a good Muslim be happy when he collects money to pass a student or to give him a job?

We are talking of Muslims as citizens because we are referring to an Islamic event that just happened.

But come to think of it, Christianity attaches great importance and symbolism to sacrifices as well. Theirs is even directly and practically connotative of the denial of comfort. Their form of sacrifice focuses on the bodies of its members as a living sacrifice.

And I believe all Christians understand Christ’s death on the cross to be a necessary atonement for the sins of humankind. And if it was so, why should a Christian run away from discomforting himself for God to be happy with him?

In reality, all those who make up a nation must sacrifice for the nation to be great. All religions teach us to sacrifice and all our tribes have stories of legends who sacrificed their happiness for that tribe to survive.

The problem with Nigeria, as my friend Barrister Okoroafor Vincent always insists, is not the North as some southerners would want us to believe or the South as some northerners would insist. He believes it is not even Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Ijaw or Tiv, etc. He is also adamant that it is neither Islam nor Christianity. The problem with Nigeria, he opines, is individual selfishness and self-centeredness that border on ‘it is our turn to chop’ and myopia in putting the self first before the nation. And all people from the tribes have that tendency which is exhibited by adherents of both religions.

The lawyer says if we can put Nigeria first as our collective interest, then we would have a great nation. I cannot agree more.
