why did you travel .. why did you not vacation in calabar .. Munamoqel: keep quiet and learn ! I was in Aberdeen ( top 20 ) not RGU.( Ranked 80) If you can't sell catfish in Ado ekiti that mean it a rural state /civil servant economy this is your first blunder you didn't study the purchasing power of ekiti .unlike Lagos where MC OLUOMO boys in park can order cat fish any how . You should just shut up if na ekiti you sabi . Ask inmadi for Alaba or Alh Musa running BDC how much he had made in 2 year with a capital of 15m with dinity in Nigeria while you do carehome low life jobs ? Don't assume you senior anybody here look well all this your ekiti rural behavior you be Senior .senior my ASS! |

baba dreamer ... no worry .. when you enter the business .. you go understand ariesbull: Forget rice
Do you know what it means with 20 m just bring out just 10m...invest in poultry and cold room.
Imagine having one thousand layers daily...focus on them, get vetinerians to look into it forget big Grammer..
One thousand layers after 4 months will be producing about 1500 eggs which a crate is about 1700 wholesale price and the total is about 145,000 on eggs alone on daily basis...
Is their market yes... The last time I checked... Nigerians are still eating eggs, still baking breads and cakes.. So you don't have to worry.
You will have your office brand your firm and get marketing team to handle it
Imagine 145,000 daily by a month we are looking at 4 m plus then take out 2m for overhead and salaries you have over 1.5m as profit...
Then you can still invest in hatchery and fishery
Dude money dey... How Can people use over 20m to travel to go do jobs in warehouse and 2 jobs
That's madness for me.. I think it's laziness. |

It is exhaustive enough https://www.cable.co.uk/mobiles/worldwide-data-pricing/ Airtel gives me 5k/ 40gb most times and 20gb other times.
Ps: let's just say I take back the term 'prepaid' I used earlier, wholly.i suspect that may be the next thing peeps will latch on ignoring the substance..lets just say i used the wrong ter.whilst I was trying to specify individual user data subs paid for, exclusive from WiFi at the office or elesewhere |

Then why are you pushing for people to stay back in a place with a bad system … Nigeria is only for making money … not to raise a family … truth is u will make the most money in Nigeria if them share u the secret … but thats what nigeria is good for … making money out of the ignorant bunch … and giving your family better shot at the good things life has to offer … its just one life ooo ..enjoy life oooo… enjoy comfort … comfort is not that expensive in some places ooo … only in Nigeria Treadway: guy, if you check my posts, you will see clearly where I stand on naija matter. But they get what they pay for … we dont … i use glo and this glo network na die … na only Nairaland e fit open effortlessly … Treadway: see now, you have also dropped an ignorant claim. Internet is more expensive in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and I'm talking from direct experience of two of those countries and from friends in the other two countries. Not people using WiFi at work o, I'm talking about prepaid internt plans. They are far far more expensive. Shey you go argue that one too. |

Treadway: see what I mean, does inverter translate to solar and must the setup be mega! Jeezuz! I don tire o...lol. ok guy, you can set up an inverter that will last you 3-4days to watch TV, power fan for you to sleep pretty at night, and lighting (with energy saving bulbs) to go about your activities all for under 200k even as things cost now. How much more before now and the many ppl that have set it up. I haven't even incorporated solar to mine cos the current setup is still okay for me. He did not lie … internet in Nigeria is super expensive, if i dey save data money for one year … i go buy land for inside inside ogun state Treadway: Elijah101, man to man, I beg you, don't be emotional when discussing. Not an insult. Strive to not be emotional and you will stand out. Many men are so weak and emotional and it beats me. If you are wrong admit it, it shows strength and character. It won't kill you. Ok let me break it down further. Imagine, Mr Woody came and made a bogus claim that there is no internet in Nigeria and people are riding donkeys, and I or you stepped in to say haha, sofrisofri na, internet dey and people are driving cars, does that have anything to do with comparison of countries? Stay on point, stick to the facts, and stand out when having discussions.. cos only very few people can. |

U know how much inverter cost … u go use Ac … use fridge … use other small small things u dey compare inverter to normal light … even if na solar sef … normal light still better pass am … 100 Treadway: enough of being a dolt with shitty comprehension abilities. I am not here to do a comparison of Nigeria and other countries with you. I am here to point out your wildly ignorant post. Deal with it! Go back and read your post, or get someone with good eyesight to read it out loud for you, and learn what I am teaching you. You claim only the rich and wealthy are building houses and using freaking inverters, and i said and i'm still saying that claim is so unfounded and ignorant. Even you have stylishly admitted that by backtracking from 0.0000000001 wey you dey cap to 1% and now feigning many people weren't using inverter when you left. Now I am clearing you, learn, admit you yarned crap, and face front instead of clutching at straws in deepwater. I ain't doing a comparison of countries with you and anyone with eyes to read, firing brain cells, clarity of mind, and maturity can clearly see that, afi iwo. Won't be responding to you again.

As i dey type so … i no get electricity for house … nepa don take light sinceee morning … why do i need an inverter when i can get 24hrs un interrupted light … thats on the side … if you are not on a prepaid meter in Nigeria … crazy bill will kill you … because u will be billed for darkness … imagine this … my light got cut off 2nd of june … my prepaid meter came in 25th june … i got the light fixed back … july 2nd … bill comes in for june for a whopping 98k naira … i complained … but even nerc could not do anything about it … so tell me do you prefer this lawlessness to a working system … be honest with your self Treadway: and you provide a lot of personal anecdotes that are based of nothing. If that well written explanation can not show you your flawed point of view, nothing will. Fact is, I am living breathing proof that with a little financial literacy, you can live well and fine even without being opulent. You can have a decent house, cars, assets, business, and a freaking inverter, all what in your wildly uninformed view (which you still hold onto for dear life) is only accessible to the rich and wealthy). 0.0001% ko, 7000% ni. I wont say more than that … we get for the abroad and Nigeria … so i dey tell u based on my own experience … Treadway: you responded without reading, clearly. First of, I noticed you changed the 0.0001% to 1%, so you are thankfully backtracking closer to reality. Please sir can you give me a rough estimate of like how much one should have in there account for a tourist visa to turkey Champora: For your first submission to the embassy, you are adviced to submit only reservations. Flight reservations and hotel reservations only because if you don't get the visa your money would have wasted if you paid directly for flight n accomodation.
I submitted on the 16 or March and I got emailed on 21st March to submit confirmed flight tickets. That's when you go ahead to pay for flight tickets. |

- A House Owner will apply for what is called "Menes Profit", from the Court, to recover all the Debt you owe, for the Period you were in the House and did not pay, for any damage you caused to the property while there. If you fail to pay, they will auction your belongings at very ridiculous prices (e.g. your 2015 Camry can be sold for #200,000:00 by the Bailiff of the Court, you have No Say in it. So you better have the cash you are owing ready I hope and pray your landlord comes across this clericuzzio: She has given you quit notice. Just ignore it until she serves you court letter. On the first summon date, don't go, it would be rescheduled. Maybe 3months.
Then be present at the second hearing at this time ask the judge to give you time to get a lawyer to stand or represent you. The case would be adjourned for another 3months. Now you have stayed 6months.
On the 3rd hearing date, ask the lawyer to find excuse to give you time to file your defense and come up with your own position. The case would be extended by 3months again.
On the Fourth hearing, tell the judge that your finance has really dwindled and that the landlady should give you 6months to 1year to raise another rent fee, you were affected by covid.
After the 6months to 1 year expiration, tell the judge you have managed to raise just 50k and that you are still trying your best to raise it to 300k to get a decent apartment. You will definitely be obliged, cos the court doesn't expect you to sleep on the street or under bridge.
With this strategy you've lived your profit off her and even the fees you paid.
Then gently look for a decent place where the landlord doesn't stay in the same compound or that doesn't depend on rents for survival.
Note: I'm currently in same page with you as my own landlady has given me quit notice as well. I will vacate her residence next year December |
