Fantastic. A great player too. |
DomPerignon:But you quickly forgot that bullions vans were filmed driving into a famous compound in Ikoyi, that you are aware of. And unfortunately for you those caught by the policy were APC members. Was it that they were thieves with very bad ideas or the policy was too difficult for them to beat? By the way, do you know that it takes a thief to identify one? Maybe you are a thief too and that has enabled you identify others. Well done. Hand go soon touch you sef! |
This vicious evil man must be found and extradited to the USA for prosecution and appropriate sentencing. This cannot be an issue with his mental health. If he has such issue, he’s not know how to flee to Nigeria. |
TJOS:Thank you very much for your decent response. Do have a good day! |
Wetin im dey find up and down? Now jokes aside, it’s so disheartening/heart wrenching reading such stories. We live in a country blessed with so much resources, yet we suffer so level of human indignity, caused by very poor leadership. Too many Nigerians have found themselves in this situation of begin-again. The man wasted five years in search of an elusive better life abroad. We must rise to ensure that only good leaders are elected into position of power. We must only elect leaders who are truly willing to make our societies better. Hopefully the man is able to move on and get better things to sustain him and his family. |
TJOS:So you do not anticipate armed men or terrorists in the South west and some thieves to break into homes in the North and East to steal food and small gadgets? Na you biko. |
Otilo. |
Righthussle:The same people who introduced the so called “gods”, introduced the same car that was stolen. The same people introduced cars that you ride in. They introduced the type of house that you reside in and all the amenities that make life easy for you. They introduced the phone in your hand that you use to communicate with and insult them. The introduced drugs and medical science that protects your life and keep you going. Infact, you beg to travel to their countries to get a better life. Do you not see the hypocrisy in your comment. Why not ask your “force behind the universe” to return you to that age 500 years ago, where suffering and hardship were the order of the day and people had to rely on donkeys, horses and camels to go on journey? If the people hand over their money, if their own volition to your assumed thief, how does that affect you? Na do una go dey talk of wetin una no know anything about. |
If it protects their country, then it’s fine. In our own country, ISIS invades and gets swaths of lands. Boko haram maintains swaths of lands. Fulani herdsmen from Mali, Congo, and everywhere invade and remain, including inviting a new group of invaders called Lakurawa. If our leaders cannot protect our borders, should we expect Trump to do it for us? |
1. The club must be heavily fined. 2. The club must play their remaining home matches away from their stadium. 3. The fans must be banned from attending their matches. All the above must be done immediately. |
DomPerignon:What a very foolish and irresponsible comment this is. Now you too will be quickly buried wherever you are. |
Now do you see the importance of having Donald Trump as the President of the USA? Deportations are very important to make certain countries free from such evil people. Putin once said that Judgment of terrorists belongs to God and his only duty is to despatch them to God. |
Put an end to “iron condemn” business and the matter would be settled. |
Goodlyhrt:Did you not make a plan before venturing out of your safety area? Did you not ask questions about opportunities and possibilities before venturing away? Did you expect to become a millionaire overnight because you have computer repair as your skill? Did you not expect to meet competition or people better than you in the same business? Do you know that there’s a word called “patience” in business, especially with your appearance now as a starter? Did you not know that it took time for those that you met to build their businesses? Do you understand the words “swallow your pride” and stay with a boss for a while. Do you think that you will become an instant success in Ajegunle where you left in pains? You used the words “manage a small business”. It means that you were just getting by. Did you expect to meet bush people or complete illiterates in your (village) when you relocated? There are too many questions to ask and talk about sir. How would moving back to Lagos benefit you? Won’t you become a starter once again, needing to get an accommodation and a space to work. Can you afford them all. If you are getting some payments, can you not work to build yourself and build your business, along with people of great minds where you presently are located? |
udemzyudex:Worthless scoundrel claiming to understand what he’s talking about. Take that your imbecilic behavior straight to your family, where your nuisance value can be tolerated. |
Omenlon:Scoundrel. Get your English right first, before commenting on social media spaces like this. Your lack of knowledge stinks. Now you can bloody get lost! |
ComeToJesus:Oga smuggler, thank you very much! |
naijapikin2:Absolutely agreed with you. |
trutharena:Obi built a branch and not the bank. Ask Chief Jim Nwobodo about Savannah bank. He was the majority shareholder and known then as the owner, just as the Sarakis were known as the owners of the defunct Societie general bank. |
Anither563:Savannah bank was incorporated in 1960 and listed on the floor of the Nigerian stock exchange in 1985. Read: https://www.businessjournalng.com/savannah-bank-dead-or-alive/?amp=1 You may also ask about Mr. Jim Nwobodo and why OBJ was accused of politically closing the bank of Nwobodo, was was his then party member is the PDP. |
odejimioflagos:Savannah bank was established in 1960, Olodo. Read the below and close your childish mouth: https://www.businessjournalng.com/savannah-bank-dead-or-alive/?amp=1 If Obi, who before the reckless closing down of SBN said that he built a branch, who are you to claim otherwise and call him a liar? Little rats like you should shut your mouths and learn. Learn to search effectively if you choose google. You may also ask those who were around in those years for information. If you are asked to tell us the records that you talked about, there’d be nothing to tell us by you. How you tag someone a “fraud” shows how mannerless and shallow minded that you are. How would you feel if you are called a fraudulent person and a thief? |
Case ended. Transaction completed in 2010 and plaintiff waited for eleven years to go to court? That smirks of greed and waste of time! In his asset declaration that year, Alamasiegha was said to state only a parcel of land in Okokomaiko, a generator and his wife’s business in Lagos Island. In the three years or so that he served, he appeared to strip Bayelsa state. Looking at such property purchased with public funds, can we not safely say that OBJ was right to have pursued him? |
lordm:He’s entitled to his freedom of movement as enshrined in the constitution. Ayo Fayose was haunted by EFCC while he was still the governor and had immunity. He asked them to wait until he vacated. Three days later, he took his little bag and personally reported to EFCC and the rest became history. Obaseki is entitled to go wherever he wants in Nigeria. A clear conscience fears no accusation. We do not expect any better governance in Edo state, with APC in power there. We are of the opinion that Obaseki played his part and he’s leaving. Okpebolo should organize himself and get to business. But first he must sort out the matter with the courts. |
udemzyudex:Get lost you swine if you do not have clear understanding. By the way, who’s your bro? If you took off your arrogant cloak, you’d clearly have understood from my first comment, that I was innocently and genuinely expressing a doubt about the capacity of saloon cars to carry out such tasks and it was not a finality. I do not need to learn from your likes, as you have absolutely nothing to offer. That said, you may just once again get lost with your nasty ways! |
Esthered:Thank you very much for this very clear explanation. The words “modified for smuggling”, cleared my doubts. Have a good evening. |
udemzyudex:Get out of here you rude fellow. If you have no manners, you may take some lessons in decorum. Others commented with decency and there you are showing off your foolishness and lack of decency. If not for your foolishness, you’d clearly understand my genuine concern that such saloon cars are not wide enough, at first impression, to carry such load. Someone up there used the word “modified” to clarify my line of thinking and that simply sorted out the doubt that I originally innocently expressed. |
What a pity. Granted that rice is smuggled everyday, but the allegation seems to be exaggerated. I do not agree that each car can carry 65 bags of rice. If Soyombo said mini trucks, then that would be understandable. Did he make an error or he did not understand it all? Hopefully this APC government can allow rice import once again, so that the price of rice can reduce in the markets. |
What can we say? APC got votes in Edo and now prepare to get into government house in two days. As long as there are citizens who have been deeply bewitched and love miserable lives, APC will keep having hopes of winning elections. With less than two years of this administration, hardship and poverty has become the hallmark of millions of citizens. APC’s concern is retaining power shamelessly in over two years time. |
Correct! |
Did Okpebholo write those words by himself? Or did Oshiomole write the words and pass the paper across for someone to read it out on his behalf? Maybe he does not know that Obaseki is not Yaya Bello. If Oshiomole did not run away after his governorship, why should Obaseki run away? |

Tellmeastory:Do lizards, cockroaches and rats not fall out of taps? If you have never noticed, then take notice today. They fall out of taps in our country. With dry taps, they find their way in there to rest. When water gushes out, they flow out with water. Go and check, or ask those who know to inform you. Perhaps you reside on Babana Island and you are not aware. Is Nigeria not a “ living hell”, as categorized by the woman? With citizens unable to get basics anymore. With herdsmen, boko haram, IPOB, dangerous highways, horrible roads and infrastructures, citizens hurrying to relocate through Libya, etc, how can the country not be described in such manner please? With the relentless looting of public treasury by leaders and uncontrollable impoverishment of the citizens by leaders, how else should she have described the country please? A place where you “walk one mile to get running water”. Is that incorrect? Go around some communities in the country and hear from those resident there. You are not more Nigerian than those who want to see a better country. FFK presently has a case of corruption that is taking eternity to conclude. If he wanted a proper country in the first place, he should not have been involved with corruption, as presently alleged against him. Aside from the issue of reparation, her words concerning the country are undeniable. Look at our highways. Travel between Shagamu bypass and Ijebu Ode and you will feel nothing but disgust about the leaders of this country. With all the huge allocations, how are Nigerians wallowing in such misery and hardship? When will it end? If the likes of Kemi Bardenoch say such words, then our leadership must pick up the challenge of making the nation better. “I grew up in Nigeria, and I saw first hand what happens when politicians are in it for themselves, when they use public money as their private piggy bank, when they promise the earth and pollute not just the air, but the whole political atmosphere with their failure to serve others. I saw what socialism means for millions: poverty and broken dreams,” - (Kemi Badenoch). Is the above also not correct with the current realities in the country. Even Abike Dabiri admitted this truth and responded that they were working on it. |
