By militarizing the streets of Enugu State, he's helping to enforce sit-at-home because NO reasonable person would be out there on the street with all the killing machines that they have deployed. Well, it's sad to admit but that's what Nigerian citizenship attracts...doubt, suspicion, and rejection!
