That case is relevant in the sense that you probably dont know that anyone can suffer injustice. That is a clear case of injustice. . .your suggestion that he should go to court points again to something. I already stated that the guy told me he cant afford the legal fees to seek a judicial review. His 5-year visa is about to be revoked and he has absolutely no right of appeal except he goes for a judicial review which costs a fortune. This country does treat people unjustly until they are able to find strong or vocal support for their issues. I used to head a charity and I know what I am talking about.

I am guessing that is based on your personal experience right? Well, in my personal experience, the opposite is the case. I have no reason to make such a claim of being treated in an unjust way as an individual who happens to be black. Speaking of Charity, I am sure you would be aware that this country gives a lot to charity. . . but that is another debate.

I am not in a position to say why anyone would jump bail. He could be guilty as accused but then, who am I to determine such when he has not even been tried. There are hundreds of possibilities. I chose to take no one's side till everything comes out clearly into the open. So far, there are some holes that can be picked in their stories. How can they say the guy was practising without qualification? Can a doctor be allowed to practice in the UK without qualification? Even when charged with misconduct, he was not struck off by the GMC but suspended. If he was not qualified to be a doctor, the GMC would have struck him off instantly.

There are many reasons, and avoiding prosecution is one of them. I believe in the adage of "Innocent until proven guilty" however jumping bail on this occasion shows there is more than meet the eyes. I am forced to take sides, because of some of the things being said around here and some of the way some information have surfaced.

AS for the issue of GMC, Practise and registration. I have told you before, there are extensive checks done here as standard, however no system is totally fail safe and as such, people like Farombi would slip through the net.  From what I can see [refer back to GMC link I posted] he appeared to be suspended pending further investigation. However, because there is a police/criminal investigation going on, the GMC would have to wait. That is my understanding of how things like this take turn.

On top of that, the journal that these excerpts was apparently taken is no where to be found.    I have asked Idonge questions about this, but he picked to ignore them and talk about "go ask some university in nigeria". Given all of the above, you are still trusting that side of the story presented by Idonge? I don't know about you, but I would stick to the original story reported by crime watch.

I have a case that was just brought to my attention yesterday of the injustice meted to a Nigerian who has a 5-yr visa to the UK. I have examined all his papers and there was nothing to justify what the guy seems to have gone through. I dont want to give too much details so I dont reveal what I should not but a guy was locked up for 31 days in different prisons for immigration offences because an immigration officer believed he might be wanting to enter Ireland to seek asylum.

Not exactly relevant to this case. We have court of law to straighten out issues like this. The same courts Mr Farombi have ran away from.

The guy has a 5 year visa to the UK and a 2 year visa to America. He was stopped at the airport when he was entering Belfast; not even inside Belfast. This guy even has an Irish visa granted last year on his passport. I have looked through his documents and I have copies of them in my office now. I advised him to sue but he cant afford it. How did the immigration officer come to the conclusion that a guy who was issued a 5-yr British visa last year would want to enter the Republic of Ireland to claim asylum?

Two men have been jailed after becoming the first in the UK to be convicted of inciting racial hatred online.

Simon Sheppard, 51, of Selby in North Yorkshire, received four years and 10 months, and Stephen Whittle, 42, of Preston, two years and four months.

The men printed leaflets and controlled websites featuring racist material.

They fled to the US after being convicted of race-hate offences at a trial at Leeds Crown Court last year, but failed in an asylum bid.

Sheppard, of Brook Street, Selby, was found guilty of 11 offences and Whittle, of Avenham Lane, Preston, was found guilty of five offences at a trial in July last year.

Sheppard was convicted of a further five charges in January 2009.

However, before the jury in the first trial could return verdicts, both men fled to Los Angeles International airport and attempted to claim political asylum.

Their bid was thrown out by a US immigration judge.

The men were charged with publishing and distributing racially inflammatory material, and possessing racially inflammatory material with a view to distribution.

Leeds Crown Court was told Whittle wrote offensive articles that were then published on the internet by Sheppard.

The published material included images of murdered Jews alongside cartoons and articles ridiculing ethnic groups.

Judge Rodney Grant told the men their material was "abusive and insulting" and had the potential to cause "grave social harm".

He added: "Such offences as these have, by their very nature, the potential to cause grave social harm, particularly in a society such as ours which has, for a number of years now, been multi-racial.

'Groundbreaking case'

"These are serious offences. I can say without any hesitation that I have rarely seen, or had to read or consider, material which is so abusive and insulting, towards racial groups within our own society."

The investigation into Sheppard began when a complaint about a leaflet, called "Tales of the Holohoax", was reported to police in 2004 after it was pushed through the door of a synagogue in Blackpool.

It was traced back to a post office box in Hull registered to Sheppard.

Humberside Police later found a website featuring racially inflammatory material.

The force's Adil Khan, head of diversity and community cohesion, said: "This case is groundbreaking.

"It involved Humberside Police along with our colleagues from other forces.

"Inciting racial hatred is a crime and one which seems to occur too regularly. This kind of material will not be tolerated as this lengthy investigation shows."

Tribalism is discrimnation on the basis of not coming from the same geographical location, but within same race of or from a particluar place. That is my understanding you see. It is not uncommon to hear people who have been denied visa back home to label the British as racist etc. Fact.

Nigeria's government says it is happy with a UK plan to help refurbish their prisons to allow Nigerians in Britain's jails to be sent back home.

A British official said investment was needed because conditions in Nigerian jails were too poor for UK prisoners.

Correspondents say such conditions would allow prisoners to block their transfer on human-rights grounds.

There are about 11,000 foreigners in British jails, including more than 800 from Nigeria.

Analysts say Nigeria's jails are seriously congested and often damage the health of prisoners.

The possibility of help from Britain was welcomed by rights groups, but they said it marked the failure of the Nigerian government to look after its own prisons.

Nigeria's Director of Public Prosecution Salihu Aliyu said it was a "positive move".

"It should be encouraged not only between Nigeria and UK but with other countries," he told the BBC.

A statement from the UK's Ministry of Justice said the deal being negotiated would allow Nigerians imprisoned in the UK and Britons imprisoned in Nigeria to serve their sentences in their own countries.

"We believe that prisoners should normally serve their sentences in their own country - freeing up prison spaces and saving the taxpayer money on enforced removals," the statement said.

The proposed deal would allow Nigerian convicts to be sent home even without their consent.

It is not as simple as that.

Your statement suggest all emails asking you buy drugs are fake.

People sell drugs across the web because it is easier to reach a global audience. Some of these drugs are actually as good as they claim, but are not readily availabe in the UK -either due to needing prescription or not yet licensed etc.

There are laws in place to make sure contract and trades explanation are clear cut.

Concessions mean they get some sort of subsidized electricity and Gas due to their income etc.
