There was thunderous applause and jubilation when the Gov of Akwa Ibom state , Udom Gabriel Emmanuel named the Newly built Ibom international stadium after the out gone Governor Godswill Akpabio. The Governor stated that the state house of Assembly has unanimously decided to name the new stadium after the performing governor as a parting gift.
A well deserved respect grin

The Stadium is now known as Godswill Akpabio international Stadium cheesy

You people should just stop comparing your state just coming to limelight with any South Western state. Lagos is building The Eko Atlantic city, aimed to be one of the biggest things in Africa shortly. Ogun is supplying the Labour force and getting connected by metro soon, Oyo Is silently copying from Lagos, Ondo will snatch the Ibaka deep seaport project (There's an comparable health center in Ondo town too) , Osun and Ekiti also have their own innovations.
It's cos most of you are quite unenlightened and less travelled that you think Akwa ibom state is now suddenly the best in Nigeria. South Western States are far advanced in REAL things, not entertainment and pleasure.
