Good morning,
on my previous visiting visa application, I claimed I have two family members in the UK when filling my form back then in 2018, both of them are cousins to me, I made an application to visit one of them then, which she is a student schooling the UK, EVEN till now (undergraduate) but unfortunately I was refused based on the fact that I don't have enough fund in my account to spend in the UK.
but the second one is a British citizen, BUT DIFFERENT SURNAME. I was refused 2014 BASED ON: I don't present enough proof of our relationship.
my QUESTION NOW, now am applying as a dependant to my wife. IF a question is asked; do you have relatives in the UK, what should I put?

Most times we misinterpreted UKVI rules, For people applying inside the UK, their application starts the day they submit there Visa form, but for those outside UK it starts from the day you did Biometrics irrespective of when you submit visa application.
An example of this is someone who submits online form and make Ihs and visa payments on Dec 6, the POF matured on Dec 4, if you do your Biometrics on January 10 due to 1 thing or the other, your Visa will Automatically be refused due to not meeting financial requirements because Dec 4 is outside January 10 that you did Biometrics and this is the major reasons people's application are being denied....

So to be safe please your POF should be in relation to your Biometrics, so get Biometrics appointment first before printing POF irrespective of when you submit application online

Enough info flying around. Yes you can change your visa and divorce your wife with a 6months old baby[size=8pt][/size].That means you will have to come to Nigeria and apply for divorce which takes maybe 6months or more and only if your marriage is more than two years. And when you get the court order for the divorce you will take it to the registry you guys were joined and get a divorce certificate.

Do you mean both of them can still remain in the UK without any issues? most especially the husband has been the dependant. what type of VISA will the husband obtain.

Depends on what the wife plans to do after the visa expires but I will suggest that the husband change visa now before it’s too late.

The family consent letter is different from the Parent consent letter been written that we both signed. The family consent letter was printed from the Gov.uk website consisting of 3pages, so you're to fill the ones applicable. For me, I filled page 1 and 3. Page1- consenting that i authorise my kid to use my information for the application signed by me e.g statement of account and page 3- my son declaring that he will be using my information for the application sign by my son with his first name( minor). While page 2- is for joint information e.g joint account, joint utility bills etc

CAN YOU EXPLAIN THIS OR GIVE US THE CONTENT we also filled a family consent letter to the home office on behalf of the kids( regards Financial responsibility) very important

I sent an enquiry mail on the 16thDec and same day, was told that decision has already been made on all applications. I went ahead to return the funds borrowed for pof same day ooo, interest gbese wan kill me. It worked for me by faith though, since i had already confirmed from them.

Marriage certificate,newspaper publication, some pictures of wedding and family moments,birth certificate for kids, consent letter signed by hubby and i for the kids, we also filled a family consent letter to the home office on behalf of the kids( regards Financial responsibility) very important . Hello everyone, I have been a silent reader. Please I would love to know if there are schools giving admission without transcripts.
I already submitted my application to the university of kent to study MA Social Work for September 2022.
My School sent my transcript via DHL to the university of kent which has been delivered to the school but I doubt if it has gotten to the admission office. (I have contacted the University as d they said they have informed the admission office to check for my transcript).
My problem now is that I want to apply to other schools but I don't have a copy of my transcript, my previous institution is frustrating.
First, they demanded I pay N200k for my original certificate, which I paid (They said it's because I graduated in 2011 ) and for my transcript I paid N55k.
They refused to give me a hard copy or a soft copy of my transcript, they even refused to email it to school. They said for every school I apply to I will have to pay N55k each to get my transcript forwarded.
I am very worried about putting all my eggs in one basket, I would appreciate it if anyone can give me ideas on how to go about this, please.
