You can get these from road to ielts, ielts liz, ielts buddy and ielts advantage. For example in reading, you need to learn how to skim the text, and how to locate answers.

But my listening n reading result broke my heart it was 7n 6. Mwhile when I practice listening myself get 35 and above each time I practice on my own. invest the money in Tbills or fixed deposit, that way it is inaccessible to you and you also make some extra money from it. there is no periodic procedures for POF, VO act at their discretion. if they feel like, they may send an ADR for updated POF, they also may not.

if you decide to use it, and cant replace it, na yawa. if you use a huge percentage of it and replace it as a lump sum especially after you had got ADR for Updated POF, it may look suspicious ie source of the money maybe questionable.


As for LVO, it would seem having travel history to certain countries and visa refusals from certain countries, makes one land in LVO. no one can say for sure.

Hi...currently waiting as well. Don't think the records office can do anything. I was told the request is usually sent from the registrars office to Senate (non academic) for processing. We just have to pray that the strike ends soon. Buy if you make any headway, please let us know. Thanks

But if I critically take look at my need in Canada and decide to go to my office some blocks away on my bicycle, I'm sure nobody will give a hoot, even if I am a manager there and the office tea girl is driving a Range Rover to the office everyday...that is valuesystem modifications!

I believe in January. Fresh fiscal year, it can come to 3,000 sth ITAs. If January holds three draws, that will be another condition that could help to drive it down. Again, Nigerian schools remain on strike.. Hahaha. The last one is not funny... Dodging bullets!

I don't think so...a friend's took just a week to complete. Although she's a DLI graduate. Don't know if it makes a difference.

I haven't heard from WES, meaning my verification hasn't been addressed and this is the third week. The NASU strike may be the reason for delay though.

Also I heard (unconfirmed though) that Unilag will only respond via email after they receive the hardcopy mail from wes and this can take up to 3 weeks.

I am not sure where it is now. I called someone in unilag on Monday and he mentioned that it's usually received at the registrars office and taken to Senate for the verification to be sent but there's no one to check for it and respond as they started the strike that morning.

Hello Ykjgirls. How long did it take for unilag to do your verification and send back to Wes. I am aware they only verify using hard copy letter sent by Wes and not via mail. Thanks

Good morning everyone. Thank you for creating this thread Admins. I have a somewhat unusual question. There's a couple that is currently waiting for their passport to be requested for. Prior to this, the PA informed their VO that they were expecting as the wife was almost due. When they did, the email received was that they should keep communication to minimal level. Unfortunately, they lost the baby after birth and are confused on what next to do based on the mail received. Should they informed the VO about change of status and how should they go about it. Thanks in advance
