There has been a continuous call from different quarters that our religious centres should be made to pay taxes to the government. And I have always wonder the rational behind that call. For this reason, I decided to create this topic so as to get other people's opinions. Cos I for one, I do not agree that our religious centres should be made to pay taxes. As a federal government worker, I pay my tax at the end of the month and I believe several other persons pay their taxes also, and it is a collection of we the individuals that pay taxes that makes up the religious centres, so why the call for religious centres to be tax. NL what is your take on this. Pls Mod do the needful.

Anambra 4,844 Sq.km

IMO 5,530 sq.km

Total 29,388 sq km for South East

How the Igbo will control only the South East is what u have not explained yet? And why are u avoiding other parts of Igbo!and? My observation is that most of you non Igbos outside the Eastern region are heavily deluded about the East, and rightly so.

Even the recent protests did not educate you guys

First of all Cameroon is not your so called ant. She possibly would defeat Nigeria in a military combat.

She could have other permutations as to the invasion. Eastern Nigeria is not 100 percent loyal to Nigeria. Of which any major conflict begining in that area might ignite alignment and realignment of forces from groups you never expected.

Nigeria, in her right senses, may not want to engage Cameroon from that geographical location.

Its crazy how myopic our minds are still in this country, just before u a'oles start replying stupidly, I AM not GAY but someone who believe in Choices! Don't Force your believes on me just because in your mind you think its right, is that not what some religion are promoting, one religion is the only way and all others are fake. I asked if any member of your family is gay/lesbian you would kill them or pray death upon them? I have had the opportunity of working with gays/lesbians and you come to understand they have the right to love whom they choose to love. I asked if a gay person has the cure for malaria, cancer, HIV etc and has been approved by WHO, will you deny the cure ?

Please people ! Gay people are not our issues now, we have more pressing issues that should be address such as , terrorism, corruptions, kidnappings, rapes etc lets focus on the key issues. After all no one is forcing anyone to be GAY/Lesbian. Its wholly your choice.

my gal friend always replies me with "I love u with the love of God" whenever I tell her "I love u".this is not jus restricted to wen we make calls,she says it on all social media we use to communicate.even after composing a happy new month msg,she never forgets to add that statement.
so this has got me thinking. is she for real?
