Fhemmmy:His party carries a weight as much as a single feather. In a free and democratic society, a few things are allowed, even though people may not like it. If he is not allowed, he would go under ground and that is even more dangerous. Under the constitutional right, he is legal etc. He was able to become an MEP [Member of European Parliament] because he used this sort of tactics as at a time people are losing their jobs, there is down turn in the economy etc. In fact, party like his tend to win a seat or two in times like this but do not last long. His party is shunned by most media outlet and most political party have nothing to do with BNP. |
Hahaha. I am a Whiz kid at _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ [Information classified] is that good enough? |
tpia.:That is a bit of a generalization madam. Nick griffin is a leader of racist party. His views are that of the tiny minority in this country. Let us not forget that UK already allows more immigrant in than most country within same class. As for the topic at hand, the guy have been known to say many crazy stuff in the past. But he is really a nobody here. |
Negro_Ntns Thanks man, at least you see the angle am trying to get in with the story at hand. ![]() Surely, it was easier for the female to dump this guy instead of stringing him along to the point that he lost his life. Also from watching the cctv footage provided in the link, they both casually walked away from the scene. Assuming if they never get caught, I wonder if the female would expect the guy not to date another person ever [or even look at another woman] because of the dark secret they both share? Given the above situation, how is love meant to foster in between them both? I think this is a real Bonnie and Clyde story, only with cold blooded murder twist to it. Not withstanding, it still gives an insight into the complexity of the mind of a woman when it comes to love and emotions. |
Negro_Ntns:You are right, but what I find hard to believe is how she picked to show the manifestation of her love for the other guy. To make it even more evil, she stringed the other guy along. |
michelin89:You really are just grasping for points, and as usual talking without knowing what you are talking about. You are quick to acknowledge the reasons as to why this fits into romance - a point which everyone see - but then opt to dismiss it in the same sentence. . . . . Surely you can do better than that? it is sometime better to let people think one is a fool, than speak and let all bets be off. Remember that next time. Finally, as a mod can you follow the rules and not derail this thread with your constant bickering. |
No one is answering my question. Is this love? I mean her action appeared to have been done out of love. . . Can ladies explain the complexity of the female mind to me please. |
FL Gators:Omo ki lohun she e now? Let us not derail this thread okay, but we go talk about this soon again. Catch you on YIM. ![]() |
FL Gators:This is the motherfunky thanks I get for loving you? Okay no worries. I will just have you for the whole week, is that okay baby mi? |
manmustwac:Yeah. The actual murder and gang sentencing happened last year. However, the girl's case was of recent. It was posted today. . . . ![]() |
This is a true story that happened in the UK. Basically, a young girl lured a young man she is dating to a house for her ex-boyfriend [that she still love] to beat. Only that this young man was beaten and stabbed to death. A teenage girl has been convicted of murdering a boy of 16 who was lured to his death in a "honey trap" plot.I am not trying to generalize here, but pardon me if I am. It is shit like this that scare me about ladies. One thing that scares and worries me is how in a kind of perverted view, this appears to have been done "out of love". Or am I wrong? Here is the girl in question. https://img148.imageshack.us/img148/1701/46028862jospeh282.jpg http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/8116380.stm |
FL Gators:Baby mi. I would love to have that arrangement with you. Ideally, I would prefer Mon-thurs. Debo can have you for weekends. And on weekend that debo may not be around, Mr Crackles can fill in the gap. ![]() PS Im in love. ![]() |
Well done to who ever locked this thread and changed the thread title. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-293909.32.html ![]() |
Why does you average nigerian comes across like one owe them something? (It appears that this is a human behaviour and not exclusive to us alone) |
JustGood:For the record, I have done that. Check out "talk to the moderator" thread. I have stated it is rubbish and indiscrimnate. |
Oh yup there goes afam again! He once again emulated his hero mugabe. I rest my case. |
Afam:I wont even bother asking you for proof. We all know you are quick to shot blanks when it comes to debating, so I would let that go. ![]() The content in blue refers, I do not support Mugabe's shortcomings as a leader. I only support his position as regards receiving instructions from the likes of US and Britain on what to do and when to do what.Surely if you do not support Mugabe's ability to lead/short comings, I wonder if you are willing to take his words as the gospel truth? I suppose you and him are from the same school of thought - I.e quick to take things like "questioning you when things ain't clear" "asking you to back up your words with proofs" etc as a form of insult and trying to be bossy? So far, there isn't anything to suggest he was bossed around like you have jump to conclude so far. You must learn to address issues accordingly and stop this your crazy generalization that is making you commit blunders here and there on nairaland.Ironic. . . Once again you showed yourself up as having the inability to debate logically. In one sentence you stated "sticking to the issue at hand", and right before you finish the same sentence, you focused on what your are prerogative against me. I see you really are like your heroes! There isn't a single generalization. I make observation before I comment and you sir. . . are bang on target with my observations. ![]() |
I think the problem is like saying "we have very little or no HIV cases In our country". While it may seem as a valid point (similar to what I understand your post to be saying), but on closer inspection and scrutiny, one can see many factors that make that statement very untrue. While our reputation for online scam is true in my opinion, the lack of data to back it up like you are claiming do not mean is not a valid or a fair tag. Let us start by asking ourselves - how muchis the nation doing as a whole to root out this issue? Do we have a culture or mentality of looking for an easier option even if it means cheating etc? Do we have corruption on almost all level of government branches? Is our nation in a dire state as a result of embezzeling and mismangement? Etc. I think you would find that these questions can serve as an indicator in some ways, and go a long supporting the notion of endemic fraud issue in nigeria. To deny this is just wrong. Nigeria have little or no standards, and we have shown time and time again we can hardly enforce any rules when needed over a long time when it comes to this internet scam. As a result, expect others from outside to at least try and take charge in some ways. I have no issues if your online transaction was stopped - our nation is not doing enough to combat internet fraud. Period. While it may sound harsh, internet fraud causes million of dollars every year in losses, surely something have to be done? Oh man . . . I have to run. My battery on my phone is low. |
whatalife:Do you have a brain? If you do, then you would have realised that posting a picture and talking shi.t do not mean people understand your crap. I have taken time to post a link so that people can know what you are talking about, only for you to ask me about common sense. Where is the common sense that should have mentioned to you not to type in caps, provide a link or explain the relevance of this to politics? ![]() |
Tippy Top:You know this is about talking to the moderator. So far, you haven't done that. Yeah richy is active yet junk thread and irrelevant thread flourish right? Nice. Yeah he is not biased, but he actively changes a thread to support his political stance and refuse to give a proper reason when questioned. How very logical of you. I have a job. But unlike you, I have internet 24/7. It is called technology. ![]() It is ironic you claim he is active, but in the same breathe claims "he got a job" blah blah blah. Just listen to yourself. Don't worry, soon he [richyblack] would come and sign an autograph on your forehead. I do not have a site up and running. It is in the pipe works. You see, we [me and my partners] aint the type to rush out with shi.t. We watch, we plan, we learn, we plan, we take action. Remember that. Finally, you may not be his "biggest fan" [which indicates you are a fan], but at least you and him appear to have no issues with religion that encourages sleeping with minors isnt? |
I dont know what this have to do with politics. But any how, this is the link it was taken from: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/8127451.stm Basically, a copy of the former British Tv show. |
Fhemmmy:Gosh. Why the focus on his health? He do not need to raise a finger to fight this war you talked about. All he had to do was give the orders and Dangote is toast. Simple. |
Fhemmmy:That is precisely one of the mentality not needed in Nigeria's politics. Assuming he started a "war" [in my eyes he is doing the right thing] then he died, think of the million of nigerians that would benefit from it. |
bawomolo:Coming out with a fierce persona was never a strong point of Yar'dua. But you have to look at the bigger picture. Dangote's ace up his sleeve is already known, and my first reaction is "So?". Personally, the faith of many should not be left for people like Dangote. This may be the genesis of his down fall for dangote. |
Dangote comes across as an amateur. Yar'dua would win this one in my opinion. While the short run effect may be bad, the long run benefits out-weigh the threats in my opinion. Monopoly sucks and it affect consumers. |
Fhemmmy:You are right. I am still of the believe that more can be done. But not to digress, kudos to Okocha though. ![]() |
Move on. Any man who dates a woman to shoulder her responsibility is a fool. Especially when the woman states that. I am sure you are not a fool. Hence why you seek advice here. Please and please, do away from people like this. She is a gold-digger. Go and find some one else. |
Nice move. However I am not sure if 2kpounds is enough to get a decent university education. It may need the back up of some other companies, or government in my opinion. Unless off-course it is some 3weeks course or something. |
You are going about it the wrong way. If you monitor her, she would outwit you and she would do whatever she wants. Just be a bigger brother and be sensible. Talk to her and just let her be aware. You cannot spy on her or make attempt to control her movements. That is a no no. Period. ![]() |
bilymuse:Please point at what is biased against him and show what is unfair. I have said this before and am saying it again. All I have said is based on what I observed, and I have provided links to support my stance. He's allowed his political stance to cloud his judgement and thus allow what is seen as unfair moderation. He's not-active around here and hence irrelevant post and thread just tend to stay. How are these unfair or biased ![]() I think a few people may be missing the fact that some of us want a quality politics section free from biased moderation and inactivity by those who are suppose to moderate. Let's not lose that in the midst of emotions. . . Okay? ![]() Again for the "god knows how many times" he is allowed to air what ever view he wants, however his views and moderation approach should be separate. Again, this is not the case. |
